I was like wait what about the shaping after you put powder on and I was like I want polish as well and she really thought after putting that white powder that was it ? Like omg. So uncomfortable too. Both my husband and I visited for the first time today. We each got a mani/Pedi. We had an appointment. !st. the place was packed. We waited for 1/2 hour for our appointment. Second...the rushed experience of the service was not pleasant at all. They said Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was much slower. Lastly, and most importantly...I have issues with them using clippers that are not sterilized. This is how infection is spread, and fungus is spread. I absolutely will not be returning for this reason. They opened the package for the little scrubbers for your feet and to put the foam toe separators, but the actual tools that cut and clean your nails.....not sterilized. This is a hard no for me. read more

This is the first negative review I've ever left. Please don't ignore the negative reviews like I did. They showed me the menu yet charged me double. I brought my daughter in for a "CHILDS PEDICURE" for $17 they asked her how old are you? 10? They said child's pedicure is 9 and under. She's a child and on the menu they never said anything about being 9 and under. They charged us $27 because she's 10 and not 9. A child is a child. Hi. I had a full set, and a pedi. It was not a good experience at all. The owner (an older woman) was very rude and nasty. When she spoke to her staff, she was very mean and hateful. The rest of the staff is very young, and there was only 1 tech that knew what he was doing. The girl who did my fingers couldn't determine what size nail to put on. And, she was shaking so bad that she couldn't even hold a nail. Then I got a pedi. The tech wrapped hot towels around my legs. I had never had that done before and didn't really want it. She also took scalding hot stones and run them all around my lower leg, and wrapped them in hot towels. So hot that it burned a big hole in my leg that is several layers deep! I kept putting peroxide and neosporin on it, and it is healing nicely. But, try to imagine my horror and disgust when I discovered the wound and saw how deep it burned thru many layers of my skin. OUCH!* That was the worst thing that happened, but there were several things that just made the whole experience about as unpleasant as walking through mud in high heels! And, did I mention that the place was dirty, as well? And, to add insult to injury, the prices are higher than many other places. Did I mention that it cost me $100 to get out the door! And, this was without tip. No wonder their business is flopping. Following is the burn 12 days after the incident. As you can see this was a nasty burn! This orange French tip is awful lines not even straight, so thin, and got polish in my skin. I don't usually leave Yelp reviews but this time I feel strongly that they deserve this. I have been coming to this place for years and have had mani/Pedis from various employees. Some experiences better than others. Today was terrible. The pedicure was quick and not enjoyable at all. The person made my toe bleed and barely massaged my legs. The manicure was even worse. A different person spent a very long time trying to get the acrylic dip right. She used the drill near my cuticles which was very painful. When finished she poured oil over my nails and then said she was done. No hand massage and I had to ask for lotion hoping she would get the hint...nope! I go and spend $100 to get pampered and this was NOT the experience!! Service is declining and I don't think I'll go back! Too many options in town to get this service and I will no longer make this one of them. read more

The whole thing was $75 and I think I spent more other places with less work she made sure everything looks beautiful and really didn't rush at all. This lady literally got upset because she put my nail on crooked and I asked if she could just file it down then the threw her hands up and said oh well someone else can do it and she got up and started working on someone else as I sit here with just nails no acrylic no polish nothing and now they are saying I have to wait a half a hour. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went there last night and got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. I have gotten many, many waxes from different places before and have never had any kind of issue. Look at my skin, she burned me so bad! Within 10 minutes of leaving the salon, my skin started to feel like it was on fire. The pain was excruciating, and now about 18 hours later, I'm still in a lot of pain. I went in for my first time to do my pedicure about a month ago with V I think. I had no problem so decide to give them a chance a couple of days later with my nails. About 3 weeks later (yesterday)one nail come half way off so once I completely took it off I notice what looks like FUNGUS! So I go in today and ask them to take them all off to make sure no other one is like that, I showed Jenny the girl that origanaly did them and she said that water must have gotten into it and she said they'll take care of it. I wasnt upset, sometimes air bubbles are left in the nail I understand but how the H*** you going to still expect me to pay you to remove my nails when this only happened after I came in here in the first place ?!?!! They do not go by their name "professional" . As my first experience here was absolutely terrible, the stench of acetone was just too overpowering in the shop , i came with my team as we work in the Mentally Ill field so we brought our male consumers here to get pedicures and we were automatically stared at in a nasty way and being judged by all the employees which is just disrespectful and so unprofessional. Well I went back in because it seemed to be the best one on yelp since I don't like the other place I used to go to. Yup, over priced! I got the usual French tip full set. He never asked if I wanted glitter white powder, I don't mind but my friend did. I got the gel coat also. For $40?! They better have been flawless right? They weren't. I hate when the manicurist feels your nails after sealing them and they feel the imperfections but send you home like that. Came in today and it was super busy so I suggest coming hear during the week and not a weekend. Staff is friendly and considering both of my young daughters were getting a manicure they still took the time to make them nice and clean . I like that even though their busy you don't feel rushed and they take their time in giving you what you want which for me that means a lot !! I would rate 0 stars if I could. They all talk shit about you while you're sitting right in front of them, every time I came in they overcharged me. They always say the prices on the wall haven't been updated, they say their prices went up since covid... Keep in mind, they said that 4 times I've been there so why haven't they changed it. SO, the last time I came in I paid the price on the wall and they were so mad talking about me in their language. I always went back because I live right down the street and loved how Amy did my pedicures but when I went in for a REGULAR manicure she was talking about me with the lady doing my manicure because I didn't want gel. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I went for the first time about a month and a half ago and they insisted that the nails I had on from another salon were too poorly done and had to be replaced (they were a full set that was only 3 weeks old). I agreed on my second visit to get a fresh set. That was exactly 2 weeks ago today and 4 nails have completely lifted off since. I find it ironic that my previous set of nails were "so bad and lifting terribly" and yet, they're fresh set is far more crappy. I will NEVER be returning and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
