I've been going to this place for years! Love them. They totally helped me grow out my eyebrows and eventually shape them.

I've been coming here for a while and it's always usually I can get past the unwelcoming environment and staff. Today I went in and the staff member came out from the back usual, she's always on her phone. I sit in the chair and I'm getting my eyebrows done and she stops doing my eyebrows and goes to check her phone, then comes back to doing my eyebrows and proceeds to check her phone again. She does this a few times. Then she says "sorry give me one second I'm playing a game with my friends." I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect. It takes less than five minutes to thread eyebrows so the fact that the phone couldn't be left alone for a few minutes is insane. I will not be coming back here. read more

When she asked me what service I wanted she gave me her divided attention (on the phone with maybe her bf?), then I told her I wanted to schedule a facial. Worst customer service ever. I've been going there for over 2 years. They've had different names but the staff has always been the same. This new staff sucks. They are rude and aggressive. Went today, Tuesday. I was waiting for about 10 minutes to get help on and guess what, I was the only customer. the girl was just on the phone talking her language and writing things I think she was training or something but that doesn't forgive her from greeting the customer as we walk in and start helping us or at least say you'll be right there, say something don't just ignore. I went here as a new customer to get my eyebrows done but let me tell you. Save your 8 dollars , I told her to make them not so thin and she didn't make them thin thank god. But one eyebrow is higher then the other one and also she didn't clean the top of my eyebrow evenly . I have to go tweeze them and hope I can make them the same. OK SO I DO T WANNA MAKE THIS LONG BUT SO MUCH WENT WENT WRONG TODAY:/ ok so I get my eyebrows done by the Owner, I can't remember her name, but she is helping me get my eyebrow shape back,and she dose a good job. So that's why I thought it would be a good idea to get my Brazilian wax done there,OMG WAS I WORNG :/ for starters she didn't use gloves :/ 1st off the lady that did my wax didn't use hard wax (witch I think you need to use when doing a Brazilian) my MF kitty cat was all stuck together from the wax she left behind. 2. She kept poring baby powder, on and inside my cat, I mean all in it, so much I had to tell her to stop. smh 3.She told me if I wanted to have the back done meaning my ass, I had to pay extra money (witch is supposed to be included in the Brazilian wax anyways) I paid $50 for it smh I will never get a Brazilian done here ever again ever never never NEVER AGAINNNN NO NEVER EVER read more

Got my eyebrows threaded here. Wasn't the best they came out thinner then I wanted them to but whatever. This review is mainly on there eyebrow and eyelash extension service. I didn't get my eyelashes done because the pictures that they showed me of their previous work looked pretty terrible. If you want to get that natural full look like you would see on Kylie Jenner or famous lash lounge ig pages , you probably don't want to go here. However, they showed me a picture of their eyebrow extensions and they looked pretty decent. Plus, it's nearly impossible to find a place that does eyebrow extensions in this area. So I got them done and omg I almost cried. Yeah there was finally hair on my eyebrows but they looked sooooo terrible. She put way too much hair and didn't even place them how my actual eyebrow hair grows. The glue was used so incorrectly that when u touched my eyebrows it felt like plastic. I paid them just cause it was like 40 bucks and it seemed like I could make them look better with my eyebrow products. BUT THEN they started falling off the next day. I went to get my money back and they refused. If you like the eyebrow threading that's fine but DO NOT go here for eyebrow or eyelash extensions. They are not properly trained. read more

I would come in and do regular eyebrow threading, and then I discovered all the other services offered. I now come in and get Brazilian wax on a regular basis and Lisa is absolutely awesome! She made the experience a lot less horrifying and embarrassing. read more

Worst service ever. I've been good my there for a bee 2 years. Although they've gone through different names this one has been the worst experience ever. I don't recommend anyone to do business with them. They don't listen to your needs and if you go back to get it the issue fixed they make it worse. read more
