I dont come to this Walgreens very often because there is one located closer to my house I came in with my dad because he was looking for a foot cream that he saw online that was available instore, & we were already in the area We began looking for the cream and a employee past us by. She said hi, but didn't ask if we neeeded help with anything, when we clearly did When I asked she politely told me around where I would find it but didn't offer to show me Then when I found the section of cremes, the one we wanted was not there I got another one by the same brand but my dad wanted the one we saw online When I asked an employee at the pharmacy counter, he said he didnt know if they had it but I could "consult with a pharmacist" to see if that cream would have the same effect When I stepped infront of the window, the pharmacist asked what she could help me with. I had bearly began speaking and was going to show her the cream on the website and she interrupted me and said that it would do the same thing. She never looked at the one I had gotten or the one that I wanted. Ummm okay? Rude. Over 2 hour wait in line. Rx techs that have to keep asking for help cause they don't know insurance. DONT PUT UNTRAINED STAFF OUT ON THE FLOOR ILL PREPARED. Staff moves with no sense of urgency. Worst pharmacy staff ever. After waiting in the rain for 2 hours, these yahoos had the nerve to tell me that they have other customers to serve and it's not fair to them. I kept telling and showing them my disability and they still wanted me to get out of line from the drive up to come inside and be inconvenienced. No reasonable accommodation was offered. This staff is incompetent, discriminatory, bias and beyond rude. No compassion for our deceased family member and no compassion shown for the surviving spouse who needed their medication. Throw the majority of the staff away. Terrible. The staff violates and continues to violate ADA laws. When confronted about this (andrea) pharmacy, not only repeatedly kept inconveniencing me, but told me I need to learn the ada laws. Falsely accused me of not cooperating regarding my mom's medication, had a bad attitude along with the other lazy staff members that day, continuously plays games with family members medication and repeatedly blames it on being short staffed. The last three times I've called and automatically got the call center, after speaking with them, it seemed as if they were handling the refill. Avoid this pharmacy if you want to live. This one is the worst Walgreen to use. They don't answer the phone at any hours of the day and this is supposed to be 24 hours. There's always a line no matter what time you go there. The ppl in the back just walk around looking at who knows what. There would be 10 to 15 customers in line and only one register open. Expect to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour just to pick up your medicine and that's if they're able to locate it. If not expect another 15 to 20 minutes while they get their shit together in back. Pharmacy claims to be 24/7 but they were closed at 2 AM after hospital sent over prescription order.

Takes over a week and constant phone calls to get meds refilled. No follow-up. Staff is either rude or just not knowledgeable.

So the store itself is nice. Seems like a regular Walgreens but the pharmacy is very slow. I got out of the ER the day before at 7pm and came in the next day to pick up my prescription at 11am. This is the morning after. The pharmacy didn't have my prescription orders. I called the ER. ER said they sent it through last night. They can see that the orders went through and it is an issue that they have with only THIS pharmacy. I was patient and waited over an hour and finally got my prescription of Antibiotics. I'm not sure what the disconnect is between the ER and the pharmacy but this should be an easy fix. The ER nurse I was talking to even offered to talk to the pharmacist over the phone. Not to mention when my prescription was finally ready. I had to get back in the very long line. Like can't I just pay real quick and go? I've already been here for an hour. Not only are prescriptions consistently delayed by hours but there's always a 30min+ wait for either drive-thru or walk-up pharmacy pickup.
