Please listen to my review and do not come here. It's nasty and the nails are never done right, rushed everytime and horrible service

My nails came out so awesome!!!! I gave my nail stylist a picture and she nailed it!! Lol They look sooo good!!

Dirty!!!! Got a pedicure ... was concerned because they DO NOT use pedicure liner bags for each client. I went ahead and did it and now I have infected toes. This has never happened to me and I get pedicures all the time! Nasty!!!! I'm beyond upset and disgusted with place. read more

I've been bouncing around nail salons for years now, no one seems to be able to get it right or pull off more complex designs. However, I found this place through instagram and came here for the first time today. I called probably four or so hours before to request an appointment with Tina (i wanted a semi complex design and i was recommended her). I was seated on time and Tina started on my nails almost instantly. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she didn't even hesitate. Let me tell you, these came out better than the reference picture i gave her. She was fast but also paid attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back here! read more

I love how my nails come out each time. The prices are fair and they always attempt my desired designs.

I wouldn't bother unless you're a regular and they know you.. if you only come occasionally it wouldn't be worth it at all! I paid 100$ for a just fill and pedicure, 65$ for fill 35$ for a rushed pedicure... not worth the money.. I regret going back to this salon... the first time I came my nails and toes came out fine, which I why I can back for a fill this month. My guess is that they use cheap mma acrylic and it yellows over time... the design costed more which I understand, but some nails the design is sloppy and uneven amount... there is so much wrong with these nails!!!!.. uneven, different sizes, messy application... LIFTING! Thumb nail discoloration.. (I'm so worried it will be fungal infected when I remove them..) They certainly do not Look like they were done 1-2 days ago! I tried to be happy with the service but please don't come here!!!!!!!!! I just had to speak out about my nails.. learn from my costly 100$ mistake.. pray I don't get an infection from dirty tools.. read more

I had gotten my nails done for the first time here after I heard good things about them from a customer. Danny is the one who did my nails and he did an amazing job I love them so much! He was really fast but not rushing, took his time and perfected the shape of my nails and made sure they look beautiful. He picked out the color and the design for me since I wasn't sure what I wanted. When I come back I will ask for him again! read more

Let's just say Tina is definitely the best in the nail game. I have been coming here since 2013 and I have NEVER had a bad experience! Tina is such a sweet heart and takes the time to make sure your nails are perfect! She has never left lumps on my nails and they NEVER lift or come off. Coming from a hair stylist and knowing all the state board standards this nail salon is well kept and always clean. I've been to a different nail salon once and instantly regretted it. And for the people who complain about price on here you do realize you're paying for quality of your nails. read more

I typically do not leave reviews, however I was heavily disappointed with quality of service I received. Particles of dust were left on my nails when applying acrylic, resulting in the tips of my nails being unsymmetrical and bumpy. The nail technician also left globs of hardened acrylic underneath my nail. The last complaint I have is that I asked for a simple design and the the technician wanted to charge an additional $40, resulting in a $70 service. I declined the design service and I was still charged an extra $15 even though it was clearly listed $30 on the sheet. Never going back and do not recommend. read more

First of all, Recommend Dani or Tina for sure! Secondly, make morning appointment as first client on weekdays unless you don't have time or willing to wait long time even with appointment. I've been coming here for about more than two years, they're getting better unlike before.. when you'd called, they hardly answer the phone or pretty much being rude (perhaps due to language barrier?). I love my nails when it's gel but I must admit, they changed their prices on and off which is sucks too. I'm mentally prepared to spend more just because the quality Among other nail salons I've tried in Redlands, they're much better in my own experiences as well few of my girls who comes here too. read more

I have lived in riverside for almost a year and I would travel back to my hometown (45 minutes away) to get my nails done because I'm very picky. My coworkers all told me about Botanic Nails so I tried it out. And all I have to say is that I will never go anywhere else!!! I LOVE this place. They are amazingly detailed and can do any design! Follow them on Instagram for sure. As far as people, Tina is amazing! She is talented and friendly!!! I highly recommend her. Although, I'm sure you'll be happy with any of the amazingly talented ladies here!! read more

This place is garbage! I've had fake nails for almost 20 years and I got a fungus from the one and only time I had my nails done here! My normal nail person takes a little over an hour and this place took 45 mins. They weren't shaped properly and had "dips" in the acrylic. Go anywhere but here! read more

I went to Botanic nails with High Expectations from their IG page. I wanted stiletto nails with a glitter accent nail. I like my nails sharp so they compliment my hands. The lady gave me SHORT STUBBY nails. Not to mention she cut me 2 times and kept filing over my open bleeding cut. I wanted a boujee bad ass set and I got stuck with crappy THICK nails. I literally spent 52$ for something I would've never thought this place would give anyone. read more

This place is great! It's not fancy inside but it's clean and the prices are really reasonable which I appreciate. The people who work here are always very nice and accommodating. They do a great job and my nails always look nic when I leave. I was in a hurry one time and had a pedicure and gel manicure done in an hour. I was very impressed! My favorite nail tech is Kim. She is very patient and nice. When I show her the colors I want she does her best to find them. I'm always pleased with her work. Highly recommend! read more

The worse gel manicure I ever had, I was there last Thursday... By Saturday the white tip was brown, early on Monday you can see all the cracks on the gel, went back and asked for money back wish they said "we will fix them" I agree thinking I will get a better person or better technic I went back today (7days with nails) first they only wanted to fix the nails that were cracked/chipped when they did that it looked some white tips and some tan tips very unprofessional, I had to complained and they did all my nails however they didn't took off they only did gel over gel not at once they smooths the original gel, NEVER GOING BACK... 5day after they fixing my nails... I already lost the gel on one of my fingers read more

Nope. Always busy and loud even if an appointment is made they'll still make you wait after walk-in customers. They're always yelling across the room speaking amongst themselves in Vietnamese, which I don't mind, but they won't even speak to you the entire time you're sitting there making it so awkward. I asked her to reshape a nail because it was straight up crooked. The nail lady said "you have to see it from my point of view." Huh.... I'll let the photo speak for itself. I decided to try this place because of the reviews. The first time I made an appointment with Tina and when I got there they told me she wasn't there and put me with someone else. In which I was not happy at all. My daughter then went a few days later and same thing... I called to talk to Tina and made an appointment for a new set for myself and to have my daughters fixed..keep in mind I have been in this profession myself for over 20 years. I wanted a new set and was told that this set was fine. A week later my nails are growing out the sides of all of them!! Hence why I wanted a new set. So with that being said I am very unhappy. My daughter was very pleased with her nails the second time. Over $200 spent here in less than a week. Pays to listen to what the client wants instead of rushing thru the process. read more

This is my third time coming here. First time was a few months ago and was a bit discouraging. The nail tech was in a hurry and the nail tech grinds heavily that I felt like he's grinding my real nails. The design was ok. The 2nd time was with Kim and I liked her work. So the third I came I asked for her again. I love how she really tries to accommodate what I want done. She shapes it really nicely. It takes her a very little while longer than others but I like that she pays attention to detail. I went there a few days ago and didn't give a review right away. I would've given 5 stars but the place is a bit overcrowded and noisy BUT I love how they help each other out with finding the polish color and giving tips to each other. The host in the front desk needs to learn a bit of customer service etiquette as well! I will come back for Kim again read more

Botanic nails has always been great to me. They're so nice. The prices are good. I love coming here

Biggest disappointment ever. First of all, toe fungus!!! They over charged my price as well. The lady told me it'll be $65 for my nails (which were only gel on fingers and toes) and $65 for my friends as well... my card got charged $160 :). I will be making a pleasant call tomorrow to get this resolved but as of now. This is disgusting and if I'm not mistaken illegal. They reuse the same tools on everyone and don't wash their foot bath tubs out. Absolutely disgusting. read more

I'm a very simple girl. I usually just go for dark colors with no design because I'm naturally a dark tan so I hesitate to go light and I'm broke. But after this full set, I'm changed forever. I don't care about the price point and they do such a good job. IN LOVE. read more

This place was pretty dirty, the lady that did my nails didn't talk to me once (she did speak english), my pedicure was super rushed took less than 10 minutes, she didn't massage my feet just touched them (no pressure). They people that work here don't talk to any of the customers only talk amongst themselves (poor customer service). *******$16 THIS IS THE FINISHED PRODUCT ***** This is the worst nail shop I have ever been to in my life. I was charged for a full predicure though they did not do anything, didn't even take the nail polish completely off. I asked the owner to have someone else do my nails since the girl didn't want to do it correct and he charges me $32 and tells me NO! He says you used my equipment you're done and you can pay full price. The owner was so RUDEEEEEE!!!! And the worker even worse. Filed a claim with my bank, this is not a way to handle a business. This was my first experience out in Redlands and honestly I have never been so disappointed. I went in to get new dip, and she thought my nails were acrylic since they were so long, so it took about 30 minutes just to get the old dip off and to start my nails. I guess they do dip differently, dip clear powder twice, and the top coat with gel. Not even a week and my nails have broke and the gel is peeling off. This place charged too much for the job done. I needed extravagant nails for EDC in Vegas so when I saw their Instagram and after looking at the comments i knew I needed to make an appt with Tina and I'm so glad I did. I made my appt I did wait a while despite my appt but it was worth the wait I showed a couple pictures of ideas I wanted mashed together i told her to do something similar and she did. It's a bit pricey but worth it for nails like these for special occasions. Not only for the detail but for how she shaped them and how long they lasted they stayed looking amazing! Rhinestones didn't budge and I was sad when I needed a fill because if it wasnt for my nail growing out they still looked amazing read more
