I made an appointment with a friend for Friday at 1:30 so we could enjoy getting our nails done together, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the start. Although I was seated on time, my friend was made to wait over an hour despite having the same appointment. During my service, I showed the technician a reference photo and was assured it could be done. However, the final result did not match what I requested. The French tips were uneven and did not extend properly to the edges, giving them a sloppy appearance. A design was also added to one nail that I did not ask for and did not resemble the reference. When I politely asked about fixing the issues, I was met with a negative attitude. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day to have them corrected, but again experienced a long wait of over 30 minutes past my appointment time. While some minor improvements were made, the overall result was still not worth the price I paid. BUT when you have to ask for the extra skin to be cleaned around your toes before they polish, then make more of a mess AND get mad/frustrated. Got me in without an appointment. The place was empty. The guy was nice but did not do a good job. Sorry but no. I got a full set with ombré color. They didn't have the color i wanted which I think it's a common color? So he offered what he had I said ok. I asked for fading glitter and once again he did not delivered. He fading was not done correctly, it was uneven and when he did the ombré there was like a line/crack he left there. When I mentioned it to him he said he didn't see what I was talking about. My husband was there and I asked him to take a look and wo me saying anything to him he pointed out the line/crack. After that the man said ohhh let me fix it. He tried to fix it but nope it was still there. I told him that was fine because I was already annoyed and wanted to leave. He told me they do eyebrows and other stuff. If I could leave this zero stars I would. I went in for a nail removal and instead of taking them off with acetone and nail filer like every other salon I've been too, the lady who helped me just stuck a plastic nail under and ripped them off my nails. Terrible service. She broke 2 of my nails. She was not even careful at all. I will be making a report on her service. Just a shame. I shouldn't even have paid for the $25. Theresa and Peter her husband are SCAMMERS FRAUDS RUDE AF. When I walked in they acted nice shop was EMPTY. OVERCHARGED AND DOUBLE CHARGED ME BUT KARMA IS REAL AND GOD SEES ALL! I asked for pedicure and fill to be done at the same time I was on a time limit Theresa said yes then disappeared for 30 minutes and didn't start my fill until my pedicure was practically done. Peter didn't want to scrub my feet although he made sure I got the higher priced package w. callus remover he said "included more scrub" yet barely scrubbed so I told him he could scrub harder and that he wasn't hurting me (I wasn't sure if that's why he was barely touching my feet with the pumice?) he tried to argue saying what do I mean and got a big attitude threw the pumice down got a new one scrubbed my feet super fast/hard trying to be funny, then yelled and told me if I don't like how he does his work I could go somewhere else. Mind you we started out having a good convo and I was all smiles and my feet are pretty and nice. He then told Theresa to finish my pedicure. Theresa finally came out with a bad attitude confirmed I wanted a fill I asked to cut them down and told her I like them thin. She said "ill do what I can" with an attitude. Excuse me YOU ADVERTISE FOR CUSTOMER TO SHARE PREFERENCES but this is your response? she proceeds to do my fill/ finish my pedicure. She tells me my total and it doesn't sound right I ask her to break it down. OVERCHARGES me for every little thing & cut two fingers no apology or anything! She said she charged me for filing my toes square doing my nails thin? They not even thin. Thinning my big toe that had old gel, she wanted to fill my gel I told her no so charged me still? I got white with glitter on top at her suggestion even after I said no glitter she charged me for two regular polish colors... not gel. On my hands I got a gel color on the board she charged me $10 extra dollars for plus an extra $10 for gel mind you the color is gel?? $1 per stone lol. $$ hungry She wanted to run up my tab for more money and made up ANYTHING to get more money out of me!! She heard my profession and saw my Porsche after treating me bad. 25 years doing nails and look at this poor quality job. I just want to say to all you sleeping on the TAP nails, try them out! They are the longest lasting, no damage and no smell. I was an acrylic girl forever, literally 16+ years. Teresa suggested Gel X so I tried it, it was okay, but the UV light was a bit spicy but then she started doing TAP polyurethane nails. I can go 3-4 weeks with no lifting and no breaking. They also feel lighter. Absolutely no burning while setting under UV light. They hold up. You can do clear or pick a signature color if you like your nails done the same color every time. Also if you like jewels added or art on your nails it lasts longer than acrylic. read more

She doesn't have set prices. I went to get a full set acrylic she charged me $$$ then I went for refill and she charged the same again$$$ and I know I got design both times. Okay let me start by staying this is my first time at 2000 Nails and Teresa was very nice and polite to us. We arrived at 3:50 and I had an apt at 6pm. I asked if they had time, Space for us, we are a whole clan. 3 pedicures, 1 full set acrylics, 1 gel dip, and a paint for my 6 year old nails and toes. Me, my 3 daughters; 16, 14 and 6. We asked for ($200) in services. Can you accommodate today? Before 6, otherwise I'll come back. It's not an issue, we stay. Cool. Teresa starts with me (mom) and has my two teens set up for their pedicures. No one starts them, it's just Teresa, she assures me, her husband is coming and will help and get us out on time. Cool. She gets started. Husband comes after 45 mins, fine. As long as we finish by 6, my girls don't mind waiting a minute. This is their first experience coming out to do this. Well they move me to start my gel dip, husband is doing the 2 teens pedicures. And my 6 year old continues to wait. I'm done, Teresa asked me to pay cash vs Zelle, because Zelle goes to some person (not her). Ok I can do that. I leave my 3 girls to finish up, it's 5:35, we have somewhere to be at 6. My oldest is getting her acrylics at this point. But my 6 year old hasn't been done. Well I go to the bank, get cash for services and tip, there were a lot of us. And I go back. When I arrive my 6 year is still waiting and they have moved onto another full set acrylics. It's 5:45-5:50 and I asked.... "Hey she's been waiting? And we gotta go?" Teresa very shortly and loudly says "she can come back tomorrow and we can do her" Cue the tears and melt down. My girl got her feelings hurt so bad. So now I'm apologizing to my daughter for their mistakes. Teresa doesn't apologize or offer to stop the full set and spend 5 mins painting my girl, she tells us to come back tomorrow. We came to get dolled up, together. This was an important lesson in self care and self love for my girls. And she ruined that. My nails look nice if that matters. But I'm very much a customer service based person, I won't be back. My $200+ bill, will find someone else to services us. She didn't offer to make it right, or do it for free. She never should of moved onto another customer while my girl, who is a paying customer even at 6, is waiting her turn. It sucked. My girl cried for 2.5 hours. 6-8:30 till she fell asleep. We are going out of town for the weekend, and this was part of our vacation planning. And she really did ruin it. read more

Customer service needs to be worked on. Scheduled an appointment for my mother and I simply for lashes at 10:30. Upon arrival not only was it busy but we were asked to come back at 2. We went ahead and agreed, called to see if they were ready for us and we were yet again pushed back at 2:30. We finally did our appointments & my mother went ahead and did a pedicure with the owners husband who she had even recommended as she waited for me to finish. He shamed her and questioned when AND where her last pedicure had been done. I could hear him yelling across the store. Absolutely ridiculous. Never have I ever experienced such rude service. My mom did not proceed with the pedicure due to the harsh & painful treatment he did on her toenails. As my mom spoke to the owners wife to explain what had happened he began yelling in his language clearly offending us. RUDE! She justified that his actions were only done because she's the one who told him to handle my mom's services that way. Not only that but she said that because she had simply sat in the chair & soaked her feet in the water she should get charged the $25. When we questioned that she was nice enough to only charge us $20. Shouldn't have gotten charged at all in my opinion! Sad to say they cared more about overcharging rather than their customers. She got bright white paint but the top coat was so old and yellow that her nails look like they are yellow. Also, the paint job sucks. When you pay for a service, you expect quality. I arrived at the shop at 8:25 thinking they would be open since their sign says 8:15. They didn't get there until 9:00. Teresa said I didn't make an appointment so it's my fault. She said she was "too lazy" this morning. She cut me and said, "You sacred?" No apology. I asked for Matt and she kept trying to talk me out of it. She said, "I don't like it - it looks old." I thought I was the customer. I asked for a design and she yelled at me because I didn't have a picture. She was so mad because she couldn't get the design right. When I was talking about different designs she said, "We're done here. Go home to cook for your husband!" So since it wasn't her work she treated me very rude. My fill didn't even Take 20 mins she was in a rush, didn't take time. There was only me and 2 ladies in there getting toes/nails done so it wasn't like she was super busy. I've been looking for a new nail salon and came to this one after several mishaps with my old place and I am so happy that I did. Owner is very nice and customer service was good but I would have to say I got one of the worst paint jobs ever on my nails and toes and it was two different people. I have paint and gel all over my skin. I have areas that aren't painted and areas that are bumpy. I even mentioned having it all over my skin and said "I guess I can go home and get it off myself" and no one fixed it. They were very busy and I get trying to hurry but rushing through and leaving clients disappointed means they likely won't return again and possible leave a poor review. I recommend they take their time and do good work if they want repeat clients. read more

Poor service and poor quality. I was looking to get my acrylic nails taken off and just a clear coat of polish on top after but still managed to be there for 3.5 hours. Upon arrival the 2 workers were already working on other customers and I asked if they had time for a removal. The lady told me it would only be a 15 minute wait so I didn't mind. I told her I'd go buy a water and come right back. When I came back 15 minutes later she acted like she didn't recognize me and told me it would be another 20 minutes (even though there was no other customers at this time besides the one she already had) I agreed to wait and sat patiently for my turn. Another 45 minutes wen by until she was finally ready to help me. Once she began to help me it was clear she wasn't done with the other customer she originally started with. She was still soaking off the other customers nails so I thought she would begin to soak mine off and hop back to her, but that wasn't the case. She immediately started cutting my nails off and trying to pry them off with tools. She was so rude and aggressive! When I asked her to soak them off she told me no and that it would take too much time. I'm very non confrontational so I just continued the service. She than began to pry off my acrylic nails with a plastic nail causing my pinky nail to bleed after continuously letting her know that she was inflicting plan. Once she got to the next finger she began using her own fingernail to pry my nails off. During that period her real finger nail BROKE and she began to take her gloves off and used the nail clippers she used on me to cut down her fingernails. I was absolutely horrified considering she didn't have gloves on and that I now have an open wound on my finger. I didn't think she would try to use the same clippers on me, BUT SHE DID. When I asked her if she can use new tools since those nail clippers were no longer sterile she got really offered and walked to the back and made it a big deal. None the less, she still used the sanitized equipment (after being asked) but was rude and made it very awkward. I shouldnt have to ask my service provider to use sterile equipment especially when I'm paying top dollar for a service. I let her continue since she already had one hand done. Once she was done prying the nails off, I had two bloody fingers and she blamed it on me for having "thin nails". After all that she still managed to fu*k up a clear coat, which I didn't think was possible. I was hesitant to come here given that they have terrible reviews, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so only requested a clearcoat to be safe. Needless to say I was very unsatisfied with the service and the outcome. I was charged $40 for acrylic removal and a clear top coat. Won't be returning. Waste of time and money. read more
