Came here two times and I'll never go back. The first time I went in I had gel on from another salon and when I got there the man( owner) came up to me and tried to literally peel off the gel and broke my nail. After realizing that it wasn't going to just peel off he soaked them and wrapped in foil where I sat in a chair for a hour and 20 min before I finally asked somebody to take off the foil and do my nails since they forgot about me or clearly just didn't care. So then another man started my nails and I got acrylics and I asked for them to be short and the guy straight up told me no and they would look better how he wanted to do them.... I was so frustrated that I just sat there. The acrylic was so thick and went over my cuticle that 4 days later it started to lift and would get caught in my hair. A week after I went to get them taken off where once again the owner started to take off the acrylics and asked why I wanted them off. Like it's any of his business. And I told him I wanted them off bc they were done shitty and they were ruining my nails and he asks who did them and I told him I got them done at his salon and he stopped talking after that. He cuts the tips of the nails off and try's to pop off the nail on my thumb and I tell him it hurts and he keeps going so I jerked my hand away and he ripped of the nail to where it took off half of my thumb nail. I was pissed and told him to soak off the nails bc I'm not dealing with that so I had to sit there for a hour just to get the acrylic off and they had to file every ten minutes to get it off it was so thick and literally the worst nails I've ever had. This place is a joke and they are rude and don't do a good job at all. I will never go back and would highly recommend no one come here. read more

I'd like to say this place is decorated nicely and the staff seems friendly. Poor English but that's ok with me because communication was still possible. Tony did a nice job on my nails and seemed to know what he was doing. I've been getting my nails done for 21 years now and I know a professional when meet one. I came here about two weeks ago to get a pedicure and a full set. I forgot to get the name of the guy who did my full set, but I'm in love with how they came out. I asked for a gel manicure. I have a thin layer of acrylic on my natural nails and apparently that was confusing to everyone for some reason. The lady that started my nails then stopped once she finally understood what I wanted. I was left sitting there with my toddler in a chair with no explanation waiting for someone else to start doing it. Went in today after Sunday church/brunch brought my nieces with me. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this place. The lady who I got was absolutely horrible! Funny thing is I used to come here when I was younger it was always a great experience. After several attempts to select a color the lady kept saying "oh we don't have". So I went with something basic a teal blue one coat max is what I'm assuming she wanted. After the simple polish I asked for a flower design. She told me she can't do it on my nail's because I should have gotten the gel nails. I asked if anyone else could. Took my daughter (14)to get her nails soaked off and a pedicure. I stepped out next door, to kill time while waiting. A few minutes after I left, She came to me in tears, the guy who tried to take her nails off, was an idiot. He ripped her natural nail almost completely off. Then had her put it in acetone after doing so. She was smart enough to make him stop and walked out, but not before they made her pay 7 bucks for the damage they caused. Seriously professionals!? Nope! They suck and then told me to have someone else fix it for her..... how about do your job right the first time. Train your people to do good right work. Came here today with an appointment and told them I had to be done by 730 so sat me down to do a pedicure and when I asked when my full set would be done they said we r too busy but, kept taking walk in clients! When I pointed out that I had appointment at 5pm, they sat me in a chair but never got to me till 6pm! I was the last one there way past closing time. I only stayed because it was the only day I could get this done, hence the appointment. All they care about is making money and not having people ready for you when you arrive to your appointment. For feet and nails, I recommend Monica and Wa. Their absolute attention to detail to the care of feet is outstanding. They have a full scale of services in this venue. Manicure, pedicure, waxing and even facials. I am going to look more into their facial services and let all of you know my experience. To each is own when it comes to hands and feet. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service I got today!!! I asked the guy doing my nails on station #10 to fix one of the nails because it was crooked , then started filing down all my nails and made them super small and thin, I immediately told him I didn't like them , and he put acrylic on all of them again to make them wider... super SLOPPY work! There was acrylic all over my fingers and under my nails and just left them like that and made me switch to some lady so she can put the nail polish.. the lady asked me what was wrong and I told her to take a look at my nails, she tried to fix them but my nails were already messed up. Really really disappointed. My pedicure was good. My manicure is a complete nightmare. I wanted to get my nails done for my graduation and now I have to find someone else to fix them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money. The nail shapes are all a different size. Acrylic powder chunks still under my nail and on the sides of my nails. Just overall a terrible job. Customer service is extremely friendly and nice however the quality of the job doesn't make up for it. I wish loved this place but I can't :( read more

Got a $200. Gift card, pedi cure was THE WORST I have ever had. No soaking in hot water, no scrubbing of dead skin... no scrubbing of feet at all! No shaping of nails before gel polish was applied. Polish does not even cover all of the toe nails and the nails have no shape at all smh. Got a Gel set, showed pictures, asked if he could do the design, he said yes... but could not smdh. At one point he added a random butterfly jewel to a nail... no butterflies requested or anywhere near the design I showed pics of, so I had him remove it. We agreed to have my thumb match my pinkies... that did not happen, he free styled and made his own strange design. He put glitter on some nails but didn't match the other hand..? The jewels he put on fell off 10 minutes after I got home. And I left with paint on my.hands and around my nails, no clean up,.it looks so bad I called another shop & made.an appointment for the next day to get them fixed. I can't go anywhere looking like my 9 year old son did my nails. The total cost.was $130!!!!! It was such bad work I gave them the full $200 gift card and asked them to split the $70 left as a tip... to which they responded, "oh,.you don't have no cash for tip? My husband paid $200 cash! Jenny was wonderful!! At first I wanted a different color that they didn't have, she looked for several different shades for me while I was drying my nails to see if she can find it. She offered to mix colors and even tested it on me before I was satisfied. I opted for a natural look since it wasn't the exact shade I wanted. I asked for a thin, short, natural look and Jenny did AMAZING job at fulfilling all my request! She listens to your request and doesn't push what she wants on you just for a higher price point.
