What irritates the hell out of me is when businesses will be way over the top with rules they think they need to follow and if you ask for something extra, they will never just be cool and do it. I went here today to get a fill, but it was 100 degrees outside and I had my sweet little well behaved puppy with me, and I was NOT going to leave him in a hot car! So I asked if I could bring him in with me while my nails were being done. He was on a leash and Ive brought him to other nail places before and they didn't have a problem at all with it. Hes a one year old little Pomeranian mix- sweet as can be and never causes problems. Everyone loves him. But the lady was one of those people that just says no all the time no matter what- I mean she saw how sweet and small he is! She said, "You know at a shop were not supposed to have him here. Sorry!" With attitude. Hello- what?!? Yeah if you serve FOOD you can't have dogs in there genius! Not a nail shop!!!!! So I left and went to the next place, who greeted me with a smile and welcomed my puppy, even took a picture of us while he was being PERFECTLY BEHAVED. (See pic!) The absolute worst! Helen is incredibly rude & unprofessional. Not only does she talk trash about her customers in front of other customers, but she also yells at them, this time being me. While waiting, Helen was being rude to a customer who was currently getting a pedicure. As soon as the customer left, Helen proceeded to talk badly about this lady who had not been rude to her at all. It's simple common courtesy to not talk about customers, let alone talk about them while there are other customers present. This was too much for me, I got up & on my way out I told Helen she was incredibly rude for taking trash about a lady who did nothing wrong to her. She proceeded to yell at me telling me to leave (hence I was already leaving myself) but continued to yell at me again & again. I came in on Sunday, the lady stayed open later for me ( I was extremely grateful ) I asked for a pedicure and a fill with one broken nail. I'm assuming it was the owner and her daughter. The younger lady cut me on my foot, and the pedicure took about 10 minutes and in the light the paint job is by far the worst I ever had. The older lady was working on my hands...My nails look a mess. The nail she "fixed" is already POPPED off. And she left acrylic around my nails and on my skin. The paint job is uneven and she left my nails different shapes/ lengths. Plus she also cut my finger. I was very unhappy. I feel like as a worker and maybe owner you should take pride in your work. And as a customer who comes in to pay 40-$60 every two weeks this was very unprofessional. read more

Sorry to say this but this place doesn't even deserve one star at all they do not give u good service, and this is the first time I pay $70.00 for a full set gel and pedicure, usually $30.00 is the most they charge for full set with gel and a pedicure is usually $18.00 or $20.00 bad service and very pricey I wouldn't recommend it. I usually go to Kelly nails off riverside but I wanted something closer to my home and I really regret not going to my old nail place. Since I'm in the medical field sterilization is very important to me, and it should be important to everyone else. Everyone needs to understand how sterilization is done. These nail places need to be checked on more often because obviously they're not doing their job. Instruments should be rinsed and washed with soap after use, then after they are put in a liquid for a couple of minutes, then there rinsed again put in a package, after that put in a what looks like a little oven so they can be sterilized, after the employee must check the package and make sure there's an arrow showing that it says that it went through sterilization properly to kill any type of bacteria. When it's ready to be used they open up the package and throw the package away! They don't put it back in their little cubbies or back in their desk so they can pretend that they sterilize it. If you see that happening that means you're Instruments are not being sterilized properly! Meaning that's why a lot of people get fungus on their toenails, athletes feet and so on! A lot of you are probably thinking if you get athletes feet fungus and toenails or anything like that you're thinking you got it from home or you got it from someone else, yes somebody else in the nail place that you went to‍ This place Does not sterilized. We must keep our eyes open and let it be known and let them know that we know so they can start doing their job and stop being lazy and buy the proper equipment to sterilize the things that they are using on us. So remember if they just Rinse your toenail clippers with water and soap, that is not sterilizing and killing any bad bacteria that is on those instruments. Please don't feel ashamed or embarrassed to speak up that's what we pay them for and they should be doing a good job and protecting our feet and hands. I will be keeping an eye out and I am going to start posting about sterilization on these nail Businesses and or other businesses if I see something wrong. Please keep your eyes open. Also if sterilization should not be done this way for nail businesses please let me know and I will look into it.... read more

Great experience. I love my chrome nails. Quick and efficient. They also explained all of my pricing before service. The salon also has a menu, so I know that I was charged fairly. Ladies were very sweet, and happy to do my nails. Pedicure felt amazing and looks perfect, too. I use to always come here, since I was in high school. She was my go to for a full set then I started to notice that my nails would always break super fast. So I stopped getting my full set from her. So I just went to her for eyebrow and lip wax. Once again she use to be really good and now she just sucks. Stopped getting my eyebrow and lips waxed from her. The absolute worst nail salon I have ever gone to in my 35 years of having my nails done. Very aggressive and rude. So much so, I literally asked how much it would cost for the polish removal and the FILING of the one foot she had started. They said $10.00 which I paid and left. The lady that worked up front was doing and saying some of the most outlandish ignorant things. I showed her pics from google saying I wanted a NATURAL SHAPED SHORT NAIL... she looked at the pictures and said "those diamonds extra" and "that is powder nail... cost more". Lady I am talking about THE SHAPE OF THE NAIL NOT THE POWDER, POLISH OR DECORATIONS. Every time she opened her mouth she said you have to pay for that, or that cost extra.... as if anything has every been free. she said "if you go cheap place you get cheap work"... If you usualy pay for your nails 25 in that place you finish paying 37 for exactly the same. On top of that my nails don't even last a week. I ask for a fill, I chose my color , I asked for the chrome nail color and on the color wheel it looked so pretty but once the lady applied it I wasn't too happy. I'm writing this review for my mom who used this shop a couple of times. My mom will not be using the salon anymore. They were rude and lacked any type of customer service skills. The quality of work was poor. Three broken nails in a week after only one fill. My mom had the nails removed instead of just fixing them. They charged her and left her nails full of acrylic. When we got there she was in the middle of eating went to the restroom came out and I'm not even sure if she washed her hands . I wanted to get a full face wax and in the middle of waxing my face she was answering phone calls not to mention she let the wax sit on my face for too long and ripped my skin off in several places. I now have a dark scar underneath my lip because of it. I never had any problems before but after today I will never return.
