Great work and clean facilities. My gel nails have lasted a long time. Highly recommend

My mother and I haven't been coming to this nail salon since we have moved to the area in San Jacinto in 2015. They are very kind professional and prices remain about the same. I enjoy my time with each nail professional artist while I'm there they make me feel comfortable and the prices are very clear from the beginning. I recommend this salon if you're looking for a new salon in the San Jacinto Hema area, it's a very family oriented salon read more

This is my to go place in San Jacinto for getting my nails. It usually takes 45 minutes. They are very friendly and professional when they're doing my nails usually I can go over a month with a new fill. read more

I got my nails done today I asked the person doing my nails if they could do a design and they did a terrible job but I kept that to myself and I told them if they can just paint them all blue instead as he was finishing my nails I noticed two of my nails were clumpy so I asked him if he could redo them suddenly he started speaking really fast in Chinese like if he was upset or something like my mom always used to say if you don't like where you're working or you're always going to have a bad attitude why are you working there terrible service here read more

Tried this place because it was recommended by a good friend. V did my manicure and pedicure. Pros: She did a good job cleaning under my nails. Friendly atmosphere. Cons: Expensive for what you get (around $70 for manicure and pedicure) Not very good at polishing. Not careful (cut my foot) Overall it was ok. I don't see myself returning but if I did, I would skip the french tip and go for an easier polish. read more

She was going to send me with bulky white powder. Just because I said I want short acrylic white nails so put the whole powder all over and said that's it ! I was like wait what about the shaping after you put powder on and I was like I want polish as well and she really thought after putting that white powder that was it ? Like omg. So uncomfortable too. They don't care about what you want, they just do what they want and expect you to like it she ended up finishing perfectly but I had to say something three times which made me feel uncomfortable because they all make you feel bad if you say something about the nails and it's like it's the customers nails it's how they want it All I'm saying is I won't go back there. And they made me feel horrible and it was a bad experience so thanks read more

Went for the first and last time for a pedicure. They were extremely rude and overcharged me by $10 from the prices listed on the wall. The pedicure wasn't awful. It was just ok. Not worth what they charged me. Looking for a new place read more

Both my husband and I visited for the first time today. We each got a mani/Pedi. We had an appointment. !st. the place was packed. We waited for 1/2 hour for our appointment. Second...the rushed experience of the service was not pleasant at all. They said Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was much slower. Lastly, and most importantly...I have issues with them using clippers that are not sterilized. This is how infection is spread, and fungus is spread. I absolutely will not be returning for this reason. They opened the package for the little scrubbers for your feet and to put the foam toe separators, but the actual tools that cut and clean your nails.....not sterilized. This is a hard no for me. read more

This video was playing in the background while I went to get my nails done. The slopping and chewing got to be just too much and gross. I asked them to put some music on and was told "5 minutes". This has never been the vibe when I have come here in the past, hopefully it's just a one time thing. read more

Hi. I had a full set, and a pedi. It was not a good experience at all. The owner (an older woman) was very rude and nasty. When she spoke to her staff, she was very mean and hateful. The rest of the staff is very young, and there was only 1 tech that knew what he was doing. The girl who did my fingers couldn't determine what size nail to put on. And, she was shaking so bad that she couldn't even hold a nail. Then I got a pedi. The tech wrapped hot towels around my legs. I had never had that done before and didn't really want it. She also took scalding hot stones and run them all around my lower leg, and wrapped them in hot towels. So hot that it burned a big hole in my leg that is several layers deep! I kept putting peroxide and neosporin on it, and it is healing nicely. But, try to imagine my horror and disgust when I discovered the wound and saw how deep it burned thru many layers of my skin. OUCH!* That was the worst thing that happened, but there were several things that just made the whole experience about as unpleasant as walking through mud in high heels! And, did I mention that the place was dirty, as well? And, to add insult to injury, the prices are higher than many other places. Did I mention that it cost me $100 to get out the door! And, this was without tip. No wonder their business is flopping. Following is the burn 12 days after the incident. As you can see this was a nasty burn! Sorry to gross you out, but you need to see the work these people do before you make the same mistake I did... read more

This is the first negative review I've ever left. Please don't ignore the negative reviews like I did. They showed me the menu yet charged me double. I brought my daughter in for a "CHILDS PEDICURE" for $17 they asked her how old are you? 10? They said child's pedicure is 9 and under. She's a child and on the menu they never said anything about being 9 and under. They charged us $27 because she's 10 and not 9. A child is a child. They did a terrible job on both of us and the owner laughed at me because I looked upset. I will include pictures. We spent $100, basically down the drain. read more

Came in today and it was super busy so I suggest coming hear during the week and not a weekend. Staff is friendly and considering both of my young daughters were getting a manicure they still took the time to make them nice and clean . I like that even though their busy you don't feel rushed and they take their time in giving you what you want which for me that means a lot !! Considering most nail salons don't give you what you want but rather what they think is better for you !!! read more

DONT go here unless you want to pay high amounts for crappy service... when I called to make an appointment at 12pm they said no and that they were "too busy". That should have been a #1 red flag but I still went anyway. When I went in I walked up and wanted a manicure. I wanted acrylic nails and when I told the lady that I wanted acrylic nails she said no it will take too long... that's LITERALLY YOUR JOB. This orange French tip is awful lines not even straight, so thin, and got polish in my skin. When I went back to complain they said that they were all booked for today and couldn't take me back, when I asked for a refund because I am not happy with them they said that they do not do refunds... got ripped off of $85 and will NEVER RETURN. be careful. read more

Horrible nail place not ever coming back here again they did my nails right the first time and spend over an hour on my nails and did not miss any step she filed them very good and put extra acrylic powder. I was willing to pay for every bit of it and they came out perfect then the next time I come back the manger watches the lady doing my nails and give me dirty looks like I expect too much I am paying for them to be done rushed on my nails and the manager there just watching every step how the lady was doing my nails bullshit I'm paying customer and for 64! I don't usually leave Yelp reviews but this time I feel strongly that they deserve this. I have been coming to this place for years and have had mani/Pedis from various employees. Some experiences better than others. Today was terrible. The pedicure was quick and not enjoyable at all. The person made my toe bleed and barely massaged my legs. The manicure was even worse. A different person spent a very long time trying to get the acrylic dip right. She used the drill near my cuticles which was very painful. When finished she poured oil over my nails and then said she was done. No hand massage and I had to ask for lotion hoping she would get the hint...nope! I go and spend $100 to get pampered and this was NOT the experience!! Service is declining and I don't think I'll go back! Too many options in town to get this service and I will no longer make this one of them. read more

Barely clipped my nails, barely cut my cuticles, barely scrubbed my heels, left with the same feet just painted toe nails all they talked about how much they were going to charge and money right when we walked in, they're so money focused rather then making you comfortable. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went there last night and got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. I have gotten many, many waxes from different places before and have never had any kind of issue. Look at my skin, she burned me so bad! Within 10 minutes of leaving the salon, my skin started to feel like it was on fire. The pain was excruciating, and now about 18 hours later, I'm still in a lot of pain. I've been here before because I loved my friends nails. My experience wasn't as great and definitely thought it was over priced. Well I went back in because it seemed to be the best one on yelp since I don't like the other place I used to go to. Yup, over priced! I got the usual French tip full set. He never asked if I wanted glitter white powder, I don't mind but my friend did. I got the gel coat also. For $40?! They better have been flawless right? They weren't. I hate when the manicurist feels your nails after sealing them and they feel the imperfections but send you home like that. They're nice and I hope they last but yeah probably won't be going back for that price. Sorry! No wonder then don't have prices up lol what are you going to do once they've done your nails and they tell you the price? Sure as hell wish I could rewind time haha oh and $40 for a gel mani uhh yeah NO!! read more

I went in for my first time to do my pedicure about a month ago with V I think. I had no problem so decide to give them a chance a couple of days later with my nails. About 3 weeks later (yesterday)one nail come half way off so once I completely took it off I notice what looks like FUNGUS! So I go in today and ask them to take them all off to make sure no other one is like that, I showed Jenny the girl that origanaly did them and she said that water must have gotten into it and she said they'll take care of it. I wasnt upset, sometimes air bubbles are left in the nail I understand but how the H*** you going to still expect me to pay you to remove my nails when this only happened after I came in here in the first place ?!?!! Yes they charged me to take them off now I have to walk around with a nasty looking nail because I cant put nothing on it untill it goes away or grows out read more

They do not go by their name "professional" . As my first experience here was absolutely terrible, the stench of acetone was just too overpowering in the shop , i came with my team as we work in the Mentally Ill field so we brought our male consumers here to get pedicures and we were automatically stared at in a nasty way and being judged by all the employees which is just disrespectful and so unprofessional. I would rate 0 stars if I could. They all talk shit about you while you're sitting right in front of them, every time I came in they overcharged me. SO, the last time I came in I paid the price on the wall and they were so mad talking about me in their language. I always went back because I live right down the street and loved how Amy did my pedicures but when I went in for a REGULAR manicure she was talking about me with the lady doing my manicure because I didn't want gel.
