They are very nice but it the service isn't all that great. I went in for both full set and a pedi. They sat me down on the chairs and turn on the water to let my feet soak. Well it took them a very long time that the water got cold. By the time they got to started on my pedi i had already been there for an hour. So i decided not to get the full set. Not sure if they got upset that i decided not to get both servers that they didn't even ask what package of pedi i wanted. The assumed that i wanted the cheapest one. I really hate that im writing this. I came here on Monday, July 3 23. I don't remember the nail tech but I hadn't seen her there before at least the times that I've been there. I've been coming here for about a year now, but still don't know the techs by name. This isn't my first awful set. I came back and got them y before. But this was my last straw. Anyway, I sat on the middle table on the second row. I showed her what I wanted. She said we can't do that color but I could do that shape. I said, OK, let's do white tip with chrome. At the end when done I got a better view of my nails I was mortified Curved like bird claws, crooked and lumpy. Acrylic laid out unevenly. I asked her, "could you please fix this they're crooked and some are way to curved in compared to others" She dead ass told me its fine and it's my own "nail bed" lol. Well it never did that before she tried to file one and said it's your nail. Basically didn't care to fix what I was unhappy about. I always tip but this was a huge turn off. No tip for a $70 ugly ass set . Was too tired to bicker I paid and cried my ass to my car. What a rip off. More upset that I went somewhere else to reshape and fix it. Lol new nail tech laughed at my set. He said no to Fixing it, took this off and gave me a new set which I am in love with! So now I'm at $170 loss! Read the reviews and save yourself some time. All I can say is I was rushed ... she put my acrylic on sideways ..I asked for almond shape and as you can see this is oval shaped ... my husband paid for a 30$ pedicure and it only lasted 10min. I will not go back.. I showed her a few different options of what I wanted that we're pretty simple designs. Nothing over the top. She basically in a nice way said no to doing all of them. She said it was going to be too expensive. ( to me idc, I would have paid if I wanted something specific). So i ended up getting super natural with a little bit of glitter. This was also the fastest I've ever gotten a full set. I kid you not it was maybe 25 minutes all together. It sucks because I booked it with my friend at the same time obviously to be sitting near each other and we weren't. And when I was done, she was still barely getting tips glued on lol wtf? I honestly think that Helen did not want to do what I asked for and rushed because she had a "regular " scheduled right after me. Right as I was done she told me okay get up and pay, and then 30 seconds later told another girl, "ok I ready for you". She didn't even wipe anything down after I just just got up. Talk about COVID safety precautions....anyway the Nail's themselves are cute, just not was I asked for. And my left thumb was slanted so I had to fix it myself once at home. I'm sorry but if I'm paying for a service I shouldn't be fixing something myself. But decided to go back because we just couldn't get the same quality of work and product as Botanic. They are quick , they know what they are doing. Can be pricey if you add all the bells and whistles, but I'll tell you their gel manicure is worth the price. It's shiny , and will last weeks without chipping. Today was my second time getting my nails done with Tina. The first experience was great so I came back to get a full set. When I mentioned to Tina that I would like the coffin shape to be more narrow she quickly got an attitude and became more rough with my hands. She then recommended to me to find another shop simply because I asked her if she could define the shape more coffin. I was very unhappy with the final product of my nails and Tina was incredibly rude. I will never go back to this shop and I will never recommend it to anyone- no one should be treated poorly for requesting what they like for a service they are paying for.
