Where to begin. First off I walked in and waited which seemed to be a good sign but was about to walk out when I was called to a pedi station. Never asked if I wanted a package and did receive a good massage. But the quality of work was not good. The gel manicure left me bleeding even though I know my cuticles were bad but did not warrant pulling off my skin. Massage again was great but I have wrinkles in the color and puffy swollen cuticles..

TW in the pictures!!! I'm so upset, I've been going here for years and a couple months ago I received a pedicure. Shortly after, the base by my cuticle was red and swollen, but I just thought it was irritation. Long story short, it proceeded for months and grew into that hideous picture you see. It turned out I got a bacteria called pseudomonas. I went through 8 different rounds of antibiotics for over 50 days but my nail was just dead at that point so I had to go under general anesthesia and get my entire toe nail removed. When the surgeon pulled the nail out there was an entire biofilm of that bacteria. It's still red and healing very slowly due to all the trauma but I'm just hoping my nail grows back because it might have permanently damaged the matrix. Probably will never get a pedicure anywhere again after dealing with this mess.

I don't get my nails done regularly. I had builder gel done somewhere else about 4 weeks ago it was just ok and I wasn't happy enough to go back to that place. Ben took me with only one hour left until closing. He removed my old product, manicured my cuticles and applied new product all for $60. My nails are short and natural so keep that in mind for your pricing. I also got very plain one color builder gel, because I knew we didn't have time for designs. Other places I was looking at were charging a lot just for removal. Ben drilled off my old product very carefully without filling down my nail. My service was very quick I got out of there within an 1 hour and 15 minutes. I do pay attention to all the tools to make sure they have been cleaned and prior to Ben drilling my nails I looked at the drill and it was clean. No trace of powder at all. I hate seeing powder on the drill I feel the tech isn't cleaning the tools in between clients, so I was so happy to see the clean drill and he used new buffing pads (I have had places try to use used buffing pads before) and the other tools were in the sealed pouches. He paid attention to detail even though we were past his closing time and my nails look Beautiful. I can't wait to come back for my fill and get a design.

I've been going here for over a year now and it's the best nail place I've been to. I've tried out so many nail places and this place is the best for a few reasons. Every nail tech that works there does an amazing job! So I'm not disappointed whoever I get. Tina did my nails for Valentine's Day this year and last and she never disappoints. The price is also very reasonable for the quality of work they do. I highly recommend coming here for a mani or pedi!

What a pleasant experience. I just wanted a pedicure while my dog was being groomed. I was a walk-in and had to wait, but not terribly long. It made my Sunday. The technician didn't hurt me, and her massage put me to sleep! A customer said she saw me sleeping and hoped I didn't drop my phone in the water. The technician was PERFECT for me! I'm not great with my nail upkeep... but when I treat myself to a mani pedi I always go to Ben's! My nails and toes are gorgeous! Andy had my hands and a lovely lady took care of my feet. Sorry I don't remember your name, but you know who you are! Their attention to detail is awesome! I never feel rushed even when I drop in. I've been to multiple nail places around the area trying to find "my spot" and I think I finally found it. They were able to fit me in a next day appointment and they are COVID compliant with plexiglass screens at every station, requiring masks, etc. I was most impressed by how much time and effort they took with my nails. It was not rushed like most places and they did an awesome job cleaning and shaping my nails. They do not take card, but they accept cash or Venmo and Zelle payments. Tip can be added to the payment as well! I paid $55 for a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. Also, as FYIs they do not use plastic liners for the spa (almost a deal breaker for me, but I saw how rigorous they were with cleaning afterwards that I let it slide) and I also had to park and enter through the back door. Not sure if that's a covid thing for now but it's door M! read more

This place was recommended to be by a friend. I was disappointed. Will not return. The man who did my nails didn't say hardly two words to me. I came in for a full set after not having nails for years. They have an ok selection of colors but the place is dusty and outdated. The man who did my nails was yawning and was more interested in the football game than doing my nails. He cut me with the nail sander tool thing twice. Once, ok maybe that was an accident, but twice is just carelessness. The nails are also uneven and they left glue and paint on my fingers. I would have given one star except that the lady who did my daughters nails did a fine job. read more

This is the best nail salon in the area! Great prices for better quality than you get other places. They didn't rush, and they were super friendly and nice. My friend and I tried to go to another place in Loma Linda, but they had double-booked the appointment, so my friend suggested Ben's Nails, and it's my new favorite nail place! I got a gel manicure with French tips, and it was 7 dollars cheaper than the first place we were going to go. So basically--good quality, great prices, nice staff. read more

I just wanted a full set and pedicure. The nail tech Tony cut me a few times and dug his nail into my fingers so many times it hurt and was very uncomfortable, no where near enjoyable... my pedicure was decent but I wish he would of asked me to make the water hotter if I wanted. She was so dedicated to making sure it came out as close as possible to the reference, that she had assistance from another nail tech to do the flower designs to make sure it came out perfect. Ivy just started applying the gel. I don't think I've ever used gel. When my nails are not used to products my nails reject it and falls apart. In pic. the gel wears out like polish on the white tip. Ivy said next time she will apply what I use which is a French manicure acrylic or powder, my way or what I asked for. I left a message to schedule another appointment. I never heard back. For the past 2-3 weeks I've been in pain as my nails fell off, bent as it got soft on the sides. I've been upset, hurt, pissed at this whole experience. This was my first appointment with Ivy. She set me for 3:p but she already had a 3p. I had to come back. Paid for this first set. All nails fell off when salons shut down last year. Now I have to find another nail tech for another new first set. This is atrocious. She takes cash or 3rd party pay service. Forgot the name of the app. She doesn't take cheques or credit cards. If this is the case she charges extra. This is my first (and last) appointment with her. You would think a new client would have an easy, comfortable, relaxing, pleasant "first appointment." I was looking forward to my nails looking pretty after a year. I had to run outside to the ATM to pay her cash. Then I was lock out. I think I paid extra for something. I can't remember what. (No tip that's for sure. I'm on a fixed income. I can't tip her for her mistakes.) I didn't mean this review to be long winded but it turns out the entire experience as a "new client" was almost traumatic.

I LOVE this salon! I live in Redlands and have been going there for 9 years. Both Ben and his wife Lindsey (Lin) are very nice. It amazes me that they remember everyone's names and always make sure to call them by it. I have Lin do my nails most of the time because we chit chat alot. Ben is fast if that's what you need. Don't take his quietness as rudeness. He doesnt speak as clear of English as Lin does but he's getting better. :) This is the cleanest salon I have ever been to and ALL the time (and I have been to alot in this area). Some who I watched use the same tools on a 2nd person's feet!! They sanitize everything. How can someone say it needs a facelift when in the middle of construction doing just that?? They brought back the salon chairs for pedicures again now which I love but for a lesser price you can do it in a regular chair too. Yes there is a wait if you just walk in. I was so stunned, I sat there with my hands still in the air as if the chart were still in my hands. I have always and still respect cultural differences but this was beyond any culture's notion of respect. I miss my friend, but I can not allow someone to disrespect me, not even a friend, especially a friend. She needs to understand, her potential new customers should not be more important than her faithful and consistent return customers who respect her and who tip well.
