We walk in at 8:30am and there is only one employee on the register. I needed batteries that have a lock and the cashier did not seem to care much about it. I sent my son to the line so we can be next in line guessing she would come and provide the help. She said I know I will be there and try cashing out the next customer. I wish I could give 0 stars. The pharmacy staff is ridiculously rude. They never advise of changes to our prescriptions, in the middle of a sentence they put you on hold to not hear from you anymore. I put in a prescription a week prior to surgery and after calling every day to see what the status was they didn't know "where it was" or "not in the system" when they all of a sudden found it the night before surgery. Sanderson and Stetson store in Hemet. horrible customer service - these young people have no concern for seniors - extremely rude to me this morning as I was entering my debit card yelled at me to not put my phone number in. then proceeded to charge me for a bag when I was not wanting one because I wanted to carry my own Diet Coke and water out my self . she did not ask me if I wanted one - she was rudely telling me that they're reusable has nothing to do with her not asking first! not her dime! terrible attitude! manager should train these millennials better. The worst, most under-staffed pharmacy in Hemet. Just called to verify my husband's medication. Was on hold for 17 mins, a woman answered, asked the last name, then asked if she could put me on hold. 47 rings later the phone was lifted by someone at the store and hung up. I picked up my daughter's prescription yesterday and was told specifically "No need to refrigerate." We didn't refrigerate her medication and opened it today and it is rancid. We called the pharmacy and they claimed they never said that. Not only that but the label was covering the directions so we have to peel it all off to try and figure out whether to refrigerate it or not. We asked for another refill since we were given the wrong directions. They said they wouldn't have done that and charged us to get the medication even though it was their mistake. Horrible one star experience. The worst part is we could have made our daughter more sick from a medication that went bad due to not refrigerating it! read more

Probably one of the slowest pharmacies I've been to. It always takes about 20 minutes or longer to even be able to get to the window even when there is just one person in line. Update: This Walgreens never fails they are always so slow. Let me just waste a quarter of a tank while I wait to get my grandmothers prescriptions. This place sucks. -10 Stars This Walgreens has liars working in the pharmacy. Every time I have a rx sent there by a physician they say they didn't receive it. They won't get it ready until you call and ask, even though the Dr has already given it to them. Yesterday we were at Urgent care, the Dr sent them the Rx, I called to verify it was received, the person at Walgreens confirmed the kind of meds prescribed and when they'd be ready. I went to pick up and the new person there said they never got it. I'm fed up with this excuse. All I could do is go home and wait yet again. They said they'd call when it was ready. They never called and they are now closed. Too bad the Urgent care is closed too or I'd just have it sent somewhere else. Would NEVER recommend this place for meds. I should have stopped coming when they sent up my youngest daughter home with someone else's prescription. I can't say enough how much I loath this Walgreens. Not my favorite walgreens in the city, but it is right up the street from my house, so it's a really convenient location. They don't sell any type of coconut water, which makes me sad. They do have everything else that the other walgreens stores carry. The cashier's are decent. Nothing overly special stands out at this location. read more

Walgreens is ok. This seems to be my go-to spot for cold meds, especially because they carry Dristan, my savior when I have a cold. I also get a lot of my holiday items here, for Easter especially, but also for Christmas and other holidays. They used to carry my Mom's signature perfume scent, although it seems they may have discontinued it....bummer! I have also utilized their photo dept by ordering prints on-line and then picking them up later, which is handy. I will continue to shop at Walgreens because it is close by. The line wait-time is usually long so that's a bummer but, overall, I am happy with my experiences here. read more

The pharmacy is the worst I've ever had to deal with, last month after receiving my prescription from the head pharmacist John I went home to count my medication and it was one short. I called the pharmacy to see what could be done and I was called a liar! I contacted corporate over this matter just so I could have something on file about the incident. when I went back this month to get my prescription refilled John the head pharmacist again started calling me a liar for them shorting me on one of the pills. Asking me why I would even come back in there and do business with somebody who had stolen from me. I told him how I just want to move forward and that I forgive him for what has been done, he got belligerently rude with me started raising his voice almost yelling at me especially when I asked if he could just simply count the medication in front of me from here on out so there will be no issues. He then told me that I was not going to get my prescription filled on the day that I was there even though my bottle said I had picked my prescription up on the 25th he said that he refused to fill it untill the 27th. I don't care that's fine if he wants to make me wait that's okay but then he also entered something into the system slandering my name trying to make me out to be a drug seeker which is not the case. I have been getting my medication for almost 10 years now and I have never had an incident as bad as I did with this guy John. Everyone please be mindful and always have them count your medication in front of you at this pharmacy otherwise they may short you as well and then when you try to do something about it you'll be called a liar. read more

do not order on the walgreens app and have it shipped to this store apparently the night manager name D.J doesn't know how to help customers that need to pick up there pre paid merchandise. my husband went in to pick up something i been waiting for and it's been there since yesterday and this so called manager didn't even help him said he needed a ref number which is not true he could have looked up my husbands name and would have found it. so then i call and ask him why he couldn't look it up by the name and he hangs up on me... yea now i know why you guys have two stars! need some serious customer service training! i will be calling corporate thank read more

SHITIEST pharmacy I've ever been to. And their customer service is pretty much non existent. Called to ask how long approximately it would take to fill the prescription and they couldn't give me an estimated time because they had multiple people ahead. What type of shit is that? EVERY pharmacy gives you an estimated time they'll have a prescription ready whether it's 20min or over 4 hours they all say roughly what it'll be. I urgently needed my medicine for my one year old and they couldn't give me an estimated time, I wasn't telling them I need it now. Just simply trying to figure out what was a better option for me to leave it there or find another place. And some guy there probably middle eastern, was arguing with me because I was trying to get an estimate from him. I've NEVER been to a pharmacy where they don't give an estimated time. Store is always clean and well staffed. The cashiers are always friendly and greet me when I walk in. Wait time for prescriptions is average. The pharmacists are easy to deal with. No problems here. Plus they have a good selection of snacks and candy! read more

I was trying to get a canvas picture made at the walgreens in valle vista they told me it would be ready in an hour went back in a little over an hour to find out no one had even started it I was asked to come back I agree cause accidents happen no problem I come back a second time to find out they didnt have what was even needed to make my order. Its now been over 2 hours when I had a promise time of 1 hour. They assistant manager says go to the Walgreens on the corner of San Jacinto st they will but will have to start completely over, but she has spoken to them and they are prepared to help me and give me a discount for the trouble. I get across town and they tell me they are sorry but they too do not have the supplies to do my order as well.I am now freaking out but an employee named George looked high n low found what they needed got right on it. I would NOT recommend this Walgreens pharmacy to anyone. It is horrible! I have used Walgreens to fill my prescriptions for over 5 years, but I am planning on transferring to a different pharmacy. Most of the pharmacy techs are very friendly, however the pharmacists are unprofessional, rude, and sometimes just plain jerks! The last straw for me was having a pharmacist hang-up on me yesterday, because I had been trying to resolve their mistake on one of my refills. The wrong QUANTITY of a refill was processed. He never wanted to admit their error, but tried to minimize the problem, and expected me to accept the erroneous prescription which was one-third the normal amount. I understand mistakes happen, but you would think a pharmacy would have a verification process in place to eliminate errors. I was still patient and polite trying to get it resolved, but the pharmacist treated me like it was my mistake, and he really was not concerned about correcting it, and I felt like he was treating me like a lowlife. Other times, the pharmacists have questioned what my doctor has prescribed, and seemed to think it was their place to determine if I should be able to take that medication or not - and it was not an issue of drug interactions. I started using a different Walgreens, even though it is further from my home, which was better. However there are times it is more convenient to go to the one on Florida/San Jacinto, and then it is nothing but problems. I have had it with the attitudes and behavior of these pharmacists. I am the customer, and just expect to be treated with respect. I will be taking my business somewhere else! read more
