Each time I have been there the lady has an attitude and they are careless. I have a healing scar, and the lady asked me, "why every time you come here there is something wrong with your leg?" $90 for a gel manicure and pedicure. She had to justify it by falsely making it sound like whoever had done my dip manicure had done something wrong, but nothing was wrong, it was a regular dip manicure which had lasted for 3 weeks. Each time either her or the man doing the pedicure cut me either with the filer or with the cuticle remover. I will not be returning. read more

I had 1 broken nail which was an additional $2 she then decided to remove another nail so that she can charge me an additional $2 absolutely nothing was wrong with that nail it was just an up charge. My full set had just been installed 3 weeks prior so not an old set. And it wasn't fully grown I just wanted a fresh fill for new years! This lady charged me $50!!!! For a fill! Got to meet the owner Diana, she was very nice and did a great job on 2 mani-pedis for my brother and cousin in-laws. They said they loved the experience. Jayden did my gel full set and Dui did my pedicure. They both put in a lot of time, care, patience, and effort into the service. I like this place because you can often get last-minute appointments, but my last visit left me feeling like just another number. I left with a gel full set that wasn't painted properly and toes that weren't well manicured. The girl who did my pedicure did an amazing job getting the dead skin off of my feet, but there was still dirt between the nail and skin. Using Yelp, I found Jen Lin Nail.Design, called and got a same day Saturday appointment. I needed to remove my acrylic nails which were a mess from another shop, and get a pedicure. Jen kindly soaked off the acrylic and shaped my natural nails. She did a nice gel job on them, and I was very happy she used LED lights which are better for gel nails. I appreciate removing and then doing my nails, only one other person was working she did my pedicure. Very pleased with my finger nails and toenails, I will come again. read more

Update 11/22/18 I'll keep posting pic of my nails. I've posted 3 so far and hopefully you all who see this review can view her work. The most recent pic is my nails w/just acrylic on top of my real nails. Originally i had a full gel set prior to this where she soaked the tips of my fingernails in warm acetone twice. My real nails underneath were long and she made sure all the acrylic came off w/o using nail clippers which I appreciated. It took about 20 mins for the acetone, then she started my set. I love the way they came out, I wanted a simple nude w/gold glitter. The entire process was about an hour. Care about your nails ladies and go to Jen, she'll take care of you. read more

This place is shit. I called them before driving out for mani and pedi. The lady said she is available and there is no wait. When I went in, I was told she is full for the day. She doesn't know what she is talking. Super rude and not willing to take walk-ins. I believe they should change their "walk-ins" to "appointments" only if they cannot take in people on walk-in basis. I asked if she could just help with a mani, she said it will be a 45 min wait. At the time she had only 2 customers at her shop. Will be coming to this nail salon more often. I've been to the salon three times and Jen pays attention to detail and always wants to make you feel comfortable. She gets real busy but if you call ahead of time she can schedule in an appointment for you. I was her last customer for the night on Friday night and she still gave me all her attention. I just got my full set and NO PEDICURE just gel toes because I'm just sensitive with people touching the bottom of my feet. $66 !!!! My jaw dropped FIRST, we're in Perris. Second I've been to top salons in the past before trying this one and I've NEVER EVER have paid $50 for a full set, gel toes? ok I get $15 sooo worth it but the full set ?!! RIDICULOUS !!!! Update: so after just one day, ALL my full set lifted, then I jump in the shower and 3 of my gel toes on each foot lift and fall off COMPLETELY!!! I went in to tell her what happened, she couldn't get me in since she was working on someone else so she asked me to come back the next day. She did fix both my full set plus my toes. I came back to this salon a couple weeks ago and while i'm still impressed with their service I can't understand their pricing. They charged me $78 for a FILL and a gel pedicure. I didn't want to call and complain because the work performed by the nail tech was amazing but the price they charged me is absurd. I believe they charge $32 for a gel pedicure meaning they charged me $46 for a FILL. This is unheard of anywhere else. while i loved the work done; i will not return. such a shame because it's close to home. read more

I went here because their yelp reviews were so great! WOW what a big mistake. I went in for a pedicure and callus removal. The girl used a tool that looked like a cheese grater. She skinned the side of my foot twice by the knuckle of my big toe and my heel. She literally shaved skin off my foot like you do to your knuckle while grating cheese. They didn't even seem to care too much. They even charged me full price like it was nothing. It's been over a week and I still can't wear shoes for work and I manage a medical group. Terrible!
