I drove 25 minutes to this CVS and arrived at an empty pharmacy at 1:17 pm. The pharmacist asked me what I needed and I told him the Covid vaccine for under 65 yr old. He looked at his watch and said he was going on lunch in 12 minutes and couldn't do it. He said he has to enter information, I had to fill out paperwork and then he had to get the vaccine ready. I suggested he enter the information on the computer while I fill out the paperwork to save time. He refused to do it. I initially walked away, but then walked back to him. I told him I was a healthcare professional, which I am, and that he was absolutely unprofessional. Another man said he would help to try and make it move faster. Reluctantly the pharmacist went to go get the Covid vaccine, while the other gentleman asked me questions needed to enter. After all that, they had a Covid Vaccine they couldn't give me as it expired 2 days ago and they he said it was the only one they had. My local pharmacist had looked it up yesterday and it said they had one available. Absolutely ridiculous of a pharmacy. I will not be going back to this pharmacy in Canyon Springs nor ever refer anyone there.

I tried again today same treat ment, is embarrassing I don't know why no one complains this behavior they think just because my name is Latino they can break confidentiality and treat people bad ! No if this happen to you ! Report them. Today received the same treatment. On top of that, CVS repeatedly overcharges and offers no real resolution. After years of this behavior, nothing has changed. I received a 40% off coupon in the mail as part of your regular promotional mailers. I attempted to use the coupon toward a Mother's Day flower purchase, but I was told by both the store clerk and the manager that the coupon could not be used on flowers. While I understand that some exclusions may apply, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. The sales associate repeatedly sighed under her breath during the interaction, creating an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Even worse, after I completed approximately $50 worth of purchases without the discount, I attempted to use the coupon on another eligible item and was then publicly accused of stealing someone else's coupon in front of other customers. This accusation was humiliating and completely inappropriate. I explained that the coupon was mailed to my residence. My mother suffers from dementia, so obtaining or verifying small mailing details immediately is not always easy.
