this is a late response .. not only did i make an appt and was seen 25 mins after and appt lasted 2 hrs. i also requested for you to take off my acrylic off my toes and just give me gel polish. moving forward to today (getting a pedi elsewhere) my nail tech tells me you guys never actually removed the acrylic just filed it smoother/lower on my toes. please next time listen ! read more

My pedicure with Amy was great, highly recommend pedicures here. Although, I went with Amy again for a full set and I don't really think it's worth the price. She wasn't too friendly this time and I wasn't in love with my nails, I think they could've been better for the price. So for that I'm 50/50 but everyone else is very nice here! read more

Holly and her whole team are concerned about your hand and foot care! I only get pedicures to stop the pain i had from not taking care of my nails. Discrimination is alive and well at this salon. I was charged more than my friend for the same service, and the only difference between us is the color of our skin. The staff was cold and dismissive toward me while being perfectly friendly to others. It felt like I was being penalized for being Mexican. I will never return to a business that practices such blatant favoritism and racial bias. read more

Appreciate that This place is very clean, everything is labeled including all storage units. You dont see technician's food or drinks on the back counter like you see at other nail salons. You can tell they care about hygiene. Amy did my nails and did a great job, Maryann did a wonderful job with my pedicure. read more

This was my first time at this salon. Amy wasn't very kind or polite. She would grab my foot to position it correctly but rough , and she made my toe bleed without explaining why. I go to the salon to relax, but I was tense, and my big toe hurt after the experience. She just had a bad attitude and didn't respond when I said thank you at the end. Llana, my mom's technician, was amazing and made it a welcoming experience for her. She was detailed and precise, which made a big difference I'll be going to her next time not Amy. read more

Some of the staff was nice and polite, But in my experience it was bad right off the bat a 40 min wait time when I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure was seated after the wait and wasn't given a menu or even asked what I wanted I had to ask the girl with the blond hair and fake lashes for the menu told her I wanted a French tip full set on my hands and gel on my toes don't even ask what color started working on my feet didn't communicate i had to ask what kind of services they offered instead of being asked the girl that did my gel x nails was polite enough to offer me what kind of services they had after as I was paying she asked me if I had tipped the other rude women with fake eyelashes and blond hair I said yes because I'm not a heathen before I even paid they up charged me and I ended up paying almost 140 for gel x nails on hands and gel pedicure on toes if your any shade of brown they will up charge you and be rude wouldn't recommend. read more

* PLEASE READ* I really didn't want to make bad review, but I'm doing this after a week bc I'm in pure PAIN! I'll start with when I got there and how I told the lady doing my hands I wanted to do a soak off and full set, she tricked me into doing a fill instead so it takes a shorter amount of time with me, I told her what I wanted and she insisted on what she was doing was better when in the end I hate my nail color! I never got a menu for the services or asked what I want for my pedi The lady who did my pedi was just horrible and I feel bad to say, she kept leaving streaks on my nails did a really messy job! and I kept telling her politely to fix it so she ended grabbing another lady to fix it I got a pedi that felt like nothing and I walked out in excruciating pain on one of my toes and my finger is swollen and purple and still had to pay $120 PLEASE PLEASE DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT INFECTIONS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

Disappointing Management & Inequitable Treatment I wanted to share my honest experience because, unfortunately, it was far from what I expected. Despite being a loyal customer, my recent visits left me frustrated and i will not be returning. I noticed a distinct difference in how certain customers were greeted and prioritized compared to others. Two weeks ago, despite having an appointment and waiting patiently, a walk-in couple was (almost) attended to before me. Thankfully, Desiree stepped in to corrected the situation and honor my appointment. Then again, today, despite having an appointment, two women were attended to although I'd been waiting for 10 minutes. It felt as though some individuals were given preferential treatment, which raised serious red flags as though I was being discriminated against. This is very unfortunate because I've thoroughly enjoyed the services provided by the technicians Tiffany, May, and MaryAnn. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting this nail salon today for a pedicure, and I couldn't be more impressed! I called ahead to request an appointment, and they were so accommodating in squeezing me in. Ben, my nail tech, was amazing - he was thorough, attentive, and gave an excellent massage that left me feeling relaxed and pampered. The salon itself is brand new and a great addition to their main location. You can tell they've put a lot of care into making it a clean, organized, and welcoming space. I went in for a full acrylic set, Amy was the one who worked on my nails she did an Amazing job making my nails come to life how she did. She took her time in making sure I was comfortable and delighted to be able to sit in her chair. The salon was clean and her service was wonderful. She made sure I was ok with everything and always asked for my opinion on what I wanted, I also got my eyebrows done and the lady did such a fantastic job I will definitely be coming back for my fill and retouch it's worth the quality of the work comes out to perfection read more
