Walked in without an appointment on Sunday afternoon at 130. Was out at 3. Full set and their top tier pedicure with gel. Very friendly. Was clean. Had my son with me. He ate lunch and watched his tablet They accept all cc payments including my Amex! I'm new to the area and have tried a couple different places. I'm hoping this is my new place. I've gotten a few compliments. Definitely good quality Tammy and Sarah!

Got a dip powder nails from Jerry he did a awesome job exactly how I wanted in a picture I showed him. This was my 3rd time visiting the salon and I always leave happy. Coming back for sure. Decided to get a pedicure as well since I was happy and I got Sunnie she was awesome as well she knew just what to do with my feet. I'm gonna ask for her going forward I feel so relaxed.

My natural length nail is smaller than average. My nails normally are skinnier in length and always ask for thinner nails over all. My nail acrylic is bigger than my actual nail. Normally I have a go to person but she was on vacation. Iykyk.. won't be coming back

The Manicure was done beautifully by Tom ‍10/10 I will return to him. The Pedicure done by Tammy was okay and she lied to me about the price so she gets a 4/10

I came here because it was the closest one to my gym. I was able to get in without an appointment and only waiting less then 5 min. A face mask and temperature checked is done at the from desk. The color choice are on the wall so you have to remember the number to color you want, no biggie. The girl who did my feet I believe her name was Sarah and was so nice and made me so comfortable and did a great job on my feet. I also did my nail and I just love them. They were done by Alex and he was so funny and pleasant to be around. They kept the place clean after every customer and made sure everyone was safe from the "c" word. They even turned someone away because their temperature was too high. It did not take long to get me on my way, and I was able to make my next appointment, so no need to worry if I'll have to wait or forget because I'll get a text reminder. Everyone in smiths shop seemed nice and ready to work.

Walked in, sat right down on a Sunday which is the only day that works for me! Pedicure was amazing (I didn't catch her name but she's young and very sweet) and Tom did my nails!! I never once flinched or pulled away; (that's never happened for me EVER) he was soft, proficient and I LOVE MY NAILS!!! I will be back. They both got a $10 tip!!

Called for a last minute appointment. I was pleased with the customer service provided by Jerry. He offered immediate service. When I arrived Tom did my gel manicure. He gave me the best hand and arm massage. The ambiance is good. Not like other places where its silent. They have upbeat pop music playing. My pedi was relaxing and thorough she asked about ingrowns. Im so glad I found this nail salon. I was looking to get dip powder removed and reapplied on my natural nails. Because I was a walk-in, I did end up waiting an hour. I ended up sitting with Tom. From the start he was very welcoming. He even offered me something to drink which a lot of places don't do. So he assessed what I had on and asked what I was looking to get. He made sure the removal was the least damaging to my nails which I really appreciated. He then proceeded with the application of the dip powder. During the process, he explained what I needed to look out for and what I should be asking for when getting my nails done. I thought that was very kind of him. The results are great and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be coming back if I'm ever in the area again. Thanks Tom! read more

I've been going there for quite a while now unfortunately the nail tech Benny that I normally see is no longer there. The wait time was longer. The quality of service with a new nail tech was low. She was in a hurry didn't even pay attention to what I asked her. My nails were uneven and didn't even match with the previous tech work . I was there approximately an hour and 20 minutes just to get a nail repair. Hopefully next 2nd chance will be better read more

Bad customer service. Low quality materials used. Dirty and smelly sink. Jerry has no knowledge of acrylic work. My nails came out thick and lumpy. Tom has no idea of how to handle customer service. Language barrier is a big problem. I asked for "thin" nails. Jerry thought i said "thick". Tom (owner/ manager) said," I can send you a video of you asking for thick nails ( I guess they record you all the time). He never sent any videos. I guess when he went back to the videos he discovered the difference between the word "thin" and "thick" . Instead of apologizing, he hanged up the phone on me. Very rude and unprofessional! Some people open a business just to make money. They have no idea of customer service or offering quality work or being professionals. read more

Absolutely disgusting place. I should have trusted my gut instinct when I walked in. The service is very poor. The materials used are dirty. I asked for a gel manicure and they did a horrible job. Polish was left on my skin. When getting a gel manicure, your nails are supposed to feel smooth and soft and this feels the complete opposite. I asked them to rectify it and each nail tech just came by with a file and continuously filed my nails. I left really unsatisfied and so upset that I had to pay for such crappy service and work. Stay away from this place. read more

This is the first place I've ever been where they don't cut or clean the cuticle around my nails before performing a service. They didn't clean or cut my cuticles on BOTH my feet and hands. They didn't properly take my old nail paint off. They left me very angry and unsatisfied. read more

I went in for a pedicure. It was the fastest pedicure I ever got all I ever want is a massage when I go in I didn't get that. She was rubbing my legs and my feet dry. It was a horrible experience. I will never go there again the nail salon person I had was Tammy. read more

Roaches crawling in and on the pedicure bowls. Pedicures are a waste of time and money here. Rude staff. They are not very welcoming (and I've visited well over 10 times). They are overpriced, they make up the prices as they go. The end product does not always match the price. Save yourself the trouble and pick somewhere else. read more

I'm only giving this nail Salon 2 stars because my experience wasn't horrible BUT I definitely wouldn't come back again and definitely don't recommend this place to anyone I got a fill on a set that I got done somewhere else. I only came here because the other place next door was full and I didn't have time to wait.. I didn't love my nails when they were done but they guy was very nice and patient so I was content. 5 days later I have 3 nails lifting. I've never had a nails lift so fast in all my time of getting my nails done. They're not even growing out for me to go and have to get them done again. They still look fresh. I called to see if they would fix it for free because and they told me no because I got my set from somewhere else originally. If I got the set from them first then they would do it for free. To me, that doesn't make sense because if THEY they can do a fill on top of someone else's work then why would I be charged for the work that they did on me that was poor quality. It's only been 5 days. 3 nails should not b lifting in such a short amount time. Now I have to spend another $50+ in less than a week for someone's poor work. read more

I wouldn't come back here. I came in for a pedicure but i wanted only 1 toe acrylic because i had 1 broken toe. I myself am a licensed nail tech and i knew from the beginning i didnt feel comfortable there but i had wanted to give this nail shop a chance. The lady cut me with the drill and then proceed to cut my cuticles and cut my skin she did not say sorry or clean up the blood, Then she applied the acrylic and got acrylic all over my skin which is Not acceptable! Acrylic should not be on the skin and she had walked away and i wiped the sides before the acrylic had dried. Either the workers don't know what they are doing or just didn't care for the customer. I left and will not be going back there. Please don't waste your time coming here. read more

I know they're short and simple, not long and fancy, but I'm very happy with my mani on my natural nails. I didn't have an appointment and only waited 5 minutes. Jerry was gentle as he cleaned up my nails and cuticles and didn't cut me. (I've had that happen a lot at other salons.) The dip powder he applied is thin, so it feels like my natural nails, just stronger. The gel color is exactly what I wanted. Thank you, #1 Nails! read more

2 weeks ago I went in for a full set (small nails) and a #1 pedicure total was $65 (not including tip). Today I went in and got same pedicure and a fill, total was $84 (not including tip).. I questioned the guy and he mumbled some numbers and changed the subject... I'm not about to argue so I paid the guy. But I won't be back! I've been going to this nail salon for 2 years and this is NOT the first time they've marked up prices. I use to love the pedicures from here but even those have gotten weak. Cheers read more

I went on 2/16/23 , it was my first visit here. The service was great, but I was told gel manicure would last 2 weeks. Today is 2/23/23. My nails have been chipping and cracking, this has never happened this soon to me with a gel manicure. I am so upset and disappointed with my nails. I would love to give them 5 stars. Horrible experience customer service was horrible especially Tom. His racist attitude overshadowed his work . He cut my finger i was bleeding he didn't even say anything barely wanted stop bleeding. Never again DON'T GO HERE .!!! Prices are always different . read more

I never even write reviews but this place is Terrible and I should of known where they lady right before walked out completely disappointed ! Didn't give me the right color , I asked for royal blue and didn't realize till the sun hit that it was purple ! He cut the top of my toe from filing down my nail so much , didn't get the excess polish off my toe. He kept pushing my foot , I asked for the 30$ service and he charge 43$ , never mentioned any up charge . First and last time here !!!!!!!!! read more

The gentleman that attended me was patient but big issue I had was that he kept grinding away at my cuticles with the dremel (nail drill). I feel if I spoke up he would've left it alone but I didn't and that was my fault too , but I didn't think it would get to such a point that my cuticles would be sore, red , and bleeding. First time in my life it's been this bad . Another thing that irked me was this older lady was hovering over him saying who knows what, in their native language. I may not understand what was going on but I'm not stupid either and can somewhat make out the tone of voice . Bothered me a lot. Due to how bad my cuticles look after a day, I don't think I'll be returning, which is a shame because the overall work isn't bad. read more

So I went in to get a gel pedicure and short almond full set. I have been here multiple time to get my nails done with way crazier nail art and never spent what I spent yesterday. First off the guy who did my nails wasn't even doing them right so I kept showing him the photo and telling him that wasn't what I wanted. He said I'm The one doing your nails.. how rude! My nails were the same size as the inspo photo and he insisted he couldn't do it like that. He started talking to another person in their language and when I went to pay my total was $150! I asked why is it expensive, they said because they charge per nail for extra nail art. Mind you I've been there multiple times and it's always been $5 for all 10 nails. They ripped me off because I stood up for myself when I'm the one paying for my nails and he had to do it how I asked instead of how HE wanted to do it. I will No be returning. They didn't even tell me when things were extra charge.Bi still left them a tip and ended up paying 178$.. never again. read more

I been to this place before and got my nails done by Luis no problem he was nice and careful I went a day before they closed down the place again and I was taken care by the guy that can't walk right, oh man he made a mess on my nails, I didn't Yelp him then becuase it was my fault he asked me if he did a good job and ofcouse I lied and said yeah I was embarrassed of the work he had done and paid 45, well I'm sitting here on the couch and I seen the bottom of my foot omg he scraped me so bad left marks all over my foot and he even cut me . I will not go back! Not even for a free service don't waste you're money go somewhere else read more

I went in for a fill & they charged me $36 for a fill!!?!!!? I pay less for that for a full new set!! And I asked for matte yes these nails are not matte they are not supposed to have any shine!!!!!! And they are supposed to be coffin this is not coffin!!! The acrylic is so uneven there is bumps the lady Linda hurt me and didn't even apologize then she had the nerve to ask why my some nails were shorter ummm hello you just cut them like that!!! Got my nails done by Tom for the first time and this was above & beyond my expectation. I am super picky and usually I wont let anyone touch my nails unless I knew that they are really good. Not so many people can do the 3D flower in this area like Tom did. He really took his time and paid attention to the little details. Seriously it worths every penny guys! Amazing work. Once I visited the 1st time didn't want to go elsewhere. Linda is so professional. She does an amazing job with my eyebrows. She gives advice and takes into account what I want. My eyebrows are fuller and every time I go she leaves them perfect. I also get my manicure with and without gel and have loved the work.
