They had a special for discount gas prices on Wednesdays and now it appears that they are no cheaper than any other "discount gas stations" anymore than in San Jacinto or Hemet. They don't offer it any more. It seems There is no reason now to go a little bit out of the way to take advantage of lower gas prices (for me).....it used to be worth it. I will be asking my friends for an update an see if they, again, (will be) competititive. They do have the best snack shop; that is for sure, and it huge and you can gamble there as well. Went to the casino... Lost Came out had a flat tire ,put money into the machine. Didn't work went in the gas station.asked the cashier to please turn on the air. She said I can't do that you have to pay $.25. I said I did...legally they have to provide it she was very rude .Wouldn't give me my quarters back come it was out of service and the nozzle was missing. It would be greatly appreciated if they would put an out of service sign on it instead of wasting my time and money. read more

CHEAP GAS & AUTHENTIC NATIVE AMERICAN FOOD?! Ikr, two things that have nothing in common, but both can be found here. Unlike most gas stations that sell gross food,, Soboba's Roadrunner Express is home to fresh Frybread and Indian Tacos, a blend of Mexican and Native cuisine. I popped in the other day and these items were SOLD OUT. They're only served on Wednesday and Thursdays so they're a premium item. The tacos are made inside a kitchen not a warmer! The Roadrunner Express is always packed, it's become a convenient staple for our friends on the Res and Soboba-goers alike. I'm definitely considering coming here for gas even though the lines are long! It's much cheaper than you're average name brand gas station. The station is modern and fits the Soboba architecture of the resort. It's helpful if you're a tourist or hotel guest and need a pit stop before returning home. read more

This gas station is pretty good. They have a very large selection of product and a variety of options to choose from that are both convenient and decently priced. They have four registers so that way the line is always moving and multiple staff and security guard always ready and available. It's always clean and well organized. I never see anything on the floor or any trash and the bathrooms are always clean. The gas station also accepts rewards points from the casino, but for gas only. read more

Stopped by this place for the first time after leaving the casino for some snacks before heading home. Unfortunately, I had gassed up before I went to the casino or I would have filled up as the prices were pretty dang good. Inside the store, I was glad to see they had both Slushie and ICEE brands! For some strange reason, a Cherry slushie is my driving beverage of choice. I actually prefer Slushie over ICEE so I was very happy to have a choice. They do have hot food, but they are inside white boxes so you can't see what's inside. That's honestly a little bit of potluck of what it looks like, but I'm a gambler so I went for the pizza. When I got to the car, I was a sadly disappointed. It's basically an oval pizza sliced into 4 vertical slices. When I looked at the online menu later on, it does say "flat pizza", but that's not what the picture shows. The cheese didn't look like it melted all the way as you could still see the individual shreds of cheese. It was pretty impossible to eat in the car. Maybe the ends were OK as there was some crust to grab onto, the middle pieces were so flimsy I needed a plate, and maybe a fork. There was a line to checkout, but the three people working were moving fast and I didn't wait long. The pizza and Slushie were just under $10 which is pretty average these days. They did have a menu for other made fresh items, but I wasn't sure if you order it at the cashier, or where, but I'm sure you could ask. read more

On 3 July, Soboba employees were putting a beautiful Fourth of July banners throughout the gas station. I happen to drive by and thank them for putting up the beautiful banners. Bad customer service and poor management. Check your bank statements to make sure you are not double or even triple charged. Staff was aware of system glitch and informed manager at that time it happened. When we called to speak to the manager he was not helpful at all and careless. He said he has to research it further. Even though his employee informed him at the time of the system issue and she supposedly took notes of the incident, transactions, etc. Other customers were affected too and were charged up to 3 times. Why would it take so long to "research" the issue. Apparently they are careless about refunding the multiple charges. read more

Today I tried to buy gas at the Road Runner Express at 2214 Lake Park Dr in San Jacinto CA 92583, around 2:00pm. Pump #23 was leaking gasoline from the nozzle. Gasoline got all over my motorcycle , this could have ignited into a fire. I stopped in less than a minute but got gasoline on my hands and clothes. I reported it immediately and asked for a refund but did not get anything. I am reporting this so that no one else is endangered. read more

Look closely at the hands of the cashiers at the Soboba gas station!!. Today I paid cash for the gas for my car. Yesterday I had previously counted the money and today when I was paying I counted the money in front of the cashier and as if by magic 5 dollars disappeared. I will call to verify that they are open before I make a trip in from now on. This morning, they were closed due to resetting their software system (so I was told), but they would reopen at noon. I went back at 12:45, and they were still closed. Two other times, they were closed for taking inventory. They posted times they will be closed but don't follow it. They start their inventory taking early and reopen well past the time they will reopen. In the meantime, their trusting customers wait, eventually giving up and leaving. During this time, employees are seen doing nothing, just standing around. One employee redid the clean floors. The employees know they have customers outside (some in their work vehicles) because their customers tap on the window to get their attention but are completely ignored. At 6:30 in the morning, a responsible gas station should be fully operational for its working-class customers. This gas station isn't the only one who wants to make a living, so do it's customers.. read more
