I want them to dig in there and take their time being that it's rare the times I make it out.. This lady rushed her way through it and didn't clean the sides I had a bunch of cuticles, I called her and showed her and instead of just cutting what she had to she goes "Just do it at home if you have problem" ..‍ Big ol attitude! They charge $10 dollars for my daughters to get their toe nails painted. Lady got mad because she messed up my polish when putting on my sandals and she got so mad "I told you NO MoVe!" I went in today for a pedicure I asked for the first picture . Purple French (instead of black) tip gel toes with a flower and a diamond . Before we started I told the guy if he could do that and I showed him the picture . He asked if I wanted black I said no . I told him 3 times I wanted purple he agreed he could do it . Well not only did he do a BLACK french tip but he didn't do the flower OR the diamonds just a black French tip . Wrong color no design . I just paied and left . I picked the color. The lady goes to retrieve the color then asks me if gel is ok. I said no I want regular. She had the audacity to say to me "next time you tell me regular so that I don't have to walk 10 feet to get the gel". Excuse me?! Next time give me a choice. I asked for my nails a certain way and the guy doin my nails (jack) so they said that was his name kept on arguing with me because he wanted to use a powder pink color instead of just nail polish how I wanted it and I showed him the design I wanted and kept saying no it had to be with pink powder when I have got this design before and never used a pink powder and just kept arguing with me and basically laughing and saying I was wrong.
