Hey guys, I decided not to go through with my formal complaint, its obvious that people aren't like me. If I find myself uncomfortable while shopping, I get upset because I NEVER go into ANY store to steal, I go to buy what I want and leave, though sometimes what I want isn't there, so I definitely leave empty handed. When I feel like I am being watched because of suspicion that I might steal, I get irritated. But, unlike most other people, I don't go back to that store to spend my time or money anymore. Simply put, but most will be uncomfortable and upset and keep going back, so why waste the corporation valuable time on it when people keep going back. The proof that I am not justly watched or made to feel uncomfortable is because I do NOT go into ANY store with the intention to steal ANYTHING, so I definitely have the right to be a little bit upset that I am singled out for that purpose. However, when people decide that they don't want to be uncomfortable, they can interrupt the corporation themselves. I wish this franchise of 7 Eleven all the best though. It's very important to have a business in this country, not all of us are fortunate to have one. read more

Horrid treatment by male staff. Continually harassing myself and family members. The corporate office has been told many times on this staff members behavior and nothing has been done. read more

CATION... Do not stop here! This place really needs lesson in customer service and just basic respect to man kind. While we were pumping gas the store man came out and started cussing and video taping a homeless man who has just bought a soda from his market. The store man continued to say bad words to this man and run him off the property. The poor guy just kept saying leave me alone. Then my daughter asked to use the bathroom so I take her inside the store and ask to use the bathroom and the store man turns to me with an angery voice and said NO. I said but I'm a passing customer, please my daughter has to use the restroom. He just said NO, leave... In an angery tone. read more

The gasoline here at the 7-Eleven is a big rip off almost a dollar more the rest of the city. I wouldn't come here for gas that's for sure.

The lady at the register had a Bluetooth ear piece in and talking on her phone while checking me out! How freaking rude! I couldn't tell when or if she was talking to me or on her phone! Then when I put my card in the wrong key pad she popped an attitude with me and said "I said the other one!" EXCUSE ME! Will not use this location ever again. read more

Place closes at certain hours. Showed up at 1:47 am for wings. Was told they don't cook food at this time. Door was closed and had to wait for it to be opened. Place is a little shady to, but homeless people don't really bother me. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. I've avoided this place ever since I moved to hemet due to the fact that every experince I have here is unpleasant! Yesterday my usual gas station (AMPM) was closed and I was running late to work so I decided to stop at the 7 eleven because it's close. I made the mistake of purchasing a food item only to realize it was bad when I got to my car. Went back inside to exchange it for another one. Mind you the cashier was rude To me as if it were my fault the food was bad. To my surprise every single package was expired!! A good 15 packages had gone bad!! Will never give this place my business again. How is this place still running? Disgusting! The staffing needs to be reevaluated. read more

I slammed my fingers in my car door when I was out one afternoon and stopped in for a cup of ice, they were kind, and I was grateful. Not a place I would normally stop, but it worked out well and I would stop by again, if the need arose. read more

One of the best 7-11s I have been too. Place is very clean and staff is always friendly. I come here to get coffee each morning because other places are much more expensive. They have a rewards program where you buy 6 coffees you get your 7th free. They also have reusable cups for less than $3 and it comes with a free fill of coffee. I highly recommend. read more

Was not impressed by this location. Very dirty, literally got dust on hands getting a coffee. It was 630 am but they only had half the coffees up, no timers on any of th, leading to lukewarm coffee, fine nothing to be done but pay and leave, easier said then done the cashier argued with me over the phone app, which is advertised all over every location, including this one. Left here with very unsatisfied. read more

WOW! This place is ridiculous. Tried to use my Home Depot rewards points since this is a Shell gas station. The incompetent lady behind the counter does not understand English enough to comprehend what type of rewards program it was. She was rude to myself and my wife. If you're not interested in 7/11, she has zero interest in you. I will never visit this station again. She didn't even attempt to see if she could use shell fuel rewards. I'm a cash paying fuel customer with a big diesel, so I am dropping some coin every time I fill up, definitely won't be visiting this station again. read more

The staff is horrible, everytime i go in there he always thinks im going to steal something, every, single, time, and when i was looking at the protein bars and stuff i didnt know what to get and he literally kicked me out of that section because i was there for too long (5 min) anyways he is some old dude with a strong accent, he is quick to assume to worst. read more
