Yall I was crying in my car. My toes were perfectly square and even now they are all butchered all ten toes were different shapes. This is how they looked fresh out the salon. Horrendous. My nails were dip but they only dip the base and paint the color with gel i have never seen this before. Visited this salon a few weeks ago intending to get a full set. I walked in and saw everyone wearing masks, which made me feel comfortable enough to book an appointment for 2 PM later that same day. I returned for my appointment and was called over by a nice man to his station, he has just finished another customer's full set (she was vocally unhappy with the shape). As I walked, I observed him spray the table with (I'm assuming) disinfectant then clean it down with a polish-stained towel. After seeing this, I decided to get a gel polish manicure instead. I chose my color and the tech soaked my nails briefly to begin the manicure. I then saw the man take out a small Altoids tin that contained his nail dremel tools, cuticle trimmer, and cuticle pusher that WERE NOT sanitized or cleaned from his last customer to me. His cart was also unorganized and dirty. My nails had lots of clear gel polish under them that I went home and cleaned up, along with some polish on my actual fingers. Overall, I give them a 2/5 for having a decent color selection and enforcing mask rules, but the nail tech was definitely not clean enough to make me want to go back ever. Also the business sign out front says "Signature Nails", not "Queen Nails" like the business cards say. read more

Pedicure was fabulous. Pedicure was $28, then an additional $15 for gel polish & $1 charge to pay with my card. All ok. Except for the massage chair! It was miserable, no massage at all. I let the tech know, she played with it for a sec.....didn't help at all. Was not happy, as that's my favorite part of the pedicure. When I let the receptionist know the issue with the chair, first she asked..."did you turn it on?" Told her yes & said that I also let your tech know. She then replied, "oh sometimes our chairs are wonky". If a customer is paying a premium price, then premium service should be offered? Please fix your chairs or purchase new ones. read more

This nail shop did one of the things I absolutely hate and that's lying about the wait time to fit in more clients. I called at noon to inquire about having a fill and a spa pedicure and a full set for my friend. We were told to arrive in 40 minutes. We arrive and are told to wait. 20 minutes pass and I'm instructed to sit in the spa chair. We waited over an hour before being serviced. We had other plans that day so if I had known we'd have to wait that long I would of went somewhere else. I decided to skip the fill. Went in today for a powder dip manicure, the nail tech was very detailed and added a cute flower design for spring. I like that they are very attentive. There were some children getting manicures at the station across from me and they were so sweet to the little kids, even got them some candies when they said they were hungry. They also keep your appointment time and don't take people ahead of you like the one down the way. Love this place. Very well ventilated as well and everyone wears masks. read more

As a nail tech, this place is the worst place I've ever been to by far. I went for a pedicure, already had acrylic toes and asked for fill on them 3 times, apparently the lady didn't understand me. They sent another lady to do my fill on my big toes and she legit put a whole inch of acrylic on my big toes. I'm sorry but they looked like donut holes and they thought the shape was okay. I asked them to shape them square 4 times and I walked out with circled shaped toes. Never again will I be coming back and will never recommend this place to anyone. 4th time with this place. As many of you moms are, I am a busy momma. The time I have is very limited. I usually leave 2 hours for my daughter and I to get our nails done together every 3 weeks. I made an appointment ahead of time for 2 pedis and 2 fills, so we can not miss anything afterward. I make an appointment at 1030am, and they begin my fill at 1045 and my daughters feet, which is fine, but then at 12 p.m., my daughter is completely done, and I am still waiting for my feet. Loved my nail tech, Kim. She was very detailed and did not rush even though they got a little busy. She did an excellent job on my gel mani & gel pedi. They did raise their prices so it was pretty expensive for gel mani and pedi ($82) I got the lavender pedi ($33) and it was an additional $15 for gel. I also go gel mani ($33) - to me it was well worth it after the amazing job she did plus I hadn't had my toes or nails done since ore covid. read more

I really want to love this place because it's close to home. However the quality in their gel polish is absolutely horrible and selection in dip powder is limited. I will never understand why salons don't allow you to wash your hands before applying any polish, because the amount of dust particles left and polished over drive my OCD crazy. Don't be fooled by the location of the nail salon- on the outside, it may seem like any nail salon you go to, but inside, it's indeed, a very beautiful salon that's unlike any other. I'm sure you'll be impressed as I was. The salon is clean, simple, modern, and of course, beautiful. Very gram worthy. It's definitely a place where you can have a girls day out for a mani-pedi. Did I mention they offer mimosas? ^_^ Their staff is amazing and customer service is on point. If I was unhappy, they were quick to fix that- from the color of my nail polish to the shape of my nails. They're patient and made sure I left with satisfied results. I have to stress here, that the staff's English is limited. So if you are unhappy about something, SPEAK UP. They take pride on doing things right here and will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy with your mani/pedi. Don't sit and pout if they're doing something you don't like.
