First time here. I had an appointment for 2:30 in the afternoon. Walking in you instantly knew that this place was clean and sanitary. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming. I struggle with finding places places for when I get pedicures as I used to have ingrown toenails. So I am always cautious. This place didn't make me feel that way. The lady that did my pedicure was very courteous and did a very good job. The price was reasonable for the amount of time that was spent in the chair. Its tough to write this bad review because i truly enjoyed coming here! Everyone so sweet and they always had a chair available for walk in. However, after a few gel manicures here, I am now dealing with nail fungus on all fingers. My nail beds are yellow with nails very brittle. Ive noticed uncleanness from the staff, as the young gentleman is always touching/grabbing his hair or face and continues with my manicure. I sadly will never return here. I see this has happened to someone else who has left a review. I have to give 1 star because they removed i think what they thought was an ingrown toenail without asking me first. Had they asked me, I would've said no. I did not realize it was being cut until I felt them cutting completely down my nail on my big toe, so it was already done. The nail was not ingrown, just curved slightly as I've had it my entire life and has never bothered me. Now I'm worried about it growing back incorrectly and causing me pain. It's been 3 days and I still feel pain from this non-consensual removal. I pray I don't get an infection or have to deal with an actual ingrown toenail from this. I would suggest letting them know beforehand if you are getting a pedicure and do not want this done. The technician of the woman next to me asked her if she wanted hers removed. I paid $50 for their cheapest pedicure, plus gel, and it lasted one day. Within a day I noticed that one toe was chipping. The next day, another one was also chipping. I went back and they fixed it for me, no charge. Such a pain to go back, wait, and sit there again though. Now it's two days later and a different toe is chipping. This is the worst gel pedicure I've ever had. I'll never stray from my normal place again. I'm giving two stars because they were friendly and the place seemed clean. UPDATE *** Let me start by saying this place does an amazing job. The last time I went the young who was doing my pedicure was either sick or was having a bad day. I always add callus treatment. She put the plastic down as always before application. But the plastic fell in the water (she probably got distracted) so she never applied the "gel" treatment. She continued with the rest of my pedicure but still charged me for it. We went to review the cameras and I asked the owner to feel the areas in which you could tell it wasn't done. She offered my $ back after reviewing cameras. I told her to keep it, she was implying that I was lying because the girl (the one who gave me the pedi) was arguing that she provided the service. I know for a fact she didn't because I get it every single time (I'm on my feet all day for work). No question they do an excellent job. That I still stand by. But the fact that we had to view cameras to prove my point was ridiculous. I may or not go back after this. I haven't decided yet. read more

I called to book an appointment the day before but when I came in I realized that they don't even write down their appointments (another woman popped in to make an appointment while I was there and they just said OK and never wrote it down). I also called to confirm they accept ClassPass since I was able to book through ClassPass and they had no idea what I was talking about when I came in, even though they seemed to fully understand on the phone ahead of time and confirmed it would be fine. They took no time to help me pay and actually sent me to the front to pay (no one was there) and then asked to walk back to "prove I paid". She was a couple days from starting her first year of school and we were celebrating with shopping. SO I decided to get her a little baby manicure to go with it. I'm frustrated, because this always happens when I come here, and I forget to write a review because they're nice and I get my nails done and go on sign my business because I'm busy but my goodness can I get some structure?! I called about 2 hours ago, recognizing that I'm calling a nail salon on a Saturday for a same day appointment. I asked if they had any openings. The dude that answered asked me if I wanted to come now, I said nah, how about three o clock, he said cool. I'm writing this now and it's 3:07. I've been here since 2:56. My thing is this, I'm not a walk in who's being fussy, when I know I don't have an appointment, I'm someone who made an appointment and yet I'm here sitting. No one gave me an estimated waiting time... It was just "Okay, sit and wait, we'll get to you"... NO. How about it'll be 15 more minutes, or we are falling behind are you okay with waiting X minutes? SOMETHING. Or better yet, if you can't take me, say no, and I'll take my ass somewhere else. At this point of my review it's 3:15 and I'm giving them 15 more minutes before I leave. This coupled with the lack of professionalism from one of the barbers next door some weeks ago makes me want to take a pause in my nursing career to become a barber and nail tech so I can do my own s*** and not have to deal with ridiculousness.
