It wasn't that simple. She has difficulty getting up on the table. With the utmost respect and kindness. Gabby uses the room with the lowest to the floor table and gently gets my mom comfortably on the tables ready for her new lashes. Honestly I cried. She was like a happy kid! I've been getting sugaring for the past 4-5 months up in the Bay Area where they do a much cleaner job. I've reached out to see if they will reimburse me for the over charge so let's see if they do. They charged my full amount on card and claimed I owed a difference during check out which I paid cash so I don't have a receipt of that. Because of these things sorry I cannot recommend.

On my drive home, I lost several lashes on my right lash line. Throughout the next two weeks, I continued to lose lashes rapidly from the right side. By the time I returned for my fill (after two weeks) there were very few lashes left on my right side and my left side still looked ok. Customer Service Review: I made a fill appointment (in person) on the day I got my lashes for two weeks later (today). Since I did not reply to the overload of calls, texts and emails, they cancelled my appointment. I made the appointment in person...I should not have to make an extra effort to confirm it again. The receptionist was very unapologetic. He said I can only be "fit in," but that it would be a wait. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. I walked out of the business and will not return. So, overall, I DO NOT recommend giving business to Eye Envy- Lash & Brow Bar. Their reply only proves that they aren't nice people. Thank you.
