Hey guys, I decided not to go through with my formal complaint, its obvious that people aren't like…read moreme. If I find myself uncomfortable while shopping, I get upset because I NEVER go into ANY store to steal, I go to buy what I want and leave, though sometimes what I want isn't there, so I definitely leave empty handed. When I feel like I am being watched because of suspicion that I might steal, I get irritated. But, unlike most other people, I don't go back to that store to spend my time or money anymore. Simply put, but most will be uncomfortable and upset and keep going back, so why waste the corporation valuable time on it when people keep going back. The proof that I am not justly watched or made to feel uncomfortable is because I do NOT go into ANY store with the intention to steal ANYTHING, so I definitely have the right to be a little bit upset that I am singled out for that purpose. However, when people decide that they don't want to be uncomfortable, they can interrupt the corporation themselves. I wish this franchise of 7 Eleven all the best though. It's very important to have a business in this country, not all of us are fortunate to have one.

Stopped in here tonight after a 24 hour 7-Eleven around the corner was closed. I was pissed as it was 1:30am and I needed some coffee to stay awake and wanted the 99 cent iced coffee special 7-Eleven had. Convenience store coffee is garbage, so I didn't want to pay much for it. Anyway, I figured I'd see what the Circle K coffee prices were like. When I walked in, the guy working WARMLY greeted me. I was like woah, and say hey back to him. I guess he didn't hear me because a minute later he greeted me again and asked me if I needed any help. Is this real life? A convenience store employee is happy, friendly, and helpful? I told him I was just looking to get a coffee, and I saw they had a special for a 99 cent 16 ounce iced coffee. Made my coffee while making small talk with the guy, and grabbed my straw (sorry) to go check out. I pay, and as I'm putting my straw in my drink he offers to take the straw wrapper to put in the trash. I swear, I'm on an alien land. What kind of service is this? I was so taken aback I'm like no, it's ok, and I threw it away myself. Is the owner of this particular Circle K paying his employees triple the going wage? Or did I just happen upon the friendliest Circle K employee ever? Regardless, it left an impression. My receipt says Jeremiah on it, so if that is indeed his name, thank you Jeremiah. I've had worse service at a high end restaurant. You are the man!

It's rare to get this question as it seems other spots wouldn't like to give me points, this spot does! I highly recommend joining the program as you get a discount on gas. The store needs a bit of a remodel and paint touch-up on the outside. Also, the front area near the hot food is a bit messy. Overall, the rest of the store was pretty organized and I found the Slurpee machine quickly. This 7-Eleven is known to run out of Slurpee flavors so just be aware. This time it was decent, however they didn't have my sugar free flavor, uggh. Anyways, I still liked my classic Blue Raspberry Slurpee, it was perfect for a hot day! I was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. Note, parking is limited as this is in the heart of Florida Avenue, a busy area during the day.

There's about 10 people in total that I saw that they were helping. Out of the 10 people one lady was the rudest one of all of them. It amazes me how people are so rude entitled and lack compassion. All the girls at the pharmacy were super nice and really polite. This ladies seriously got upset because they asked for the name twice and how the last name was spelled. After that the pharmacist asked her for the date of birth.This lady really got upset because of that lol ma'am have you ever been to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription? She started questioning the pharmacist why did they need so much information. Well I need the information so they can double check it's you and they give you the correct medication. She aggressively responded with " i'm picking this medication up for my client!" I just sat there and kept laughing at this shit show. The pharmacist handled herself very well. She politely asked her for the information and explain to her that it's to make sure that she had the correct medication for the correct patient. The lady literally got upset because she didn't all the birthday of her "client". I used to pick up my grandfather's prescription when he was still here with us. I knew his full name his date of birth and obviously our address. Do you don't need to be a rocket scientist to go pick up some medication. Also the mask and plexiglass doesn't help. You have to speak up a little in order for the person to hear you because you sound muffled. I honestly felt sorry for the girl because this lady was this so complicated and rude. I got my booster and was treated nicely. Overall they were really nice super professional and I will definitely be coming back to this Walgreens. Jake and Kayla are two of this locations most incredible employees. Kayla greets every customer who walks in weather she's helping someone else or not. She let's me know what promotions are going on and I always go home with extras I'm glad I bought. Jake's customer service is awesome. He is friendly and helpful to everyone. Always smiling no matter how busy they get. And willing to help find what I need everytime I'm there.
