I don't consider myself picky about my nails... or maybe I am; I have been to quite a few local shops for dipping powder and couldn't find anyone to do it quite right. I found lovely nails a few months ago and my search is over. I have had a few technicians do the dipping on my nails, and they all do a fabulous job, Vincent happens to be my favorite. My nails last me about three weeks; I'm a hairdresser and work continuously with my hands in color, water, shampoos, housework... you get the idea so getting two+ weeks out of a manicure is enough to keep me happy. While this place does take walk ins, it's better to have an appointment, and THEY actually stick to it! If you have an appointment they will be ready for you and I'm sure expect you to be there in time also. The place is clean, pedicures are amazing, and they don't short you on the massage. I came to this salon after reading their awesome reviews on yelp. I was greeted immediately by a sweet woman. I explained I wanted a mani and pedi with callus removal. The wait time was very reasonable especially for not having an appt (approx 5 mins) I was called over to the pedicure tub by a young lady named Driss. She asked what I was looking for and showed a price sheet immediately so I wasn't shocked with prices. My pedi was so awesome. She took her time and put this awesome minty scrub on my legs during my pedi (talk about heaven). It tingles the entire time allowing me to really relax. She was very pleasant the entire time doing my pedicure. I showed her a photo from Pinterest and asked her to recreate. It was a simple purple big glitter toe followed by soft purple toes. She took the photo and matched the colors exact. My deluxe pedi was 28$ My manicure was done by Driss as well and she took her time once again. She cleaned the cuticles very nicely and shaped my natural nails perfectly. The color I choose was nude and I love it. My mani wa The atmosphere was very pleasant. All of the other techs were softly conversations with their clients. The tv was plying in the background with a show in ENGLISH. This allowed us patrons to watch and understand the show. (Not a big deal but nice) The smell in the salon was soft (instead of chemicals) it smelled like fabric softener which was relaxing I was very impressed with my experience and will be back for sure. read more

I read the great reviews and made an appt to have Vincent do a fill and pedicure, after having tried 6-7 other manicurists in the area since I moved here. I usually get acrylic with gel on top because I like how long they last and that they dry so quickly. When I got there Vincent started asking me if I wanted to do "the dip" nails. He said they are no chemicals and much better for me. I was very hesitant because I didn't want lumpy nails and I like the gel because I don't have to wait for it to dry. He persisted a lot and I said ok. Whenever I tried asking questions he just said "trust me" instead of answering my questions. When he was doing my removal his hand slipped accidentally and he burned me with the drill. He felt very badly and apologized for the mistake. However, as he continued to do my nails he forgot many times about it and put acetone on the open cut and repeatedly hurt me. When I was getting finished, I was trying to ask him if the top coat was gel. I don't know if he didn't understand because of the language barrier or if he just was annoyed with my questions but he went to use the gel lamp on regular polish top coat. At that time one of his co-workers said, "you just need to trust us"! That is when I got really upset. No I don't just need to trust anyone. You as professionals need to be able to answer customers questions!!! It's unfortunate, because his nails were beautiful. I loved them. But because of bad communication and attitude from him and his co-worker I will not be returning!!! read more

Wendy is so wonderful. My nails have never looked better or stayed better. I have been going to her for about eight months now and she is always punctual, efficient and very pleasant to spend time with. I am constantly getting compliments on how beautiful my nails look. I got a pedicure and a full set done with matching colors, which I love when they have the matching gel and regular polish. I was extremely happy with the services and I had never received so many comments on my nails before. Unfortunately, after only one week my nails started falling off. Last night I was peeling shrimp for dinner and three nails fell off just by doing this simple task. $35 for a full set to only last a week is extremely disappointing!!! read more

This nail salon is very close to my house and thought to give it a shot. I am pretty disappointed with their customer service. I walked in only 15 mins after they opened hoping they would accept a walk-in. I did not receive any greeting, instead just blank stares. I explained it was my first time visiting and asked if it was possible to have a manicure. One of the manicurist at front just bluntly told me, " No, not right now, sorry." I understood I was a walk-in so I just answered by saying thank you. I wished they would have at least offered to make me an appointment for another time.
