I wanted to follow up on my review. I have been going here for months and they never disappoint me! The store is always very clean, modern, and relaxing. It is clear that the manicurists and estheticians here are passionate and proud of their work beyond a means of obtaining money. On 6/21/26, Celine and Mimi did my cat eye manicure and pedicure in an hour, which is much faster than other locations. They took the time to massage me and apply a generous amount of cuticle oil. There were lots of different cateye, acrylic, gel, builder gel, regular polish, and jelly polish to choose from. The equipment was new with no nail polish stains and was dust free. It is in a great location with lots of parking and many technicians ready to help. I am a loyal customer and I recommend everybody to come here! 1000/10 read more

I have never had a bad experience here. Expect for today. I walked in to my scheduled appointment with Mimi. However she never added me to her schedule. Mimi was very rude and started yelling at me I kept asking her an estimated wait time but she kept saying she was very busy. I am very disappointed specially with her. Response time and service received was great but quality is disappointing. For the price I paid these nail did not last long at all. I requested gel x, one nail came off within 4 days and now two more nails are lifting and it hasn't even been a full week yet. Gel-x is definitely not for me. Walk-in and was helped right away. Clean environment. Love Kim's work on my gel builder fill with cateye, very sweet lady. Also got a pedicure with regular polish for about $45. Gel-builder with cateye was $60. Reasonable prices in my opinion. Only thing is I wish it was cooler in there, it was a bit warm in there with small fans. read more

Please be aware there are hidden fees that they don't tell you about until you get to the register. Went in for a basic pedicure, didn't have any nail polish put on my toes and they charged me $5 just to remove the old nail polish from a previous pedicure. Isn't that part of a pedicure is removing the old nail polish? So they upped the cost of a basic pedicure and it wasn't listed anywhere. Also $2 fee for using Debit card. I'm a store manager of a retail store in the same parking lot and I will never return here. There's too many other choices in the area. read more

Everytime I come here it's something new they always change their prices it's 55 dollars for a French tip fill and they charge a $3 card fee. DO NOT COME HERE! Their workers are also lazy and don't care how your nails come out looking. They can't even do a simple French tip design without it looking uneven. Made the drive from perris ,25mins away.. & I have to say it was so worth the drive and will definitely be returning. My toe nails finally have a really nice shape despite having to cut them short due to having 2 broken toe nails. The shape of my acrylic were not too squared or too round, just like I asked. Positive- clean and customer service was good. I walked in, no appointment, nobody was waiting so they took me. I asked for a gel manicure and the women said my nails were "too short." (I just wanted my natural nails rounded out for a butter yellow French tip, I would've even been happy with a square French tip on my natural nails. Because she said no I asked if they do gel x, to which she said yes. The woman began my nail prep and I noticed she was already struggling. She didn't even work on my cuticles before applying the nail and only used the drill to smooth the nail bed and even my cuticles which I have a couple cuts from. When she measured out my nails she chose nails that were way too wide for my nail bed. They're now partially sitting on my skin lifting. The gel under the nail has a lot of air bubbles and looks really messy. Under the nail there's so much residue from the gel as well that she didn't bother to clean up after. One nail came off already and I went in yesterday April 3rd. There's another that is completely lifting already and it's April 4th. These were supposed to be my Easter nails, I spent $82 and the quality is so bad. I felt bad complaining or backing out because she was an older woman, but in this economy I do plan to go back. It is not fair to me to have spent $82 +tip and the nails be falling off the next day. I also didn't want to complain because her appointment got there as she was finishing my nails and then I noticed she tried to rush me out the door. I do not believe I was even given the "full manicure," there was no massage like the last time I came in or anything else for that matter. She basically just started gluing the nails on, she applied only one layer of nail polish. I'm really disappointed. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if possible. This might be the top salon I have ever gone to if I'm being completely honest. I tried literally all the nail salons in Moreno Valley and I was never fully satisfied with the nails. This is the first place I try in Riverside and I won't be going to another place anymore. I finally found my place! The ladies here are sooo polite and nice. The place is clean, it's pretty, and it's relaxing in there. My nails have never been done better any where else before. I'm very particular with my nails because if I'm going to be paying for them every couple weeks I want them to be worth it. And they meet all the expectations here. They shape the nails beautifully, the gel polish is perfect all the way around the nails, the cuticles are clean, they don't go your nails too thick, they're just perfect. Also, the times that I have gone they have done my toes and hands at the same time so Im never spending hours at the salon like at other places. Literally don't have not even one complain. Now yes, I must say that I do pay a little more here than I have at other salons but it's so worth it in my opinion. You're paying for the quality of your nails, and the quality is always there here.
