We went here after having a horrible experience at Lilah's near Ulta. I thought I might never have my nails done ever again after Lilah's but gave BB's a shot. They were so nice and did not get mad at me for wanting a thinner, natural looking acrylic set and a shape btwn coffin and square. And they did an amazing job! So sweet and gentle and don't make you feel bad for communicating preferences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

My wife and I visited this nail salon today for a relaxing Sunday outing. Typically, I feel uncomfortable when other women use a nail clipper and cuticle tool on my hands and feet during manicures and pedicures. However, the beautician at BB carefully employed a gentle, precise technique, using steady, deliberate movements with sterilized tools that minimized discomfort, making the process surprisingly painless and enjoyable. Her attentive, professional approach included clear, considerate communication and meticulous attention to hygiene, which truly stood out. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking high-quality, comfortable nail services delivered with skill and care. read more

This is my first time here and I can say that the customer services vibes were definitely here. Me and my daughter came in and as a walk-in, they took us right away! They have a wide variety of nail polish colors and offer waxing services as well. They accept different forms of payment, which is great. Pricing was great 40 for basic ped with gel. read more

I was very fortunate to be seen at the last minute. I honestly was concerned about the small amount of ratings. But let me just say this "this is the most incredible place. A gentleman who did my pedicure was just on point. He was so detailed in cleaning my feet. And along with it came a little leg massage. If you choose him , you will not be disappointed. And I must say that people are very friendly here and the members that are getting manicures and pedicures also stated that they get the best service here. Thank youuuu!! read more

After having terrible service and my pedicure came out awful at Lilah's, next to Ulta. I needed to find a good place that care about their customers. Well I definitely found it here!! BB's is the nicest place I've even been for nails. They are kind and very understanding. They really take their time and make sure you're not in pain and everything is perfect and the way you want it!!! Very clean and comfortable here. Needless to say, I'll be a long time customer here!!! LOVE EVERYONE HERE!!! read more

I went to the place three times. The first time was great even though the price was expensive. I got a pedicure manicure and I paid $115. The second time is when I noticed that their prices don't match with is posted on their references, I got a manicure and pedicure. I went real short on my nails and the pedicure was $45 while the Manicure was price at $50 which adds up to a total of $95 however they charge me $105 and I don't know where the $10 came from I paid and let it go. However when I went back just for a fill on my nails they charge me $45 which is outrageous and I swear if I would've paid cards, she said $20. I do not recommend. I feel like they changed their prices and their prices do not add up. Plus my fill looks terrible read more

They reuse pumice stones & rinse it with the water your feet was in for the next client I literally wanted to puke. They cost lest than 5 cents at the nail supply stores I came here after all the good reviews, with people saying its "clean" as i watched them use the same cuticle nippers & callus remover on two separate clients without cleaning in between. They dont put any sanitising tabs in your water. I guess we all have different standards of what clean is. Dip was bulky and thick, no lotion on your hands or cuticle oil after manicure services. Ive been here a handful of times and they never disappoint. Always a short wait for walk in services. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. Pedicures are clean and provide a bag in the tub. They do an amazing job cleaning my toenails and gently removing my ingrowns. read more

I went in to get a set and I showed the guy who was doing my nails the design I wanted I just told him I wanted it it in pink and he said ok. Before he started painting my nails I showed him the design and even clarify what two nails the design would be. The man just painted my nails pink. Extremely upset as when I told the guy he said I don't do designs, then he shouldn't have done my nails. Unless you want poorly painted plain nails I would not recommend this place. Service requested and quality is poor. read more

Went here on Sunday and got a gel manicure on my nails on toes. My daughter got acrylic nails. I also got a wax eyebrow. After spending $200 on services and tips I am not happy. I am generally a positive review person. I got gel done on my nails on Sunday at 1pm. It's Tuesday at 4pm and 1 has completely lifted off and both my thumbs have chipped. Also, there was no clear coat added to one of my thumbs which is driving me absolutely crazy. My daughter's acrylics were so-so. She got French tips and some of the polish was not cleaned on the top of her nail so she has polish not only on the french tip area. Good news was they got us in quickly so that was a plus. Although I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone wouldn't even listen to my request and basically just told me to come in. I should have known to go somewhere else by the phone call off the bat but, it was a Sunday and many places were closed. Also, one of the ladies (the one that did my pedicure) patted me on the butt 3 times when I went to go into the waxing room. My daughter was this and looked at me shocked as I'm sure my face was unsure what to do. It was hard to understand her but I think she said my butt was cute? I am so confused. I will not be coming back and I definitely won't be recommending them. I found them on Yelp from good reviews so that's why I went there. I am unfortunately underwhelmed and usually Yelp reviews are spot on. Just want to put in my experience if someone is looking to go here maybe think again. Quality is my least favorite. The butt patting was just an added WTF! read more

I was referred here by a friend who had previously came to get her pedicure. When I arrived, I stepped into an open and bright environment of friendly faces. I needed a new set before a wedding and my mom came with me, she also does nails so we bond over these experiences together. Vicky did my full set with French tips, added glitter and I was just so wow'd by her technique and Experience. I'm really picky because I grew up in the industry. My mom enjoyed it so much she ended up getting a new set too, which has never happened. All in all, Vicky treated me like family and welcomed my mom into the space too. I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews but it's new. Def recommend this spot. read more

I accidentally broke my toenail so I have no choice, but go to nail salon, she actually gave me a good price of it and she was doing very quick. I do appreciate her and she's really nice. The price was decent and good. The only thing is she's not really gentle. I'm fixing nails. It was really hurt but other than that, I have no problem with that. She pick a good color for me and fix my nail. read more

Honestly, I don't like the service from BB nail and spa. They are rough on your Nails when you're getting a pedicure or even doing your nails in general. I tried to like this salon but me going already three times I have told myself this is the last time I'm going for sure ! Just because of the experience I had today of how I didn't like the way my nail polish was coming out and I had another lady fix them and from my part, I was being respectful towards this, and she was coming off rude and seemed annoyed by it. Something I tell myself every time if I am the one paying for the service, I should get the service I like ! Would not recommend here. read more

TERRIBLE JOB! Don't come here. Save your money. The lady who did my acrylic overlay was very rude and rushed through the entire job! I told her I just wanted an acrylic overlay and she seemed like she knew what I was talking about then proceeds to take my nails off. These are my real nails! She treated them HORRIBLE! The French tip is very messy and she even got white paint on the clear part. Just don't do it. However, The lady who did my toes was very nice but she did leave both my big toes two different shapes. read more

I am new to this area and saw that this salon had great reviews. I was not disappointed! I went last week to get a full set for my friends bachelorette party. Her theme was "til death" so I did black nails, which are normally not my thing. They did a great job and she loved them! I decided to come back this week and get a polish change and I LOVE the color. They didn't just color change though, they evened out the acrylic and made sure the shape was right. If I could I rate this place 0 stars I would. I went in for a fill and John did my nails. My nail tech was out of town so I decided to go to them. They had a nice shape prior to the fill. John and another tech asked who had done my nails and I told them that my friend did. He shook his head with with a look of disgust. Him and other techs gathered and seemed as if they were talking bad about them. In reality him and the tech who painted my nails effed them up! I showed my boyfriend and he laughed. He said they were hideous and it was so embarrassing. They were not worth 40 dollars! I also asked if they could reshape them and they put little to no effort. I will be posting the nails john did and the nails they were talking bad about. Nails done by them are the glittery purple with a weird and ugly shape! And nude nails were done by my tech.
