I bought a used scooter from a private party after I had an accident and it had some age issues (one being the start button fell off so I was stuck!!). I called them on a Wednesday and they picked it up and brought a loaner the same day. The following day, they had finished it and it was like brand new. I highly recommend them. If they don't have it, they'll find it!! Wish there were 10 stars!! I have just called for a push wheel chair as I have a Dr appointment but can't walk far enough to get to the Dr office.
