I can't believe I have been living down the street from this gem of a nail shop and this is my first time coming in! My sisters and I were in need of a place to get pedicures for ourselves and 3 nieces and came across this place. We were welcomed by Helen and sat right away for our services, the ladies in the shop are very sweet and professional and were very accommodating to us from start to finish... initially I only wanted a pedicure but after seeing Helens amazing work on my sisters nails I decided to get mine done as well!! Helen shaped the life into my nails and hooked it up with a ombré that is definitely worthy of hot girl summer status! I have found my new nail home and recommend it to anyone that wants to come and get amazing and creative nails! Helen is your girl

This is 4 days after ! I spent $40 of a fill . Gel chipped , and nails popped off, I called them about this and all I got was and "ok" . This is unacceptable. I will not be returning . Ladies save your money!

This salon is so adorable, amazing service & people! Dependable, clean, beautiful nails, and an overall amazing place. Other nail places I go to for acrylic nails break SO fast because I'm rough with my nails & they're not very good quality. This salon has never given me any of those problems, and I've never had a nail break with sets I've kept for over a month. Reasonably priced too. The people are so sweet & I love this place!

Helena and Nancy are sooo nice and thorough with their work. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Nancy gave me a free design over where I had a blood clot under my nail so you can't see it. Helena does amazing acrylic work, I can't wait to have her do other looks I want.

I got my nails done here but I was not happy with the results. I asked for round nails and got almond shaped nails. Also some nails are uneven and thick. The lady was nice but I don't think I would have be going back again. read more

I really like this place. I've been trying to find a nail salon in Moreno Valley for a while now. I've been coming here a few months and they haven't disappointed. Not only do they do great work but they are quick and still have fair prices in this economy. They don't try and get you coming and going like most nail salons. Plus the ladies are very sweet. read more

1 star bcuz I have to an the older woman was nice. After a previous problem here I went back bcuz not to many were open on labor day. PLACE IS VERY UNSANITARY. I went in yesterday (monday) around 9:30a.m for a pedi anfill. I called ahead of time an asked if helena was available for a fill. She said yes she can do my pedi an then helen will be there for fill. I wasn't given any choice on what kind of pedi I wanted. It was the cheap $15 one (plus $5 for white tip) literally took 15 min i was the only one in there then a last came in after i was already started. The job was totally rushed. Waited 30 min after pedi for helen who never showed up. I left an went to this place of day st. Also place is VERY DIRTY!!! NO LINERS FOR PEDI CHAIRS AN SHE DIDNT CLEAN. ALSO TOOLS ARE NOT WASHED SANITIZED. AFTER SHE DID MY PEDI SHE USED THE TOOLS ON THE NEXT GIRL. AN A CAN OF RAID IN THEIR FAKE TREE BY BATHROOM. read more

Nails look cute but the growth isn't as great as I'd hoped. Nails are starting to get caught in my hair after about a week. For those who are meticulous I wouldn't come here unless you're trying to get a fast set. Helen did my nails and I was impressed initially cause of how fast she did them and how good they looked. Some unevenness between each hand but over all pretty good. Not impressed at the grow out stage though totally getting caught in my hair and that's annoying I paid $50 for medium/short length. Kind of a lot for nothing special. Just sparkle color. read more

I had an excellent experience at Fashion Nails! I was running late and called at 545 to see if they could take me at 6 for a mani/pedi. I wanted to go to Helen after reading previous reviews. She said yes and I ended up not showing up until 615 (after calling again to see if it was okay) again Helen said it was fine and so I showed up hoping not to get a rush job. Helen helped me choose my color and started on my hands while Nancy finished up another pedicure. They were both able to get me in and out quickly and were very patient with me. I loved my nails and they were very friendly as well. I will be coming back soon read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost 10 years because of 3 things. 1. Helen and Nancy ALWAYS do a great job! 2. Their priced are fair! 3. Their shop is super clean! Terrible customer service. They do not clean their pedicure spas correctly just a little spritz of some cleaner around the bowl and a rinse, perfect if you like fungus on your nails. My mother wanted her acrylic nail fixed so she had to get it removed and a new one put on not only did the lady make my mother take the nail off herself but she didn't even make the nail match the others. I give this place zero stars and will never go again!! They are dirty and rude!! read more

They had great customer service when I went and I took my 3 girls and they were friendly to them. Their only downfall I got gel on my nails and the paint job was a bit sloppy but not only that the next day after my fill my pinky nail broke. I called them and they didn't have a problem fixing it. Wasn't planning on going there to get it fixed because it broke on their product. So I got my pinky fix now my ring finger on the same hand just broke and it's not even a week. Sweet ladies but their product needs to be better for the amount they charge read more

I dont know why this place even has stars!!! Everyone on here talks about helen this and that and how shes so good putting 5 stars for poor quality service! Those people are the ones that settle for less! Seriously im rushing looking for a fkn place nearby cause i normally go to angelas nails on ironwood! Decided to try helen this is the place next to an income tax office and arco on alessandro! She was empty no clients whatsoever well that tells you everything on a saturday morning cmon now! Well i still went in to get a fullset i asked her for medium lenght she does them short so then she applied the gel very unprofessional like if it was regular nail polish theres literally gel all around my fingers my nails are uneven and some are thin and fat!! I have glue allover too and she didnt clean nothing!!! Im so disappointed so angry!!! JUST GO LOOK AT MY PICTURES I AINT LYING THE PICTURES WERE TOOKEN RIGHT AFTER!! dont come here pay a little more somewhere else you know ! She sucks!!! I understand being busy or maybe even short staff but you should always prioritize your appointments. I spent almost 3 hours in this place just getting a pedicure and manicure. Absurd. On top of that, the staff didn't even apologize. They acted like they were doing me a favor for a service I'm clearly paying for. Come here if you want to wait for a long time. Sadly there aren't many good nail salons in the area. I'm taking recommendations!

I've actually…read morevisited your salon a few times now, and my very first experience, where I got both an overlay and a pedicure, was absolutely fantastic - I left feeling so happy with the results! My second visit for an overlay wasn't quite as perfect, but I decided to give it another try, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, this most recent nail appointment really fell short of expectations. The overlay itself ended up being much shorter than I had anticipated, and to my dismay, several nails chipped within just three days of the service. I also found the filing process quite uncomfortable; it felt rather aggressive and almost like a burning sensation at certain points. On top of that, it seemed like my cuticles weren't properly cleaned up during the process. For $60 I expected more. Given these last two experiences, especially this most recent one, I'm feeling a bit hesitant about getting my nails done here again. I do want to say that I think your salon truly excels at pedicures - those have always been wonderful! I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

I booked online and paid the $20 deposit. At no point during the online booking process did it mention a no-children policy. I also received a confirmation text message and that didn't mention the policy either. When I arrived with my kids, I was told I could not stay for my appointment because of their no-children policy. I explained that this policy was never shown during booking or in the confirmation message and asked if they could simply credit my $20 deposit toward a future appointment. The manager refused and said he "lost a customer." I pointed out that the salon was empty and that I was willing to come back another time without my kids, but he still refused to credit the deposit and eventually ignored me. I completely understand businesses having policies, but those policies should be clearly communicated during booking. Refusing to credit a deposit for a future appointment in this situation shows very poor customer service. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I won't be returning.

As soon as I walked into the facility (I will respectfully not mention the nail salons name for privacy purposes), one of my family members did call me and asked where I was. Long story short, she told me absolutely not and she was going to book me and now my Mother, elsewhere at 02:00P the very same day. We arrived at K & K Nail Salon a little but early, were seated right away and the services begun. The prices were very fair with the outcome of services and professionalism. The employees here bonded with us as if we were family. This was great. My mother and I got matching Blue colors for the upcoming event. Unfortunately, I broke a nail the very next morning, which so happen to be the day before the baby shower. I was again seeking fast booking services. I walked into K & K Nail Salon and was greeted by Kelly. I explained to her what happened and she sat me down immediately and went to work on repairing the broken nail. As much stress as I was under, Kelly was able to delicate this for me, complete the service and I left feeling great again. I do visit my family members anywhere from 1-2 times a year and guarantee I will be returning to this shop every time. She was unpleasant, unwelcoming, and unprofessional, and it was Mother's Day, at first I thought maybe she was just in a bad mood because it was Mother's Day and they were working, but then I noticed her demeanor and I'm gonna say it yes towards the black patrons. As I sat and waited for my eyelash tech, although I had an appointment and was 10 minutes early, I had to wait, as I sat there and witnessed the interactions when non-blacks who entered, compared to when blacks entered. She had a stern tone with the black patrons and a cheerful happy greeting when non-blacks entered, when a non-black person asked her a question her answers were pleasant and engaging, when blacks ask her a question in regards to the Services her reply was given with an attitude, as if they should've known the answer to the questions they were asking her. She talked at them and not to them and yes, she was so rude to one of the mothers that was sitting in the pedicure chair she asked for her manager , her reply was I am the manager .. "if that was my mom that she was talking to like that it would have been an unforgettable day for her". I let my Eyelash tech know that she was rude condescending and should not be in the role of a supervisor or manager with that type of attitude and tone towards anyone and especially Black people who make up 85% who patronize these type of services. My eyelash tech is awesome.

I absolutely love this place, they're so friendly! The price is reasonable and worth paying because they do an outstanding job. I came here for my first pedi and the lady was so sweet and nice, my mom came here with me and they gave my mom an extra massage and I thought that was so sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is nearby. I only come here to do my nails because they actually take their time so they come out nice.
