A year ago I was a walk in, Jimmy took care of me quickly. Ever since then I come and get my nails done every month by him. He's wonderful and a great nail artist, if you like different designs or anything basic or simple he will over exceed with his hospitality and designs. I have much more examples of previous styles he has done. I've never really got my nails done in the past so to have someone I really entrust with doing my nails. He's talkative and kind! Wish I could give this zero star. Had Bella do my nails. (Only available staff) For starters she was a nail tech who has been working there for a while. Rude attitude genuinely rude to asking simple questions. Started going rough on my fingers because I asked her to round out the nail shape. Came in for fill. Fills start at 40. I had long nails. It went up to about 55. Reasonable price. I had one design set in mind (attached) which they can do - have all supplies plus colors. Bella started making faces at me as soon as I showed her the design and when I was asking for help matching the color. Mind you l've gotten my nails done with John before and he was more than helpful and kind to do so in fact advised as well. All I got done was an Airbrush color on a single coat of black. I've gotten airbrush done before and never got charged more than 10. For all the attitude and a very average "design" in their words I paid 83 for a REFILL long nails. Especially if there's attitude from the beginning. As someone who does nails and got sick of doing it themselves and wanted to go and get it done (knows prices well and value for work). This place really is just a huge ripoff. Attaching the nails I got done and "design" in question. Work is good but the service to do your JOB is insane. Especially when the staff (Bella) doesn't even know how to use their supplies. read more

First time visit last week, I got gelx nails. Brian was my tech, he didn't clean my nails before starting, just went in with applying everything ( I was too anxious to say anything) it seemed like a rushed set, everything came out sloppy. Place def has potential if they actually took their time instead of a rushed gel-x set. I wish I would have said something in person but oh well. I don't think I'll be coming back, I'll stick to home based nail techs. I'd rather pay them the $80. read more

I'm honestly very upset. I spent 87$ on a pedicure. I couldn't even enjoy my massage. I had Christy. Nice but I wish the amount of time she spent on giving me a massage she should've focused on her work. I came in with clean feet already filed. She asked to cut them I said sure (my nails grow fast) . Then the starts cutting the edges of my left toe. My nails are now uneven and crooked. I wasn't complaining of an ingrown and if I had one or any other client I highly recommend you don't touch it. This should only be done by a podietrist. I asked her to clean the edges after the massage she started cleaning them but pictures don't lie. The work looks horrible . So disappointment ! read more

It seems as though this nail shop has gone under new management that does not know how to treat their customers. The prices have increased and the service has decreased. We will not be going back. We have had to come home and redo our nails or pedicures. When I called to complain, I was argued with by the person answering the phone rather than listening to my concerns. read more

Worst service, I do not recommend. I made an appointment for 5pm and was not helped out until 30 minutes after. The only reason I didn't just leave was because my mom was getting her nails done as well. The lady in the front is passive aggressive and the one who did my nails was in a rush getting them done and left them sloppy. The filling is uneven and I had to ask her to paint some areas she missed. All this happened while I was being kind and understanding to an extent. On Momday or Tuesday, I had all nails fixed. By Thursday, 1 of the fixed nails began chipping and Saturday, the other nail chipped. read more

I have come to this place for the past 3* years. Today 4/11/26, was the most horrible customer experience. Duane is the person doing my pedicure today. She was in a hurry. I asked her to check my toes for ingrown nails as I usually have in the past. Her response was abrasive and angry as she replied" next time call and ask, today it's busy". I said, You are still cleaning my nails, I always ask to have that done. she replied " I am done doing your toes, next time ask before I finish". I should have went w/ my first mind and not gone. I went on 4/21, it is now 4/30 and my nails are already lifting and pulling off. These are Gel X, they're supposed to be more durable. I have NEVER had this happen to me. My first 2 nails started to lift on Sunday, not even a week. First time getting a manicure and pedicure and I enjoyed the experience! I was seated immediately for walk ins and the service was quick! I paid $89 (before tip) for the powder dip and the classic pedicure! I got powder manicure and the classic pedicure and they turned out great, they were even able to deal with my pinky toe which has basically a double nail? Because this was my first time however, I wasn't really sure the difference in gel and powder but in order to get the look I wanted (milky white nails) they recommended powder to achieve that look. The staff was very nice and friendly. I found something off with one of my nails as it wasn't as seamless as I wanted the look to be and they were ready to fix it for me. Would come back again! After coming back home and staring at my nails a little longer, there were a few more things I would have asked to fix, but overall still good. read more

My daughter went in for a gel x service and a design. They charged $59 for just the nails and $40 JUST FOR THE DESIGN. Mind you this was not acrylic, gel x is minimal labor. It's literally just gluing nails on. The design was JUST blooming jail no builder gel no gems nothing fancy. The blooming gel literally does all the work. I am blown away they thought charging a 14 year old nearly $100 was appropriate. No one mentioned anything about charging $40 for design before the service started. How are you going to charge almost the same amount for design as the nails itself, especially when the design took all of 5 minutes. This is exactly why nail shops are losing customers to private techs/small businesses. We have been coming here for years and have spent a lot of money here. We will NEVER be coming back, ever. read more

My grandma, who was not interested in getting color redone after the service was charged the entire charge for the service and on top of that an extra $10 just because she didn't get color again. I went for a mani- pedi. For my manicure I had Mason, he did my nails like he was in a hurry, didn't do proper cuticle care. My manicure was done within 20-30 mins which would be ideal only if my nails looked fresh and not like I have been digging dirt. He left my cuticle looking all crusty and never shaved down the excess powder after getting a dip. I would recommend that management focuses on customer service and satisfaction rather than trying to get more and more customers. Because I am not happy about the results. read more
