The advertising of what qualifies for discount on the rewards plan needs to be more clearly advertised. They put stickers all over the place making it look like the products in that area are all 2 for 1 deals. Then when you get to the register not only the cashier refuses to honor it, but gets rude and acts like it is your fault and you own the problem fir their lack of clear postings. They need better training in customer service and clearer price displays. read more

I switched from Costco pharmacy to Rite Aid a year ago because it was closer. What a mistake! Poor service. Desk employees are not helpful at all. I phoned in my prescription last month. When I went to pick it up by drive thru their system was broken. I went inside to the pharmacy and I was informed their computers were down. I went back the next day and they had no record of my prescription. I had to completely re-order. Today on Friday afternoon I went in for my prescription ordered on Wednesday. They said they only could fill one prescription but could not give me my diabetic continuous monitor until Monday. No explanations, no apologies. Meanwhile my monitor needed to be replaced on Saturday. I need to find a different pharmacy! read more

The girl behind that ice cream counter was wasting everyone's time tonight. Everyone literally left upset they had like 8 flavors available and none of them were in the right place. I stood in her line for 15 cause it took her 15 minutes to check out two parties in front of me. Only to find out it wasn't even cookie dough where it was supposed to be so I had to leave upset with no ice cream after waiting for her to slowly check people out. If you'd like your prescriptions when promised, go elsewhere!! The front end of the store is pretty good but gets crowded. They usually have a max of 2 cashiers which results in longer wait times. Prices are expensive as expected. Rite Aid like other drug stores, are pharmacies and sell other things as a convenience because it boots profits. My best experience here was buying patio furniture on sale early on a Saturday morning. The associate helped me carry all items to the front of the store and to my car. She answered all of my questions. Aside from that, if you aren't looks nag for clearance (it's always sold out) and you don't mind lines and extreme times for filling prescriptions, then visit this rite aid. read more

Been coming to this Rite Aid location almost every month for over a year now and it is what it is. They serve its purpose. Fills my monthly Rx. They do what they have to do. No more, no less. No frowns from associates but no smiles either. Not friendly, not rude either. I have an impression that employees here are trying so hard to do just the minimum requirements as possible. There's no time or room for small talks. Just come in, complete your business and then leave. They will not go out of their way to help you. Who cares if you can't find what your looking for? If it's not in the aisle, they probably don't carry that item. Never mind if it's in their ad. Who cares if you have to remind them that there's a spillage on their floor. Never mind that an associate just drop a WET FLOOR sign and didn't come back to wipe the area. Have I had a choice, I would go to a different pharmacy but this location is close to home; convenience sometimes do come with a price. Oh well, like I said, this Rite Aid serve it's purpose. Do not have your prescriptions filled at this location! EVERY TIME I go there for a prescription, there is some unnecessary hang-up and I end up waiting several days to over a week for the medicine to be filled. Find yourself a better pharmacy. Today was my last visit. I had to call my kid's doctor and put them on the phone with the pharmacy techs in order for an antibiotic script to be filled for a bacterial infection. THEY should be able to do that, but apparently not. On other occasions, they have been promised medicine on a specific date, and it wasn't available for pick up when promised. I will not be going to Rite Aide again. I am done with them. read more

I came in wanting to use a 20% discount coupon on some items but the items didn't qualify, before I could even decide what to do or say next the cashier gave me another coupon that would apply off my total purchase. At first he couldn't find an applicable coupon but then another cashier stepped in and gave me her personal coupon! How kind of them!! I've never had any bad experiences here and overall the staff does a great job of trying to get their customers as many deals as possible. I am very skeptical when going shopping anywhere due to the current pandemic situation and here I felt very safe with the social distancing and the cleanliness of the store. I called to check ahead that I'd be able to pick up a western union transfer, I was told that I should get there before 8, which I did. This right aid in Moreno Valley, on the cross streets of Ironwood and Heacock Street usually has everything that I'm looking for minus one or two items give or take. It's convenient and the closest drugstore to where I live at this point. Not too many employees working so if you're asking for assistance you may have to look around a bit for somebody to help you. Certain times of the day especially the evening, there's usually only one cashier checking out people in the line goes all the way 1/3 back of the store. I don't go to this pharmacy but they always seem to help me get into the restroom if I need help because I can't find any employees. I haven't seen many peddlers or people asking for money at the front of the store even though it's in one of the less than best neighborhoods. If you have a choice between Walgreens and Rite Aid I was suggest Walgreens, except for if you're looking for GNC products. Do not come here to get a passport photo. I repeat do not come here. I thought they knew what they were doing since they advertised they can do passport photos. Well I wasted 9 dollars. Went to go apply for my passport today and got denied just based upon how bad my photo was (wasn't centered, wasn't the correct distance away). How can you charge 9 dollars to do something and not know what you're doing? I had to pay the passport acceptance facility to take another picture. So rite aid, if you ever somehow read this, train your employees so people don't have to waste more money on your awful passport photo service. read more
