Came In to pick up some photos I had printed here through Shutterfly. I do this often because of the $4off coupon which I use for my photos. When I went it as I always do the woman cashier told me I couldn't do that anymore and I said since when? She said oh for the last few mi that it just changed mind you I've done it several times within the "last few months" she claims this policy was in effect so I pay the full price and immediately call customer service. And was informed that was untrue what the woman told me they offered me more coupons for the inconvenience. On top of that the store was pretty much bare. read more

This is the pharmacy I always use. Some employees are great some are not. Mike C. Is the BEST. Every time he is quick, efficient and kind. Another employee tried to turn me away at 8:01 with several people in line still. I said I'm leaving and will be out of town for a week, she didn't care and insisted being 1 minute late meant I was out of luck. She was mean about it. Fortunately, kindly Mike saved me. Negative 5 stars. I thought Rite Aid was bad, but at least Rite Aid could fill a frigging prescription! When I try to order one here, more that half the time they say "It's too soon", and then they go through whatever crappy system they have to find out it's not to soon! Then "Oh, we're out". Like every friggin' month!! I thought, "Well at least the staff are nice and actually care". No, that is a lie! They just smile and say too bad for you! And these are prescriptions, that if missed, can cause seizures. This place is a joke, and I can't wait for all of these creeps to be out on the street. read more

Placed an online order for some vitamins I wanted, cause ya girl was not trying to look through there over whelming selection of dietary supplements....I wanted to be in and out. Anyhow, I walked in and went to the register, the employee was on the sales floor, so she asked me did I need help, as she was walking over. "No, I don't need help, I'm just here to admire the floor plan layout". So as she approached the register, I told her, "Yes, I need to pick up my online order". She then asks me for my name, I tell her. She starts to look through 1 row of bags (but there was about 4 rows) and turns to me and says, "I don't see it here, are you sure you placed it at this CVS?" At this point, I don't say anything because my facial expression is speaking for me. Then she asks if I have my order number....so as I'm looking through my email to find the order number, I find it and read it off to her. When I'm done she says, "Oh, I only needed the last 4". You damn sh*t for brains, why didn't you tell me that during the silence of me looking for it?!? She waited until I was done reading that long ass number, then says that. I didn't like her demeanor anyway, It was giving that she wanted to turn me away, regardless of what I was there for. But the gag is....I WAS at the right CVS and DID have my order number....now give me my stuff! read more

There's not enough staff employed to maintain the store and all the stupid lock boxes the management has setup, so they're making a single employee push customers into self-checkout. The results are disastrous. Im sure the CVS corporation management gives themselves raises and high-fives for eliminating more human employees and pissing off customers. Nice job guys. Store hours clearing say closing time is 11 pm. Showed up at 9:20 pm and the store was locked up and carts blocking the door.

Don't waste your time! I came in during my lunch for a quick purchase of deodorant and toothpaste. I pressed the button twice for assistance and no one came to assist me. I waited over 5 minutes. Don't lock up items if you can't provide assistance! I wouldn't be surprised if this store closes for good in the near future. read more

This Pharmacy is terrible . Very unprofessional. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and once it was my turn , I was told they were closing in 6 minutes and I'd have to come back in the morning . Plus , the pharmacy person filling orders had his hands in the medication ( no gloves) pushing the meds thru a shoot . I'm not a germaphobe but this grossed me out . I miss the rite aid that closed . I never do this but its important this time . My daughter and I place prescription orders 2 weeks ago . Unfortunatly the cvs app. Was down so we called but no one returnx a call and the new phone promps dont allow you to talk to the pharmacy . We had a driver take us to the pharmacy . The first time I explained that I have to get theses meds on or before Dec. 29 because we wont have a driver for a few months . We were told the orders were placed . And I get a text the following week or check the app.. Well the app. Aas still down so we got a ride to the pharmacy again on the 29th. I was told the orders were never placed and she would do it now but meds are out of stock. Then clerk processed to argue with me about how they "never" promise any meds to get shipped and she was able to get on the cvs app. Today . I have never had this kind of problem there before. I tryed to explain again that I rely on a driver and this medication could not be delivered but she still gave me attitude instead of trying to deasculate the problem . Better training ,make sure patients and family can talk directly with the pharmacy dept as it used to be . Lives depend on proper care . What happened CVS ? Where is the integrety that once was there ? I know you can do better as I have been a customer for the last 30 years . read more

Got here five minutes before they close and they locked the door and said they were close. Now Sun have to drive around town to find a place that has an essential item that I need. I work nights and regularly go to this location immediately after I get out of work at 10:30pm. Very disappointed in a store that doesn't honour their posted close time of 11:00pm. I've only been coming here for a few weeks, but I have had good experiences so far every time. There is one staff member at the pharmacy in particular whose name I wish I'd thought to get, who has just been so sweet with me. They worked hard to correct an issue I had with Walgreens, and this particular staff member took time with me to ask me questions about my medication and provided information I needed about it with empathy and patience. The next time I came in she remembered me and asked me how I was doing with the new medication and is just generally great, I always feel relieved when I see her working. She seems to really care about her customers. They've been great about all my many meds being transferred to them, and when my items have had to be ordered as they're not usually stocked, they've come in quickly without a hassle. I'll be staying with them assuming nothing changes. read more

After receiving a call on Tuesday, I went to CVS to pick up a prescription. I got in line around 4:25 and waited roughly 15 minutes to reach the drive through window. When I got to the window I was told they had no prescription for pick up. I asked them to check again as I'd received the notification days before. Same response - nothing there. The lady even went so far as to say, it had been shipped to me directly. I left the line. I called the company to confirm the prescription had been sent. They confirmed the date, time, location and who signed for it (BOYD). I get BACK in the line and wait another 15 or so minutes. There is a new tech at the window who claims that again, nothing there. I recount the whole story AGAIN and she yelps, " Oh!" And excuses herself. She comes back suddenly with the prescription. No apology for the inconvenience or misinformation. AND she did not ask me to sign for the medication as she should have. Horrible experience that took way too long. read more

Worst Pharmacy I've even dealt with, terrible service, they could care less whether you get your prescription when you need it. Been going here over a year and often takes 3-4 days to get a refill for medication. Wish I could give 0 stars! Picked up a few cosmetic items, there was a bit of a line so I chose the self checkout. Unfortunately one of my items wouldn't scan so I needed an attendant. The light was lit above the register and a message was repeated several times that an attendant was on the way. I must of stood there for 10 min while the clerk behind the front register argued with a customer. Looked like the woman behind him could of been the manager. I got so frustrated I left my items along with two cents I had found on the floor. Hopefully someone got the message. I will never patronize this establishment again. read more

Juanita was the best cashier and great with costumer service. She was very helpful to everyone and was patient as well. Other than that, the place was clean and was greeted right away when I walked in. I always go into these stores for one thing and end up buying a lot of items. Thankfully Juanita help me out with the cvs coupons and cvs membership. I saved ALOT. 30 bucks and also got extra care bucks. Thank you Juanita for liking your job! You're great at it!! This for the pharmacy, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Called to check on prescription and they said it was filled two days prior. We get there to pick up and they said to come back in 15 minutes that they were working on it. I go back 15 minutes later and they said give them another 15 minutes. This happens almost every time. Everytime I come to this location the pharmacy tech Jasmine is always super helpful and friendly and always seems to have a smile on her face! Coming to pick up my prescription every few weeks is super tedious so it really helps to see a happy friendly face everytime I have to do it! read more

Complaint is solely for pharmacy, pharmacist "Patel" is VERY inexperienced. He can never read the doctors prescriptions although it's the same prescription every month he always needs to call the doctor and verify. He cannot read the fill amounts, he can't read the directions on the script. Every single month it's the same hassle with him. From experience pharmacists usually know how to read doctors writing apparently not this one. Even I can read it the writing isn't sloppy he is just inexperienced and loves to give clients a hard time. He has made a big fuss about medicine reactions combined, (although I understand he's doing his job to give a warning BUT the doctor has explained to him multiple times why these medications are given combined) he called the dr and although the dr overrides it he still has a problem filling it every month. Literally the SAME prescription. He's unprofessional and rude, when he talks to clients it seems he's always annoyed and judgmental. I will not come to this pharmacy anymore. Calling the CA state board of pharmacy because it's unethical the way he makes clients jump through hoops for their medication even after the doctor approves it time and time again. read more

I renewed an RX online and everyt was good it was in process. This drug is for seizures and due to the nature it nature I can only start the refill process 2 days before I run out, I can't stop taking this medication at once per doctor. I go to pick it up and the guy at CVS refused to dispense. His reason is there is none in stock. I asked why didn't you order any? He stated we didn't know if we should order generic or brand name. I advised him I had a waiver from my insurance company effective 4-9-2022 through 4-9-2023 for the brand name. Why didn't you order the brand name? His response was if a generic is available that will override any type of auth from your insurance company. Isn't that funny?!? My insurance company is asking to pay for the more expensive drug and this guy is saying no! The guy chooses not to order either one so I, the patient am screwed ! I have no seizure meds! read more

This pharmacy has the worst customer service we have ever encountered. On multiple occasions my prescriptions were not ready AFTER receiving a phone call from the pharmacy telling me that they were. Employees in the pharmacy show little or no customer service skills and seem to be "bothered" by the customer. Recently, after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes, the only clerk at the counter walked away and ignored all of us that were waiting. Upon approaching the counter I was completely ingnored by the entire pharmacy staff, who do not acknowledge any customer at the counter. After I was able to gain the attention of the clerk, she proceeded to assist another customer, who was waiting in line BEHIND me. I will never, ever, go to this pharmacy again. And as such, will not shop at the CVS store that allows this poor customer service to happen in their pharmacy. read more

We come here often. However, the last time we were here I noticed that they had a sign up warning customers to check the expiration date on their food. Shouldn't the employes be doing this? I wonder what happens when someone complains about expired food. Does the food they complain about get re-shelved for the next unsuspecting person to buy it? Mind you they have had this prescription for 2 weeks now. Each time they have sent an email saying it's ready for pickup. I get there and they can't even find it in the computer. Cvs is cvs is cvs. Products are pretty much the same at every other location. This location has great staff members: Stephanie, Chelsea and Belinda. The customer service I received this evening from staff member "Chelsea" was EXCELLENT! She always has a great attitude when dealing with customers and even when things don't work properly like the POS computers at the register, she knows how to handle any given stressful situation and works hard to keep the lines short and knows when to call for a second checker if needed. Did I mention she has a great personality? Lol really, she has a genuine kindness to her which if she's not already a manager, She should definitely take a management role on teaching CVS retail staff at multiple locations on how to provide customer service skills. Because rite aids that I have visited in the inland empire pretty much get to act the way they want and treat customers like they do not matter. And that's bad for business since CVS is pretty huge now and rite aid needs to step up their gain if they want to compete. Oh also a shout out to staff member "Belinda" i think that's her name, always kind and happy to assist customers finding items in the store- always with a smile!
