Not very clean, not very friendly , and not very skilled . Unfortunately I got an older gentlemen to give me a fill and it took well over an hour and it was a very poor job . He took at least 20 minutes to file off my gel polish & changed my whole shape of nails . The acrylic fill isn't even covering my whole nail bed ! It was a last minute need before I left for my vacation ..& it was a mistake . The small amount of Choices for gel polish was shocking .. And of course they didn't have the one I picked . I settled on a color just to get the hell out of there . I was upset with the Poor polishing application that ended up on my fingers as well . Last but not least he didn't know how to count change back to me . He handed me a pile of money and said is this right ? I felt bad for him! read more

I went here looking for a nice place to get a French manicure for my birthday. I had an appointment for 2pm. When I walked in the lady asked what I was getting done 3 different times before she started. I told her I wanted a French manicure then she proceeded to asked me if I wanted a white tip 2 times after that, which I said yes to. The lady then started to cut my nails down and by the time she got to the third nail she asked how long I wanted them and I told her I didn't want acrylics I wanted a French manicure. She told me I told her a white tip, so I was my fault . She didn't try to make any type of conversation with me. When she finished she told me to sit down with the fans and left me there for 10+minutes. She didn't come over to check on me at all, I was confused so I just got up and told her I thought they were done. She didn't ask for my name at all and when I asked for her name (at the end of the manicure) she told me it was Tweety Bird . She gave me a punch card at the end of the visit, but didn't explain how it worked. It was a clean place, but I won't ever be using that punch card. read more

I really like a lady that does pedicures here so I've stuck around for about 2 yrs although they're not the most friendliest and my sister warned me that they were rude I still decided to keep coming. I have been to this salon a few times... the work they do is amazing. It's always busy in here so I make sure to make an appt to avoid waiting so long. I made an appt for 5pm today and arrived at 4:45pm. It's now 5:40pm and have yet to be seated. A few people arrived AFTER me with NO appointments and got seen before I have. Came in to get a manicure and my acrylics removed. And get my nails painted. Everything was rushed. There is still some acrylic left on my nails. Nail polish on my cuticles. Didn't get any lotion or massage with my manicure. And she left melted acrylic on my fingers. I won't be coming back here. And i won't be recommending it. read more

My pedicure seemed rushed, I didn't get a massage, all she did was rub the lotion into my legs until it was gone she didn't even touch my feet. She messed up one of my nails putting my shoes on for me and she didn't bother to fix it until I said something. My gel manicure came out a little clumpy. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because I got seen right away and they had a great selection of colors to chose from. I will be back to give the shop a second chance but I think I'm gonna give "fancy Nancy" or tweety a shot. A very bad experience!!! I was told the wait time would be 15 minutes....I waited an hour. I never should of waited but I did. The woman that did my nails was VERY RUDE!!! Not one word from her. When she would move my hand she was not gentle about it . I got fed up and told her she could be nice about it and not grab and tug my hand. She glared at me and I glared right back! They charged me $50.00 . I was shocked! There was a lady that's was getting her nails done and she looked at me and rolled her eyes letting me know she thought it was ridiculous as well. I went to this salon for a couple years before I moved. I always asked for Kat because she does such a great job! Not only is she an amazing nail artist, she's just a delightful person. She made my nails look fabulous and I'd get compliments often. Sometimes I can be really indecisive about which color I want. I like to test it on one nail to make sure. Kat was patient and nice about it. Unfortunately, I don't go to see her anymore because I moved. I would definitely recommend her for a manicure. Wow! I just went to this location due to the fact that I'm in town visiting family for New Years Eve and my nail broke on the way here. I went in at 3:45 and the women in charge told me I had to wait 30 minutes to get 1 nail fixed. Okay... I waited. And while I'm waiting a total of 3 other nail techs got unoccupied and the manager wasn't smart enough to suggest one of them to assist me since it only took her a total of 10 minutes to finish 1 nail. I'm so annoyed at the lack of efficiency and the small minded mentality of the manager. It is now 5:15pm she started working on my nail at 4:50pm. What a waste of time and money since the nail wasn't even done right... She left it bigger than all of my other nails. Do not come here. Bad service! Bad time management! Every time I came to nails heaven which was about 3 times, I had a bad experience. The only reason I kept coming back is because it was the only nail salon open when I would get off work. The nail techs were very rude and even cut me when doing my nails. I told her she cut me and that it really hurt and the nail tech did not even apologize and just pulled my hand back when I took it away. Right then and there I wanted to leave but I didn't because she had already glued on my nails. The last straw for me was when I went to dry my nails and looked inside the dryer there was a dead moth inside. Many people go to this salon and stick there hands in that dryer. Not only was there a dead moth inside the nail dryer but the moth had dust, which tells me it has been there for a long time and they do not sanitize or clean the dryer many people put their hands in. Writing this review for my husband because he had a horrible wax experience. He wanted his eye brows cleaned up and ended leaving with thin feminine arched eye brows. And they are both in even in shape. We expressed to the lady that they were thin and not how he usually liked them and she didn't even apologize. Berry upset with this as it is his face and they will take a while to grow back. We don't recommend getting a wax here. read more

Walked in.. I've been to Tweety before and she's great... Today my experience wasn't great at all. I was seated right away as a walk in at 945. Getting a new set with a pedi. Asked for square wide got narrow, Kat was great and fixed them but took 4 hrs total and still didn't get what I asked for the first tech actually broke one of the new nails and left it cracked...and when I say Kat fixed them I mean she did her best and I'm really appreciative of that but then didn't even get a discount considering my nails aren't the shape, length or even color I wanted. I showed a pic and they said yes before I was even seated, then come paint time guess what!?!? They couldn't do it and I ended up with the pink and roses nails... For those of you upset that Nancy is not there , I don't feel it is the salons job to tell you were she relocated or that she had chosen to leave, maybe she did not tell them where she is now working. Even if she did if Nancy valued her customers and "would love " to see them common courtesy would have been for her to call her clients , or tell them in advance and let them know she is relocating. I've been to this place twice and it's a great spot. You can make an appointment, which is nice, or walk-in. The chairs are terrific. They have a wide range of colors to choose from. The designs they can do are fantastic, especially Nancy if you're looking for something fancy. I will for sure continue to frequent this spot when it's time for my pedis. read more
