So they did a decent job but their pricing is not listed and it was crazy sauce. The up charges were irrational, I've never paid so much for a fill and I heard them charge different prices to different customers for the same things. They charged me $70 for an acrylic fill. An extra 20 upcharge for 1 extra coat of regular polish on my toes (added glitter on top so it was 3 coats total instead of 2). The pedicure was $30 so that's 2/3 the price for glitter, also they didn't put any lotion on even after a salt scrub my feet were so dry when i got home. I got my hair cut there two months ago for $35 this time $55. Last time I wanted a cut. This time i wanted a trim, however she did the same cut both times. I asked for an inch this time and she took off 4, couple months ago she took off 5. So my hair went from below the small of my back to top of my bra band but the cut is good. While there I heard a lady lose her crap getting charged $60 for a gel pedicure. A woman who was there before was charged $45 for the same thing. Strangely the owner kept telling me she worked in Hollywood and used to charge 200 for a full set, She was bragging about getting rich people to pay these crazy prices, it seemed really opportunistic instead of impressive. read more

Called was able to get a sams day appointment on a Sunday. I arrived staff was friendly sky waited about 5 minutes and was taken in. Went in for a nail repair and fill. Showed pic to tech of what I wanted she said no problem. She worked fast and was gentle. I give it a3 due to quality of work. I was on a lunch break and was unable to stay longer to fix all the issues i noticed upon completion. Nails were left to think, to much cuticle showing for a full, uneven polish, texture was lumpy, and the sides of natural nails were not covered . I had to ask her to paint the tips of nails as the white color of tip was exposed and didn't look manicured. Staff was nice but I won't go back. The pics are only 4 days after fill. This a gel. Called today and they were able to get me in for my pedi right away. Lucy did my toes and let me tell you she did a great job! She cleaned all the dead skin. Got my ingrown toenail with very little pain. They do charge an extra dollar to pay with your card but I think that's pretty standard at most shops. The shop packed yet still so relaxing. Ok I Came Here Because I Broke A Nail today. I had never been here. I asked the owner I'm assuming it was her if she can fix it. She said yes $3. I said.ok. as she was fixing it she asked why I didn't go to the nail shop I got them done. Because she didn't have the exact color. Even when I did see it and pointed out to her. She had horrible costumer service. Acted annoyed that she was even fixing my nail. At the end she ended up charging me $4. Bad attitude and will not return. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible. I get pedicures about once a year so I don't have much experience, but this place ranks the worst. It also happened to be one of the shortest pedicures I have received. Did I say short? I meant longest one I've ever had with the least time spent on my feet. The guy wasn't paying attention and caused the water in the foot bath to overflow and flood a large area. He then spent the next 30 minutes mopping it up with the worlds tiniest mop. I really wish I was joking about how long this took him to clean up, but sadly I am not (why not just use a towel? or a bigger mop?). He finally tires of the mop and proceeds to point a large fan directly at the area (and me!) to dry the rest. Great now my feet are in cold water, and I have a fan blowing in my face. At this point I tell them I don't want the paraffin wax and am just done and want to leave. Over an a half after entering the place, I leave. The cherry on top was they charged me for the paraffin wax that I never received. I know I should have argued more and not paid for this, but at this point I wanted to just be done and out of this horrible unprofessional place. Just avoid.
