The new pharmacist is rude, as is one of his pharmacy employees, the white brunette woman with glasses. The previous head pharmacist was much better and kinder. Ever since the pharmacy switched to this man, my family has had nothing but grief getting prescriptions filled that we previously had no issues getting filled. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Imagine a place, where you can never talk to anyone on the phone, or even return messages. Better yet, imagine a pharmacy where you go to fill a prescription...and the you later find out the information given to you by the person at the pharmacy register is completely inaccurate, almost to the point where I'm pretty sure lies are being told to the customers. All to accomplish NOT filling your prescription. I have never been in this place once where there hasn't been some questionable issues OR problems with my prescription. I needed some photos printed from my phone. The ladies there were so helpful. I've always used CVS to print photos and have never had a bad experience. I walked around the store for a few other items we needed, very clean and organized. The front was a bit crowded with bins holding random items. Check out was easy. The pharmacy needs to hire more people so they can work on helping customers more efficiently. You cannot even call them directly - the system sends you to voicemail where you leave a message and they call you back later. They have run the pharmacy understaffed for years and it wears on the employees who are nice and funny. I'm ready to take my business elsewhere and drive much further to get better service and a pharmacy that answers the phone directly. I think corporate office needs to realize that this store is in a great location and they have amazing employees but stop running them ragged and get rid of the stupid voicemail. It's not customer friendly and you are a customer facing business. Wake up CVS before you go down the drain like RiteAid! read more

Went here to get some stuff I forgot to pack. People who work there are super nice and helpful. Sadly, selection of items there are slim. Came looking for cotton swabs. No travel size only the 500 count. They only sold their brand as well. Went to grab some drinks, and the fridge was almost empty. The cashier lady was very helpful and nice. She greets everyone despite helping others. I went to get my passport photo done and she helped me work the machine etc. Such a good employee too bad they don't have more workers because it kept getting so busy. I've visited cvs frequently in the past few weeks because of being on different medications and my daughter needing OTC meds to control her eczema. Every time I'm in there the cashiers at both the front and the pharmacy have been very kind and helpful. Specifically, At the front end there's a cashier named Niesha (sp?) who is extremely friendly, and makes it a point to remember the frequent customers. She was extremely helpful on getting us signed up for the CVS Carepass and explaining what it is and how it works. The world needs more people like her working in customer service, and her kind, welcoming attitude makes you want to return to cvs again. read more

This place is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only are the employees completely incompetent and rude, they never have anything in stock. You would think a large chain would make it easier to get your medications filed, but it does not. Every month requires me to jump through hoops and make multiple calls to the pharmacy. Worst of all, they do not keep you updated regarding the status of any of you medications. One time they even inadvertently deleted one of my medications from their system! This required me to not only make multiple calls to the pharmacy, but multiple calls to my doctor. Do not even try to do drive-up pickup. They will straight up ignore you and refuse to come to the window. I am transferring all of my medications out of this place. Never again. read more

Love the new store. After months it's finally completed. Well worth the wait. Its huge. Good selection of general items. Good open layout. Easy to see all the aisles. What would a review of a drug store be with out talking about the pharmacy.... The new pharmacy is really nice. Every thing is at eye level as compared to the old location whre they were raised above you. There are more pick up and drop of counters too. All in all I reall like the newly built store. Same courteous staff which Is nice too. read more

It is unfortunate that despite numerous complaints the times if lunch breaks have not changed. O.K. so you are understaffed (does a pharmacy not make enough money? Doubt it) and can't have the lunch breaks covered by another pharmacist. But why is one of the breaks from 5-5:30? A time that most people are getting off work? I personally have had to wait in the store for almost 2 hours to pick up a prescription because the dosage had changed, not the medication itself. They can't give a "new" prescription without a pharmacist present, even if you decline a consult. Other than this major issue, the store is clean and well organized, hence the 3 stars. read more

They literally have THE worst customer service. They hound you to go paperless and get digital receipts, but they don't keep record. WTF is the point @cvspharmacy seriously? They managers all looked like deers in headlights when I wanted to return a product. I explained to the cashier because the manager wouldn't even acknowledge me that I had paperless communications and that I didn't HAVE a receipt for her to scan and she fumbled as if she was a newb. What's the point of paperless? I tried calling their 1-800 number and of course they're closed, which means I have to drive back AGAIN only if corporate can even find my purchase history. Otherwise, I'm fucked and stuck with a $100 product I can no longer use and is less than 3 weeks old. I should've stuck with @walgreens The #CVS in Riverside, California on Mary & Lincoln Avenue is horrible and ran by people who shouldn't even be managers. read more

Pharmacy is completely incompetent. After I dropped off an order for my blood pressure medication, they did not let me know that it was not in stock. Couldn't fill it the next day either. AND To make matters worse - they did not transfer it to the other CvS down the street that had it after 3 requests: 1 in person, 2 by phone from the other store.
