Worst customer service and for being our first time was awful experience. Took my mom to get her nails done. They told me to have a sit and would be with us shortly. 15 minutes went by. They took my mom to a working station and told me they were going to work on her. After an hr of realizing we had been waiting I just got up and took my mom somewhere else. The lady in charge told me to wait. I turned around and told her I had already been waiting for an hour already and was not gonna wait anymore. She just looked down. I was there july/30/2017 wich was a sunday i honestly liked they're work and was willing to return since is just around the corner from my house i asked if i can pay with my credit card she said yes but after 3 times she swiped my card she said our ATM system is not working do you mind going to the wellsfargo ATM right infront so i said yes i dont mind so i walked over there withdraw cash from my card returned to the place paid her cash and the tip she just handed me bck my change without a receipt but last week i received my bank statement and the transactions she made when "THE SYSTEM"wasn't working actually were charged to my bank when she said it didn't go throu. So i filed a claim with my bank but they need a receipt that proofs that i paid cash but when i returned today with my bank statements on hand to prove to her that i was there and that the transactions actually went throu. She said im sorry i can not give you receipt since its been over 1 month is like really my bank statements take 1 month to arrive how was i suppose to know she was gunna rip me off like that she said you should've come the next day is like lady i didnt know you do that.. my advice to all clients double check your bank statements Unfortunately police couldn't force her to give me a receipt but did give me a poluce report number.. since her excuse was that she does not give receipts when is paid cash..this place deserves no star just because it wont let me continue until i select 1 star but in my ooint of view is 0 stars you dont deserve it for ripping people off.. read more

Do not go to this establishment! In today's world you would think people would have more dignity and not treat people with disabilities in such an abhorrent manner. To make a long story short, my mother in law who is the most kind hearted and soft spoken person of earth was discriminated against because of her physical disability. She was so humiliated that 7 days later, she is still so hurt by the way the workers here made her feel. My mother in law has rheumatoid arthritis that makes her hands look a little different. She walked in to this salon and was immediately humiliated by the employee who yelled angrily across the store asking "what's wrong with you!? Do you have diabetes!? Your fingers are deformed, I can't do your nails!" My mother in law has never had an issue at other salons, as her hands are still flexible and do not prevent her from doing anything other people cannot. It was sheer bigotry that propelled this employee to humiliate and refuse service to my mother in law. I will be reporting this establishment to the better business bureau to ensure this type of disturbing discrimination does not happen to anyone else. Absolutely unacceptable! read more

LA Nail was the worst!!!! I google and saw that they close at 7:30 pm so I called today around late 5 asking if I could come in for a full set and a pedicure and I was told yes I'd have to wait a few minutes. I got there at 6:03 pm and I didn't mind waiting, I was told I'd had to get cash which wasn't an issue so I left and came back. While waiting to be seen there was a roach running around in the store and a waiting customer had to kill it. Someone need to call code enforcement on their store. While getting my nails done I asked the lady if she could cut them down a bit shorter and she kept giving me attitude. I should get what I asked for because I'm paying my money. They're so unsanitized they never clean the pedicure tubs and I saw another roach climbing on them. After getting my finger polished I showed the lady they wasn't done properly and that my nails felt too sharp since she refused to file them down properly. I even showed her that you can see the bottom of my nails and that it didn't paint right. She insisted that it was my skin and used the top coat polish to hide the creases. I hate going to places with rude ass employees. Customers satisfaction should always be LA Nails priority. She was so quick to collect my money and my feet wasn't even done. The lady is rude . She said it was 20 minute wait but we ended up waiting 2hours and 35 mins to get helped. What kind of survive is that? I asked for a full set for both of us because the sign says 19.99 for mani with gel and she said it was 45 And I said no just for one color that's out the question. So we ended up getting just getting our toes done and the sign said 14.99. Sooo 15×2=30 Is what should've paid. We were supose to get get gel both of us. I paid for both mine and my little sisters nails and the lady rushed me out my seat. She made me pay once I was done keep in mind I had waited 3 hours for them to barely begin my sister'e toes and they didn't even put gel and hers so why did I end up paying 41.50. I'm hella mad it was the worst experience of my life. I have never been treated so bad. This lady was loud and very rude. Then I asked for those sandals they give you when your wearing shoes and she said "Noo, put back on your shoes your nails are dry!" And yet they gave them to my sister . If I could rate them 1-10 id give them them a 3 or a 4 the guy who did my nails was nice but he missed mart of my nail but that lady was something else. Didn't know I paid for what they wanted. I clearly asked for glitter on a full set. The number I asked for was too "clear" according to her instead of saying there wasn't enough? Once glitter was applied on one nail with the solid color on the other nails I glanced at the glitter and said wait that's what I want. She shoves my hand in the led light to get it done. Once I pull my hand out I told her what I wanted and refused to take off the solid color yet I wanted the glitter on all my nails. Then they come back and I tell them my nails are TOO LONG and she completely ignores me and continues to paint them. I told her again to please cut them and she changes manicurist . This place is a hit or miss. They throw out a random wait time which is usually never accurate. So if you plan to do a walk in, be prepared to wait at least half an hour or more. Again, hit or miss. Some days I've had amazing nails. Other days are pure train wrecks. read more

A young lady said yes, I made an appt for 3 weeks later with Rosa. When we arrived no one there, she arrived 11:10A.M, all signs & business card show 10am. Then she said there was no appt and Rosa was not in. I requested she call her to see when Rosa would arrive. She didn't know her number nor how to get ahold of her . If I could give this zero stars I would, Ive been coming here for almost 6 months and everything's always been good until today. The women who typically does my nails was off but the one who would do my moms was there so I figured it would be okay because her work is generally okay. I asked for a tapered square, and as soon as I saw that shape she gave me they were almost stilettos, she hadn't applied any acrylic yet. I shared my concern nicely and told her that's not what I really wanted and she said it's because of my nail buds. I told her that her coworker has done the shape I like before with no problem and she said fine with an attitude and proceeded to rip off my nails so bad to the point she was ripping my actual nail. My mom, sister, and I went in for a full set yesterday and god the service was awful! They would stop working on us (my mom, sister, and me) to attend the new customers coming in without appointments! We were there for approximately 3 hours! My nails were uneven and still very sharp! The guy that did my nails was good. He wasn't with the small talk he was down to business and got my nails done. Good price 30. For pink and white full set. I was pleased with it. Not the best . But it was okay. Ok the bad.. once I had my pedicure I was assisted by some lady who didn't even greet me. Her attitude stank !!! She acted like she hated her job. I asked for a white tip pedicure.
