The person doing my pedicure took her time cutting and filling my nails and even got an ingrown nail out for me. That was very much appreciated. The massage for my pedicure was basic. She just rubbed lotion didn't try and massage. The manicure massage was the same but he only rubbed lotion on my hands. Not my arms or anything. I got a gel pedicure with callous remover and a gel manicure for $82!!!! $82.... What In the world. A basic gel pedicure with callus remover and basic gel manicure. No sea salt, no scrub, nothing special or extra. I could see paying that for top of the line service, but not for basic.

if I could rate this place zero stars I would got a full set all my nails were completely different and some were crooked...i spoke up about the difference in the nails and how some were crooked and all I was told was that my finger was the issue.. got a pedicure done as well and the polis is thi and chunk...anyway super disappointed first and last time being there read more

I love this place but yesterday had a new tech who didn't even understand English. I got gel pedicure but she didn't do it correctly. She didn't put the clear harder on it and now my toes look dull and are tacky they don't have the hard shiny top coat they normally do. I'm hoping they will fix my problem without charging but she did ok on the rest of it. read more

This is the first and last time I come to this nail salon!! I normally go to meridian nails and spa down the street from them but they were closed. So I decided to give this place a try. Horrible choice!! The First Lady the did my manicure did a bad job. First she filed them uneven, then she didn't polish the whole nail ( she left a lot of the edges unpolished) and she was going to let me go with nail polish all over my cuticles. When I asked if there was anyone who can redo my polish, she rudely said "THEIR ALL BUSY", which they weren't, their was 2 "un busy". I then proceeded to ask another lady who didn't respond so yet I asked another lady. She finally comes over and tries to fix them. But you know, the only way to get a clean look is to start over. Well, I just let it go. I didn't want to make a big scene. But I did get upset because I am paying for a service, and that service needs to somewhat come out good. I regret spending my money and my tip at this place. Never again. read more

I know I messed up by not doing research prior to, but I was desperate for eyebrow waxing. I mentioned I just wanted a clean up and nothing too crazy. My daughter attended this salon to get a fill with no gel I was told the fill was $20 plus an extra charge for a broken nail. Her nails ended up coming up to $45 because he decided to put gel after I asked him not to and was being rough with my daughter because I told him that. That wasn't what I asked him for. If I could give this place no stars I would. The workers were nice but the product is not. I paid $97 for pedicure and a full set. The color on the pedicure has already flaked off. As for the acrylic, it started bubble and appears dark. I didn't tip.. they only take cash and I was referee to a Wells Fargo atm. When I was at the atm I noticed the unevenness of my nails and decided to not tip. $97 for nail polish that didn't stay and acrylic that isn't smooth and bubbles. read more

I've never been here before and as I walk in they ask what I want. I say a mani pedí. As they are about to take me the come around the corner and see that I have a service dog. Then the lady said oh sorry actually we don't have time to take you. We are booked all morning. There were 5 people doing nothing that's when I knew that it was because I had a dog that they didn't want to take me. Then when I said I would wait the lady tell me that she won't service me because she recognized me from 3 years ago when I gave her problems. WHAT?! I've never even here before. She starts to yell al me and tells me to leave. I will be calling thr ADA and filling a claim of discrimination. read more

Staff members are always friendly & hardworking. The store is always clean and they offer bottled water to their customers. Spa pedicure is great, relaxing and the staff take their time to give you a great experience. Their prices are also great. Better than other locations around town. Eyebrow waxing is offered and I'm pleased with my eyebrows being done the way I have always requested. Not to thin, just clean up and reshape. read more

There customer service was awful, they allowed two people that came in after me to go ahead of me. One woman actually told them that she would t go because I had been there for much longer than her, at that point I decided to leave clearly I was not being acknowledged. read more

I honestly didn't expect much and came in with a very basic design in mind, but I changed my mind at the last minute. I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

1/5 -- I will absolutely not be coming back…read more This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional nail salon experiences I've had. There were three people working, yet the customer service was rude, unfriendly, and completely unwelcoming from the beginning. Also YOU MUST PAY BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING!!! I explained what I wanted for my nails, but they couldn't do them correctly. I was told I could get regular nail polish, only to find out they apparently didn't have any available. Then the one color I requested was out of stock as well. Communication was also extremely difficult. There was a clear language barrier with the person doing my nails, and when I tried to explain that I needed to communicate what I wanted, they became upset with me. Both of the other nail techs had to translate for us, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to communicate my requests without their help. I wasn't being difficult, I simply wanted to be able to explain how I wanted my own nails done. The worst part is that I ended up leaving WITHOUT ANY COLOR on my nails, and I literally had to cut and file my own nail because it still wasn't done correctly. After all of that, they still would not give me my money back. I paid for a service that I did not receive properly and left having to fix my own nail. The entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon and will definitely never return.

I understand being busy or maybe even short staff but you should always prioritize your appointments. I spent almost 3 hours in this place just getting a pedicure and manicure. Absurd. On top of that, the staff didn't even apologize. They acted like they were doing me a favor for a service I'm clearly paying for. Come here if you want to wait for a long time. Sadly there aren't many good nail salons in the area. I'm taking recommendations!
