The person doing my pedicure took her time cutting and filling my nails and even got an ingrown nail out for me. That was very much appreciated. The massage for my pedicure was basic. She just rubbed lotion didn't try and massage. The manicure massage was the same but he only rubbed lotion on my hands. Not my arms or anything. I got a gel pedicure with callous remover and a gel manicure for $82!!!! $82.... What In the world. A basic gel pedicure with callus remover and basic gel manicure. No sea salt, no scrub, nothing special or extra. I could see paying that for top of the line service, but not for basic. read more

I love this place but yesterday had a new tech who didn't even understand English. I got gel pedicure but she didn't do it correctly. She didn't put the clear harder on it and now my toes look dull and are tacky they don't have the hard shiny top coat they normally do. This is the first and last time I come to this nail salon!! I normally go to meridian nails and spa down the street from them but they were closed. So I decided to give this place a try. Horrible choice!! The First Lady the did my manicure did a bad job. First she filed them uneven, then she didn't polish the whole nail ( she left a lot of the edges unpolished) and she was going to let me go with nail polish all over my cuticles. When I asked if there was anyone who can redo my polish, she rudely said "THEIR ALL BUSY", which they weren't, their was 2 "un busy". I then proceeded to ask another lady who didn't respond so yet I asked another lady. She finally comes over and tries to fix them. But you know, the only way to get a clean look is to start over. Well, I just let it go. I didn't want to make a big scene. But I did get upset because I am paying for a service, and that service needs to somewhat come out good. If I could give this place no stars I would. The workers were nice but the product is not. I paid $97 for pedicure and a full set. The color on the pedicure has already flaked off. As for the acrylic, it started bubble and appears dark. I didn't tip.. they only take cash and I was referee to a Wells Fargo atm. When I was at the atm I noticed the unevenness of my nails and decided to not tip. $97 for nail polish that didn't stay and acrylic that isn't smooth and bubbles. read more

I've never been here before and as I walk in they ask what I want. I say a mani pedí. As they are about to take me the come around the corner and see that I have a service dog. Then the lady said oh sorry actually we don't have time to take you. We are booked all morning. There were 5 people doing nothing that's when I knew that it was because I had a dog that they didn't want to take me. Then when I said I would wait the lady tell me that she won't service me because she recognized me from 3 years ago when I gave her problems. WHAT?! I've never even here before. I've been coming to this nail salon for 2 years I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure I currently had dip made a decision to stick to dip and they had me waiting 2 and half hours for the entire process ... they were so rude and charged me for there mistake since they had me sitting to remove the dip there was no communication and my nails broke and looked terrible . Kelly got started on my nails and laughed , making me feel like a damn fool . I explained to her the man siding understand. That I wanted dip and waited ridiculously long for something like this Finally I paid and they wants to charge me $45 for dip when I had really short nails not even my long nails . It's upsetting and unprofessional that they get upset when I'm asking a question or correcting them . That they have every one staring I'm appalled that they service there customers this way . Whats sad is that as I walk out the man in the front says next time better decision ... like really maybe there needs to be better communication ... so then he walk outside of the store and tell me to never come back . Like okay you have given me a terrible experience what makes you think I want to come back , I've given them so many chances these past 2 years letting things slide and then to disrespect me in public and tell me not to come back because I clearly didn't appreciate his response so I responded back .
