I went in for a fill, which was $50 (prices recently increased by $10). Annie did my nails, and I was not satisfied with the service or the final result. I returned the next day for a color change due to the poor outcome. The receptionist was very kind and professional, however my experience with Annie was unacceptable. She repeatedly said, "I told you not this color," which came across as rude and unprofessional. If a color is not suitable or recommended, it should not be offered for clients to choose in the first place. The application itself was poorly done, and the quality was not up to standard. The color began chipping in less than 24 hours, even after returning to have it corrected. The same issue continued after the redo. Overall, I am disappointed with both the service and results. Customer service needs to be improved significantly, and staff should be mindful that professionalism and respect toward clients is essential in this business. read more

Came in and specified I wanted a full set only if they could make them nurse like short like the picture below. I was told they could. My tech recommended I get soft gel extensions. My tech gave me a bad time about going shorter and argued that he could not go short for a round nail so I settled. The left hand is noticeably longer than the right. Fast forward to 5 days from my full set and two nails popped off like press on nails. Also, the tech did zero cuticle work. I stopped by this salon last year since I was in the area and I LOVED it (just got a full set) but it was too far to be my regular salon. We just moved closer so I came back this time to get a full set and a pedicure (first time) and the service was AMAZING. they're seriously so welcoming and caring, they even offer a complimentary drink during your service! As a follow up to my previous review where the owner mistakenly believes I miss his business, I only insisted once on going because you refused to explain what the problem was and it was my regular spot. Don't worry, after you blocked me, I went to another place that's much better called J & J Nail Studio, which I totally recommend instead of your business. The owners at J & J Nail studio are both very kind and care deeply about their clients and use clean tools. I'm simply leaving this review later because I want to protect people from going to Organic Nail Lounge where BOTH owners are incredibly unprofessional (as seen on your review response), and can't even own up and apologize for causing an infected nail by your business as there were clearly dirty tools being used, that's disgusting. Len or Ken whatever his name is kept trying to over price me I told him what I wanted and he was like no that 70 he just and then he only handed me the "SPECIAL" colors would be 70$. Got a full set not even two weeks ago paid $120 went right now to get a color changed and the gentleman that was their sitting behind the counter let me know it will be $55 for a color change. Absolutely horrible experience at Organic Nail Lounge. I came in expecting quality service and left with not one, but two disastrous sets of nails. The first tech rushed through my nails because she had another client waiting, completely skipped shaping, and left my nails thick, uneven, and just plain sloppy. She didn't even touch my cuticles until I pointed it out as she was about to start painting! She clearly wasn't happy about being called out and rushed even more after that. The final result? Nothing like what I asked for--wrong shape, wrong look, just a total mess. I asked them to remove the first set because it was beyond fixing and have someone redo it. Big mistake. The second set was somehow worse. I ended up wasting over four hours at this place for two awful sets, and the end result was still trash. When I called to express my frustration, they had the audacity to say they took a loss--what about my time, money, and ruined nails? Then they tried to charge me for both sets. Unreal. $70 for this!! This place is unprofessional, the service is disgusting, and the manager is no help whatsoever. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else. Do not go here! read more

Disappointed, to say the least. I scheduled an appointment for 4 PM and arrived at 4:06. I had been calling to let them know that I was going to be late due to traffic but it shouldn't take more than 5 to 6 minutes. The first two times the phone would just keep ringing. My third attempt somebody finally answered my call and just put me on hold and you could hear background noise, but nobody coming to answer my call. I walked in and was notified that the 4 PM slot had been given away to other people that arrived before me, which I thought was a little bit ridiculous seeing that a grace period should be honored considering I've arrived for my appointments before and waited way more than five minutes AND I had tried multiple times to communicate that I would be la. I let them know that I did need to leave within the next hour and 20 minutes and I still wasn't taken back until 15 minutes later. I received the worst pedicure I've ever gotten at this establishment, gel polish all over my skin of my feet, no calluses removed, no massage. My acrylic set, while the French tip was pretty, had fish eyes in the gel polish, which is when the surface is not cleaned properly and it cures unevenly. Most of my nails are covered in lumps. $130 later I had to come home and reshape and refile, every single one of my fingers and toenails after waiting and paying because we all know their prices have gone up significantly. read more

This place is not hygienic at all! They have these reusable towels that have dried up cuticles stuck to them from other customers! With that same towel the Nail Tech proceeded to use it on my hands and then she cut my cuticle too short and it bled. I think the cleanliness in this nail salon should improve otherwise it's completely horrific to come to this place. The nail techs need to listen to their customers more. When the customer says don't file anymore, it's because obviously it hurts. Don't over file their nails that's painful!! Stop means stop... Although she did apologize after I complained about her over filing my nails. I came home only to have extremely painful nails that were too weak to keep at that length due to over filing. They were thin as paper! The French tip she took her time on was now pointless. It's completely gone now that I had no other choice but to cut them short to preserve my nail from chipping off. read more

This place is hit or miss . I try to avoid coming here but since it's the closest to home & not having much time I am left with no options for a quick pedi . The nail techs are ok , once again hit or miss . Sometimes they are great , sometimes they are rude and horrible . My biggest complaint about this place is the front desk girls. No matter who it is, I have experienced at least 4 different girls, they are all very rude . Not sure if no costumer service skills or rudeness is a requirement for the position but ownership should really look into that. I always have to greet them when I walk in which is insane, they act as if the customer is an inconvenience , it's truly always an awkward interaction . I went in for a full set and a pedicure. The website and the front desk confirmed my full set would start at $45. I agreed fully. How they doubled the price of my hands alone I will never understand. I got short almond acrylic with French tip and half a daisy on 2 nails. She did not once approve the shape, French tip height, nor the design placement with me. Half of my nails are pointing up as opposed to going with my natural nail shape. Half my nails don't even have acrylic covering the full nail. And the lower French tip is not what I asked for. I would have appreciated more blue. I also asked for the daisy to be at the bottom of my nail. It is on the side. I will definitely not be back. Very dissatisfied. I paid $95 for this set the length is M/L with one acrylic color, square shape so didn't require much filing, the nail art, 2 charms and aura effect on the same nail that you can't really see... First time I came I asked for a full set. the woman who did my nails barely acknowledged me then called over another woman. They began talking amongst themselves in their language while laughing and observing my nails (leaning in closely) which made me feel uncomfortable. The second time I went I asked for a fill but the person did not polish my entire nail bed and there were noticeable spots missing coverage. I asked for them to fix it in the most polite way possible and even apologized for pulling them away from their current client, and they blamed it on me, the client.
