They made me feel so unwanted and my nails look thick and awful. Because my sister is disabled I escorted her in first. Then went to park the car. There was no one in the shop. I drive a black Mercedes S550 and was parked in front. First an elderly asain man and young lady drive up my driver's door was open while I was retrieving my belongings. They forced me to close my door so they could park directly next to me looking at me as though I offended them because my door was open. The door was open to the shop but they went in and closed the door behind them. I then walked in and ask for my nails to be done. My sister was already in the chair getting her pedicure. The man continued to look mean at me. The manicurist then asked if the prior nails were done by an Asian and I said no they were Spanish. Now I know why there was no one in their shop. Was a regular customer and thought I would return. My appointment was for 2:30. I was sat in a chair and then a couple of young ladies came in as walk in customers. He started working on them. Now it's well after 3pm no apologies, no acknowledgement that I'm still sitting here. I was dropped off or I would definitely leave. My full set nails were clumpy and not evenly shaped, one of my nails was completely crooked and he wouldn't fix it. They are breaking off and I've only had them for two weeks. I wanted simple pink nails with a white ring finger with 2 basic simple hearts. He asked me if they looked good I asked if he could round the hearts a little more so they don't look so long. First time visiting yesterday 8/13/20 with my sister, daughter and myself. Ordered the sky blue spa pedicure for $44 and let's start with the horrible experience of the nail tech being extremely harsh and rough with my feet, pinching and scraping my skin with nail clippers which I had to tell her twice it was hurting badly then she clipped my toe nail on right foot lower than it should be ending result my toe is tender and stinging, next she used callous remover which burned the skin on the top my feet so now all of my toes are literally inflamed and when I told her that stuff is burning she began to panic then had the audacity to apply it for a second time to which her fellow nail tech obviously told her in her language to take it off and use something, something she should have used to begin with and oh wow how could I forget the metal cheese grater to scrap the dead and dry skin away from bottom of my feet which would have been fine except again she was very harsh. I throughly read all what comes in the spa pedicure and I did not receive the paraffin wax nor the cooling gel yet she was still going to charge me so when I mentioned it she then stated " well the wax was cold and not hot so I did not use!" But neglected to inform the customer that as well as giving the option to pick another spa package. When I mentioned it to the male technician of course she absolutely lied so they gracefully took off $5 from the pedicure. Next my eight year old daughter got the child spa pedicure before I got my feet done and the same person did her feet and hurt my daughters toe nails while removing gel polish with a file. Her feet are still hurting and we are now on 8/14/2020. She requested to have a butterfly as her design and of course the woman complained about what she can not do and gave her a flower instead. Prior to getting my pedicure I informed her of the design I wanted and showed her the picture, after painting my toes she tried to convince me that I did not need the design to which I told her " Uh no, I told you what I wanted and that's what I'm Paying for! My sister got a full set and showed the nail tech the color and design she wanted and of course they tech stated he could Not do it but had similar designs on their yelp page. Not to mention not practicing proper COVID-19 cleaning, they neglected to wipe down the seats after each use or sanitize the area and only accepted cash payments. I will never visit this place again, ironically my toe color and design came out ok after I had to be very firm and strict with what I wanted. But now I'm dealing with sore feet from having my skin burned and toe nails clipped to short and my daughter is dealing with her toes hurting from the filing on the top of her nail bed being to rough. I did not even want to give one star!!!! Messy paint job polish on my actual skin and gem placement is not similar. Horrible read more

I honestly don't even want to give this location a 1 star, a 0 is what they really deserve. Why, because my appointment was for 2pm which I got there on time and yet they had the audacity to take not 1 but 2 customers ahead of me. Even 1 of their customer was confused because her appointment was at 2:30pm and they still decided to take her in just because they know her. I didn't make a scene I just looked at the owner which he told me your next which is that was a lie. Then this other 2pm appointment came in which she was a 11 min late and they took her in and started her pedicure. Negative five stars! The absolute worst experience I have ever had! Ended up at doctor on antibiotics! First of all only three people working and they say yes to every walk in, which means they leave you in middle of service to go work on others. Did not see one tool removed from any sanitized bags, nor a "clean" side or "soiled" side from work tray. Tina did my gel manicure. It was clumpy and thick and rushed. But that was honestly just the beginning. They use razor boards which are banned from being used in the state of California due to sanitary reasons. She kept touching her phone with her gloves on while performing my pedicure. During my pedicure Tina, started digging on the side of my toe, took out a clipper and before I even knew what was happening my toe was gushing blood. I asked what was happening in shock and pain. She look at me with disgust and said you didn't know you had an ingrown toe nail? I removed for you! First of all I definitely DID NOT have an ingrown toe nail, secondly I never consented to her removing! Not to mention the only person qualified to remove an ingrown toenail is a podiatrist! She immediately doused my toe in alcohol which was so painful, then put this "'medicine" from dropper on my toe which concerned me as I am 6 months pregnant and still have no idea what it was. She then played dr again and compacted gauze into the open wound on my toe she had created. She then also attempted to "remove two more ingrown nails" on opposite big toe, which I quickly declined when I felt the pain of her digging again. She never clipped or filed any other nails on my foot. This was the $58 dollar volcano pedicure mind you. She then put paraffin wax on my feet after I told her I was concerned with her doing that considering I had an open wound at this point now! She insisted. Then left me for 25 minutes to go work on another person. Never saw her change gloves nor grab new tools! I should have left at this point. There was another girl there who got there same time as me and was left with her feet in pedicure water for 30 minutes, without anybody acknowledging her. The man doing her nails without saying anything to her straight up left salon to get daughter for school (only gathered that's what he did by observing him returning with teenage girl with backpack 30 minutes later). The girl getting pedicure finally put shoes on and said she needed to pay for what she had done already and was leaving. She was furious. When pedicurist finally returned she informed me they did not have the color I needed for my toes but I could pay extra for the gel. Absolutely not I was ready to leave. I was in pain and frustrated. I left salon with incomplete pedicure. I paid. Should have never given them a cent for there unsanitary, subpar services. I got home in tears and fortunately my husband returned on my behalf and got a refund for the horrendous pedicure. The husband and wife running salon are extremely rude. I ended up in urgent care next day with INFECTED big toe! They wanted to give me tetanus shot but I can't at this point in my pregnancy. I was prescribed ANTIBIOTICS for INFECTION! So unacceptable, please heed warning and stay away from this awful shop! I will be reporting to health department!!! read more
