Very bad work. Pedicure I received left my feet very rough and dry, I had do re-do my own feet 2days laters soak them and use "ALIVER Foot Peel Mask 3 Pack, Exfoliator Peel Off Calluses Dead Skin Callus Remover, Baby Soft Smooth Touch Feet-Men Women (Lavender)". My full set nails are all unevenly shaped acrylic was not smooth it was bumpy and not even. I will NEVER go there again. read more

I have been coming here for years. Lucy is my favorite. She is creative and thorough. I have to admit, I have gone to numerous other places, but their work and customer service doesn't compare. read more

Love this place . Lucy is amazing , honestly the best pedicure experience and work I've had in YEARS ! She can take all my money. The place is small and doesn't have a large staff. However, they will make sure you are taken care of correctly. Make sure to call ahead and get an appointment because it's hard to get a walk in, especially if you want Lucy to do your service , ( I highly recommend her.) read more

Friendly staff Local Loved the pedicures here Prices may vary but they overall do a great job read more

So they did a decent job but their pricing is not listed and it was crazy sauce. The up charges were irrational, I've never paid so much for a fill and I heard them charge different prices to different customers for the same things. They charged me $70 for an acrylic fill. An extra 20 upcharge for 1 extra coat of regular polish on my toes (added glitter on top so it was 3 coats total instead of 2). The pedicure was $30 so that's 2/3 the price for glitter, also they didn't put any lotion on even after a salt scrub my feet were so dry when i got home. I got my hair cut there two months ago for $35 this time $55. Last time I wanted a cut. This time i wanted a trim, however she did the same cut both times. I asked for an inch this time and she took off 4, couple months ago she took off 5. So my hair went from below the small of my back to top of my bra band but the cut is good. While there I heard a lady lose her crap getting charged $60 for a gel pedicure. A woman who was there before was charged $45 for the same thing. Strangely the owner kept telling me she worked in Hollywood and used to charge 200 for a full set, She was bragging about getting rich people to pay these crazy prices, it seemed really opportunistic instead of impressive. read more

Called was able to get a sams day appointment on a Sunday. I arrived staff was friendly sky waited about 5 minutes and was taken in. Went in for a nail repair and fill. Showed pic to tech of what I wanted she said no problem. She worked fast and was gentle. I give it a3 due to quality of work. I was on a lunch break and was unable to stay longer to fix all the issues i noticed upon completion. Nails were left to think, to much cuticle showing for a full, uneven polish, texture was lumpy, and the sides of natural nails were not covered . I had to ask her to paint the tips of nails as the white color of tip was exposed and didn't look manicured. Staff was nice but I won't go back. The pics are only 4 days after fill. This a gel. After 4 days they should look even and still fresh. read more

If I can give it zero stars I would. Horrible. I went for a pedicure and came out with no toe nails. I do not recommend this place. I would like to post a picture but I'm so embarrassed of my toes read more

Every time I walk in I'm greeted with genuine happiness and smiles. The nail gal who does my mani pedi remembers that I'm diabetic and ALWAYS treats me with Duce care, tenderness and very sanitary. Always makes sure I'm comfortable and on top of the massage chair staying on consistently. I highly highly recommend read more

They did an ok job. May be back only because it's close to home. When I called they gave me one price for a polish change then charged me $2 extra when I went in. read more

I'm not in Colton too often so this was a nice little stop to find. They did a great job on the chrome color that I chose for my nails. I chose a hue that has the green, purple & gold hue tones. It turned out very pretty. This was the first time I did a paraffin wax on my feet along with the sea salt scrub on my calves, and a hot stone massage! They did a very good job there and I would recommend them, to you as well! read more

Love the deluxe pedi or spa Don't get the guy, he takes for ever. Very friendly, by far the best pedi I've gotten around here. read more

Excellent service. No overbooking. They get you in and out with an hour. Beautiful work. Very clean. They have an autoclave to sterilize tools. a couple of times, some woman have come an hour late for appointments and express anger. The salon needs to earn its living. If you don't show up, another caller gets the spot. I came here due to overbooking at another salon and continue to return and leave happy. They have a big choice of colors. read more

I stumbled across Hollywood nails because the place I made an appointment with didn't open at my scheduled time so I left. I called Hollywood nails and they immediately took me in. The service was good and extremely fast. There was now paying time at all. They took many walk-ins with no issues. Professional staff as well. read more

I'm new to the area and was looking for a nail salon. A week ago I had an appointment at this salon at 2:30pm for a regular manicure and pedicure. It was the worst place I've ever been to. The entire process took 20 minutes. The pedicurist and manicurist were terrible, half-hearted effort, cuticles on hands and feet not removed well, still tough. Nails not filed properly. No basecoat for nails. If I could give it 0 stars I would. And, the salon was untidy and didn't look clean. On top of that, a fee was added to the credit card charge. AVOID THIS PLACE. read more

This place is highly unsanitary, they use unsanitary tools SOILD TOOLS, i literally seen her pull them out and use them! That is against the law!! This is how people get infections, fungus on their toes and feet! This is really disgusting! You would've thought their prices are pretty high and can't afford to buy new sanitary tools?? I love the girls here Lucy does an amazing job but really everyone is great! Can't wait for them to open my nails hv lasted through covid

Tina and David do an amazing job! David knows exactly how i like my nails and puts so much effort into them. Tina does the best pedicures you can get! Hot stones, wax, scrubs, the full works! They are also very reasonably priced for what you are leaving with. This past time i got a dark red with chrome over it and the time before i got a light lavender with chrome over it. I'm so in love how the chrome turns out. Trust me you won't be disappointed with a trip here. read more

Because of the positive reviews I read online, thought I would give this place a chance I was seated after 10 min wait to wait over half an hour for service to begin. Everything from wait, water temperature, massaging chair, polish color & shape of nail went wrong for me. I probably should have spoke up but didnt want to come across as wanting free service. I definitely will NOT return read more

Called today and they were able to get me in for my pedi right away. Lucy did my toes and let me tell you she did a great job! She cleaned all the dead skin. Got my ingrown toenail with very little pain. They do charge an extra dollar to pay with your card but I think that's pretty standard at most shops. The shop packed yet still so relaxing. Nobody was on their phones. No kids running around causing madness. Excellent experience today. Thank you Lucy your my nail girl now read more

Hollywood Nails is a great place to get your nails done. It's a clean friendly place. Paid $72 to for gf to get her nails painted and dead skin scrubbed. They did a very poor job on removing the dead skin and my gf said provided much less services compared to places that charge much less. She said this place was overpriced and quality was mediocre. read more

Highly recommend! Great spot for nail locals. The employees were friendly, accommodating, and did a great job on the nails (not to mention very gentle for ticklish customers like myself!) Will definitely be coming back. Those who write negative reviews about prices clearly didn't read the sheet that they hand out to each customer about the price in packages and what is specifically included. It is a family owned business in Colton which is understandable for a low number of staff/speaking in a different language. Cannot think of anything bad to say! If you're hesitant, come try out this nail spot and see how wonderful they are! Glad to see an efficient nail salon here in Colton. read more

Ok I Came Here Because I Broke A Nail today. I had never been here. I asked the owner I'm assuming it was her if she can fix it. She said yes $3. I said.ok. as she was fixing it she asked why I didn't go to the nail shop I got them done. Because she didn't have the exact color. Even when I did see it and pointed out to her. She had horrible costumer service. Acted annoyed that she was even fixing my nail. At the end she ended up charging me $4. Bad attitude and will not return. Will not recommend this place to anyone. The one star is because as I was leaving another girl was starting her shift and was pleasant as she greeted me on the way out. read more

Terrible. I get pedicures about once a year so I don't have much experience, but this place ranks the worst. It also happened to be one of the shortest pedicures I have received. Did I say short? I meant longest one I've ever had with the least time spent on my feet. The guy wasn't paying attention and caused the water in the foot bath to overflow and flood a large area. He then spent the next 30 minutes mopping it up with the worlds tiniest mop. I really wish I was joking about how long this took him to clean up, but sadly I am not (why not just use a towel? or a bigger mop?). He finally tires of the mop and proceeds to point a large fan directly at the area (and me!) to dry the rest. Great now my feet are in cold water, and I have a fan blowing in my face. At this point I tell them I don't want the paraffin wax and am just done and want to leave. Over an a half after entering the place, I leave. The cherry on top was they charged me for the paraffin wax that I never received. I know I should have argued more and not paid for this, but at this point I wanted to just be done and out of this horrible unprofessional place. Just avoid. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. read more
