Everything goes well for my daughter and I we love the work and they do a great job!Thank you for your services we enjoy coming to you !

Unprofessional and you can tell they are money hungry. They will take an appointment down and make you come back in an hour or longer. There's a few other places I'd try before ever coming back here. Not a good spot for returning guests or someone who wants to build a relationship with a client. read more

For the most part, the pedicure was well done. Vibe was nice and relaxing as well. My only concern is that the ingrown toenail that I wanted to resolve, isn't completely resolved, so I'll need to go back soon. read more

2nd time here. Wasn't going to post this but I think the ladies here need to be more aware of public safety and honor this craft better. 2nd time, 2nd disappointment, not returning. I said no hang nail clipping, she clipped my hang nails and make me bleed. Using dirty, used tools. One hand is completely different, nails uneven, too small for my nail beds. Why spend an hour filing nails when they were too small? Just start again, I won't judge you. Small tip? Sorry, your price was 50$ for a crooked messed up set, should have paid no tip. I should not have to confront a service worker to get a nice set, you should fix problems before I say it's crooked and shaped wrong. I do my own gel and can do this in 2 hours perfect and will do my own from now on again. This reminds me of why I do my own nails in the first place. Pink color is nice, unfortunately they are strong enough for me to not get them off easy. Wasted my only money for nails till I get my next check. Thanks for disappointment. I never get my nails done because I'm worried of this kind of thing. You guys take a really great experience I could've had and brought me pain. I'm tired of this kind of BS. read more

Always in a hurry. I have been there a few times cause there close to my daughter house. Keep hopping I would get better service. You make an appointment. There always full . But your told to come in and still wait. There always 4 of us. They rush. They do one at a time. No foot massage like most places. Nothing special. Just a rush job. Getting worse. The nail polish falls off next day The gal. Comes off in two to three day. I tried gel to see if it would stay longer only two days more it cause there in a hurry. This time my toes look like a P K student did it they say no no look good they look bad. They charge so much. With the worst service. This place sucks. Gace them. 5 chances . But they get worse. Most places you are there about 30 minutes. This place is 5 minutes and your done. . Just sad. Weird how the place is always packed. I think maybe the pick who they want to give good service to. But usually I give two chances. I have went back 5 times . For the service to get worse. I could of done a better job. read more

I called ahead of time to see if walk ins were available and was told yes, when I arrived I waited 15 minutes just to be told that it would be a 45 min wait after being told they would seat me next. Staff was extremely rude don't waste your money here on mediocre nails and awful service read more

Holy cow got my nails done at a nail salon in Hemet and this was $90. Mine you no tips my own short nails. I think they flew to China to get the powder as the lady said it was the cost of powder. Fact I had the full works done in OC with gems and Disney characters on my toes and nails and full set gel and pedicure. And it was only $150 with tip needless to say they were hiding prices from nails and I didn't leave a tip and will not be back. read more

My fingers took3 weeks to heal after they gave me an allergic reaction for crap nails that where misshapen

Got my nails done Tuesday. Today is Thursday and I already went back to get my nail fixed because the gel was lifting. Took off my socks and noticed my pinky toe. Either she forgot to do it or it popped off already. Either way I'm pissed. My toe naturally hides under my other toe so I guess I didn't notice or it already came off. I've NEVER had this issue. Gel manicure is $28 and it didn't include any hot towels or lotion. Toes look better than my nails, $28 or $38 no idea because they have me two difference prices. So expensive for what you get. You be the judge. Sigh I had a certificate and this was a gift from a friend. Really sucks. read more

It was my first time at this salon and Tweetie had been recommended to me. It was New Year's Eve so the salon was very busy (a good sign) and I had to wait for my appointment. Tweetie did a lovely job on my nails; I stay conservative, no ultra long or pointys for me. So, the shaping she did was perfect for me. I was pleased and would see her again. I also had a pedicure, didn't get the lady's name, should have so I don't get her again. read more

Best nail experience I've had in a while! I don't typically go out of my way to write reviews, but Thuy (pronounced Tweety) gave me a fantastic French manicure! She was gentle and did not cut my cuticles at all. She listened to what I wanted, and even used a technique to make the white tips crisp that I had never seen before. We had fun conversation and I would definitely come back! read more

Went in the morning when they opened at 10am to get a fill. One of my nails broke during her doing them so she fixed it and then I went home a few hours later 4 more of my nails broke and she tried to say it was my fault when I didn't even do anything all day. It happened when I was washing my hands. She would not fix them all she did was paint over them and used my natural nail instead of putting a new tip on it that broke. They are not the same length or anything. And they won't do anything about it. read more

I have not had a pedicure in like eight months maybe longer, had no idea this place was so close to my house so figured I'd give it a try. I got the most expensive pedicure I believe it was $55. Tammy did my pedicure, she was very gentle with my bad leg, I explained to her that I had nerve damage and to be cautious, and that I had just had lower back surgery 3 weeks ago so to be careful & not to tug on my leg etc... She was great, the hot stones and paraffin wax really felt good on my damaged leg. I will definitely be back for her to do my toes again in the future. I do go to a different salon to get my nails done read more

I've been going here for years but after this last visit I won't be going back. I had an appt with Nancy and when I got there I was told she quit. First of all they should've called to let me know and tell me who I would be seeing to let me decide if I want to go or not. When I and multiple phone calls when I was there asked where she went they said they didn't know. They stuck me with a lady I've never seen before and I hated the way she did them and after less than a week I have 2 broken nails! Luckily I found Nancy and will be going to her. Sucks I have to pay double now because the lady didn't know what she was doing!! Makes me so mad. read more

I would give them a zero if I can. The one lady who was doing my nails, she decided that it would be a good idea for her to do a whole powder powder on my nail without even asking me after the first nail she did she just assumed that I would like it and I didn't like it and she ripped them all off and said that she's not gonna do them anymore. She doesn't have the patience for it (laughing and smiling, thinking that it's funny to say that she doesn't have patience because she made a mistake and she doesn't want to fix it and do it how I want them. )and she left me with my three nails with powder on them and she didn't even soak them off to take them off she didn't even take any of the other nails off that she put on. She was being completely rude about everything and she thought it was funny that she didn't have the patience for it and she didn't want to fix my three nails. After all she did was glue them on and put powder on them and she fucked up and she didn't wanna do them? She was obviously a hater and I was too beautiful and she was jealous that she fucked up so that's the type of people you're dealing with at the salon read more

This has got to be the worst shop in town. Whoever the guy is in there gave me the worst pedicure. I've had in my life tried to blame me for not explaining that I want to gel polish and then pulled out a ingrown toenail ripping it at the same time, stabbing me with the tip of the scissors. He got pissed at me when I pulled my foot across. I have never paid so much for a bunch of rude, dirty looking people never ever again. Don't waste your time. I was trying to find Helen Nails where I'd never been, I'm new in town. Got lost, so when I saw Nails Heaven, I thought, why not? I walked in without an appointment. I was greeted warmly and waited only 5 minutes. Ana did my French tip gel nails (not acrylic) for $25.00. I had gel polish on, and she gently removed the old gel and took the time to file my nails even though it was not a manicure. The price was right, Ana was friendly and thanked me when I tipped her. The music was mellow and the atmosphere was nice and clean. The bathroom was very clean. I'm going to be a regular customer now. read more

First time I came here, I asked for matte black nails. Kim rushed through it. I thought hey at least she's fast. Turns out later that day the gel polish started sliding around on my nails. Then completely started bubbling up once I washed my hands. & by the end of the night was peeling off. I called & they told me to come back tomorrow to fix them. I said okay be there in the morning. She told me "you were taking care of your daughter yesterday & didn't let them dry long enough in the light". Umm excuse me. My 2 year old sat in her stroller & watched a movie the entire time I wasn't Messing with her at all! So this time I asked for this picture shown instead of just matte black. I was frustrated I had to come back in the first place so, now I want something cute. Of course she had an attitude about that. I wanted a mermaid chrome color to match my costume. She said she could do that. This is what I got :( . Then she proceeded to charge me an additional $15 for this color. I'm like I had to come back because you messed up & now you're charging me more? This is NOT what I wanted. There is this shiney blue trapped in the black parts too as you can see. She burned me 3xs with her electric file. & after they made me pay, she didn't say thank you nor did anyone else in that shop. POOR SERVICE! I will not be returning & I will make sure to let everyone know of my poor experience. read more
