Completely incompetent pharmacy, staff, and pharmacy manager! Every 2 to 3 months there is some type of clerical or pharmacy error in where my prescription does not get mailed out to me and I have to call four or five days later through missing my medication to find out the office manager, apologizing for their error! I no longer. I'm willing to go through their learning process with all of ABC pharmacies errors. We will be using a different pharmacy from now on. I went all over Riverside to look for a pharmacy to fill my prescription! Walgreens, cvs, and rite aid... then I realized there was a pharmacy next to shaves and fades and boba tea house! I tried it out and it took ~17-20 minutes to fill my prescription, but they also helped me by looking for a discount voucher! Would recommend this place if the other pharmacies are not getting you results in the right time. read more

This pharmacy does everything they can to make sure patients get their medications. I have been to other pharmacies where they don't care if things are approved and sometimes don't even bother calling you. Emily is always a great help and keeps in communication with me regarding any barriers that may arise so I'm not left in the dark. Bonus: they deliver! read more

I am so angry right now. I drove all the way over here to this pharmacy to buy rapid Covid tests. They said they took Apple Pay so there I was like a dummy trying to pay and their machine was having a "glitch". She reset it three times, then she said I can take cash. Good thing I had cash on hand, however, they had no change and they couldn't provide a receipt and I just said forget it. I had called before hand to make sure they had the test. It would have been courteous to mention their machines did not work, they did not have change, neither could a receipt have been provided. Then she has the nerve to get an attitude. I didn't even catch her name but it was some skinny, young, dark hair with highlights girl. read more

I've been to many places to get my meds filled but the other places always gave me headaches and unneeded problems with filling them because of preauthorizations needing to be done later to find out that they wouldn't fight for me to get my meds. Until I found this little gem of a place. Butttt with that being said The ONLY guy I recommend filling my meds would be GREG he's the only one who knows EVERYTHING. He's super smart, very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and doesn't talk to you like your an idiot he's actually very polite and easy to talk to. I refuse to talk to anyone else here but him. So he fights for my meds and gets them filled every time. Wait time is a little underrated cuz they'll say it'll be 5-10 and turn out to be half an hour or a weeee but longer but then other days they're right on target. So I suppose it depends on the day and time ya go. For the most part their pretty much stocked and easy to deal with. I would recommend this place just be aware you will see a lot of homeless and what not considering it's across the way from the county mental health facility but it's nothing that'll kill ya it's just a heads up for you if you plan to use this place. read more

They had my prescription for weeks. I called several times; each time they said it would be filled. A week later the pharmacist told me he would never be able to fill it. It's a right-hand-doesn't-know-what-the-left-hand-is-doing situation there. Go to a CVS or Walgreens for more competence. read more

This place pisses me off. I'm picking up my husband's medication called to see if it was in because they were out of it the day before. They told me it was in and I said great I'll be right there. I get there and they tell me the pharmacist is at lunch and won't be back for 40 minutes because the pharmacist has to fill it while I'm here.. I'm like are you kidding me I just talked to you on the phone and told you I was on my way and you should have told me to come when the pharmacist was back. It's not the first time either. They act like my time isn't important. I've got a disabled child I've got to be home in time for. Now I wait to see if I can get it before I have to leave to get him off the bus. I'm a courier for this pharmacy and they are always friendly and have the items ready.

The pharmacy looks great for an independent. They even have a script pro robot in the back to fill faster which is awesome and allows techs to focus more on customers. However, I came in for a flu shot and it took me an hour to get in and out. When you have 9 people (yes I counted) behind the counter I expect faster service service when only two people were in the entire pharmacy (I was the only one in drop off). You have more people behind the counter than a chain pharmacy and you took way longer than a typical retail pharmacy. However, I would still recommend this pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. Perhaps I simply had bad help on the day I was helped but please be more attentive next time to your customers. I may raise my star rating if I get better service during my second visit. read more

I had fired CVS & Costco when it dawned on me I cud transfer all my scripts to ABC which I had previously been using for 1 hard to find drug (doctor set up). I am a nurse and this is my go to pharmacy for everything. They have the best pharmacist and staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They also make getting medication so easy because they deliver. I can't even begin to say how amazing Emily is. She is great at everything she does. The pharmacy is supposed to be open at 9am. I waited outside until 915 and it was still closed. I had to leave for work. Now I just have to hope I can get there before they close at 6 (unless they arbitrarily decide to close early). I wouldn't be complaining if this were a restaurant or something but this is really unacceptable for a pharmacy. Several people were waiting outside who needed their medication. They were filling medication for my daughter and doing deliveries to our home. I gave specific instructions NOT to enter our property or open our gate, to reach over and leave it inside the gate. Or to honk and someone would come out. Last month a driver entered our yard and left the gate open, letting out our rescue dogs. Thankfully they were found by our nice neighbors. I called and complained and was reassured the matter would not happen again. Yet today they delivered again and left our gate open and let out our dogs. I looked at the package and someone wrote on it that it was okay to leave it by our front door! And yet it says not to open the gate either! Ridiculous! I called and told them to cancel my account and they are very lucky our dogs did not get hit by a car. I've never had such poor service. We've had many companies deliver to our home and have not had a problem when telling them to not open the gate, but ABC Pharmacy didn't seem to get it. If you have any special request I would not let ABC Pharmacy do deliveries to you. Poor customer service, though the medication was fine. It's a shame they are loosing our business which was every month. We will find a new pharmacy that will understand directions, because I will not risk having them allow our dogs out again. read more
