I went in for a fill on July 23rd and it is now August 31st. Tracy was my nail tech and she did an awesome job. My nails have not lifted, mind you my nails usually lift on week 2. She is amazing!

    Beautiful nail set!

I love coming here for my nails! I never have to wait. And I'm always happy with the results of what I ask for!

Yall I was crying in my car. My toes were perfectly square and even now they are all butchered all ten toes were different shapes. This is how they looked fresh out the salon. Horrendous. My nails were dip but they only dip the base and paint the color with gel i have never seen this before. I asked for square and he decided that that isnt the shape i should have and told me he is going to round my corners.

Don't come here unless you want to be extremely overpriced for rushed and inconsistent work. Sloppy acrylic application, streaks throughout paint, inconsistent French tip. Payed $120 for nails and toes and I'm not even fully happy.. only good part was the lady who did my toes was amazing! Hate to be disappointed I wanted to like this place after moving here from Lb. Not the best work I've received at all.

What I got marbel nails St. Patrick's nails!

Kelly was awesome!! I came in for a full set and pedicure and got seated right away no wait! I showed them what I wanted for St.Patrick's Day and March Madness and they said that they could do it. This what I showed them and this is what I got! I love them! Just right!

David was my nail tech, who unfortunately didn't disinfect his tools or station properly.

Visited this salon a few weeks ago intending to get a full set. I walked in and saw everyone wearing masks, which made me feel comfortable enough to book an appointment for 2 PM later that same day. I returned for my appointment and was called over by a nice man to his station, he has just finished another customer's full set (she was vocally unhappy with the shape). As I walked, I observed him spray the table with (I'm assuming) disinfectant then clean it down with a polish-stained towel. After seeing this, I decided to get a gel polish manicure instead. I chose my color and the tech soaked my nails briefly to begin the manicure. I then saw the man take out a small Altoids tin that contained his nail dremel tools, cuticle trimmer, and cuticle pusher that WERE NOT sanitized or cleaned from his last customer to me. His cart was also unorganized and dirty. My nails had lots of clear gel polish under them that I went home and cleaned up, along with some polish on my actual fingers. Overall, I give them a 2/5 for having a decent color selection and enforcing mask rules, but the nail tech was definitely not clean enough to make me want to go back ever. Also the business sign out front says "Signature Nails", not "Queen Nails" like the business cards say.

It's been 2 weeks and my nails look great!

I love this place. I've been coming here for about 1 year now and I love how creative the staff is when I bring in a nail design.

Seriously the BEST! I love it here! My nails look amazing and the people are great! I've tried other places and was always disappointed, I will never go anyplace else. Carly you're my fav.

Went in today for a powder dip manicure, the nail tech was very detailed and added a cute flower design for spring. I like that they are very attentive. There were some children getting manicures at the station across from me and they were so sweet to the little kids, even got them some candies when they said they were hungry. They also keep your appointment time and don't take people ahead of you like the one down the way. Love this place. Very well ventilated as well and everyone wears masks.

The woman who did me was very sweet and very good, but the salon smelled so toxic, there was no ventilation. It was horrible.

I only said I wanted acrylics and didn't specify that I wanted them on my toes too, so I understand how that misunderstanding happened. However, when I brought it up, I immediately felt like both employees became annoyed. It wasn't my intention to be difficult--I was simply trying to explain what I wanted. After seeing their reaction, I felt uncomfortable speaking up for the rest of my appointment because I didn't want to seem like a bother. Throughout the service, they kept bringing up that different things would cost more. The cost was never the issue for me. I was willing to pay for the service I wanted. What made me uncomfortable was that it felt like they were more focused on the price than on listening to my concerns or making sure I was happy with the service. The man who worked on my nails was, in my opinion, unprofessional. I showed him an inspiration photo with soft, light pink flowers on the sides of the nails. Instead, he painted bright neon pink flowers that looked nothing like the reference photo. I had to ask him to make them lighter because I genuinely couldn't imagine leaving the salon with nails that looked like that. I understand that inspiration photos can't always be recreated exactly, but if he wasn't able to do that design, I wish he had simply told me. He could have explained that it wasn't something he was comfortable doing or asked another nail technician for help. One of the reasons I chose this salon was because I had seen very similar flower designs on their Instagram, so I believed it was something they were capable of doing. I also couldn't help but wonder if my age played a role in how I was treated. I felt like because I was younger and not very confident about speaking up, my concerns weren't taken seriously. Every time I tried to say something, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. There were multiple times during my appointment where I honestly felt like crying because I could tell they didn't want to work with me. I'm an emotional person, but more than anything, I felt unwelcome and like I was being judged for simply asking for the service I came in for. I wasn't trying to be difficult--I just wanted my nails and toes to look the way I had asked. I believe good customer service means listening to your client, communicating honestly if a design isn't possible, and making them feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Overall, I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon.
