I live 1hr away from San Jacinto,CA I had no idea that someone had been pulling out money till this afternoon when I was having dinner and got a notification from my bank, that $100 had been withdrawn at 7-11 I start looking back at the transaction history they had actually been doing this since July 24. I called the Riverside PD department and pressed charges they said since it is a different county San Jacinto detectives will look into it. Aside from that, which causes me a nominal amount of stress every time I go there, I can always find what I'm looking for, the staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful, the prices are very good compared to other liquor stores and the late hours are super convenient. Never go to this 7-Eleven branch ever. It does not deserve even one star. In fact, don't go to Hemet, California ever. Their security guards always abuse their gun rights to threaten & bully customers. Not thieves, customers. In fact, the security guards regularly hang out with the thieves. They're very dangerous and should be fired immediately. Thieves, gangsters, jail bait trash kids, and people doing drugs, including their staff, often hang out outside of this store almost all the time. Their staff are trash too. I've seen one skrawny loser with glasses pick fights & threaten customers with a knife a few times. There's a fat dumb one with glasses too who seems to act jerky to customers because he thinks it's funny or something. Most of the staff are on drugs, which I know because they do it in front of the store. Maybe some of the dumb management women should be fired over that, but the owners seem to not care at all. The police station is filled with dirty cops, who regularly act insalting & threatening to people who call them, often making rediculous excuses not to arrest any perp's, just like the ones that hang out at this 7-Eleven which is just a few minutes away & down the street from the crooked police department. FYI, Hemet, CA, is often called the worst city in California by other Californians, other liberal outsiders, etc. Even Hemet residents often say everyone in Hemet is two-faced, scheming & regularly talk insultingly or threateningly. See YouTube for more information. In conclusion, never go to this 7-Eleven or Hemet, CA ever because they are overrun with dirty cops, theives, con artists, moody swinging psycho meth heads, pedofiles & jait bait trap trash kids. This isn't an establishment for every race in the morning shift between 10am-4pm or so if your not Latino, if the short Latino lady is at work, after seeing how she treat all non Latinos customers, me and my co workers decided that we'll just boycott every 7-eleven years. As a business at the the level that 7-eleven is, you would think that there employees would know to treat every human being with respect, however there's other places to go get better coffee, so thank you racist Mexican lady for helping us not waste our money at a 7-eleven again. Sad part is that if it wasn't for all the people in San Jacinto who go to that 7-eleven, not just Latinos, every race, she wouldn't have a job, however Starbucks taste better and the employees treat everyone like color isn't an issue, facts!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

He told me it would be about six minutes, and true to his word, those wings came out fresh and delicious. Small thing? Maybe. But for a tired, working mom who'd had a rough day, it meant the world. While I waited, Kelly greeted me at the counter. I asked for a single scoop of macaroni (I have an illness, so one scoop is plenty), and instead of the usual eye-roll some of us get for asking "not the whole scoop," she made me feel seen and welcome. She served me with a smile and genuine kindness -- customer service that actually looks like customer service. There were other customers being helped, and when they realized the wings needed a little extra time, they apologized, took accountability, and even gave me a few extra wings while I waited. Again -- just wings, right? But sometimes it's the little things that brighten the whole evening. I walked out feeling cared for, not just processed. Andrea rung me up -- always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, with that kind of calm smile that makes a checkout line less chaotic. Customer service seems to have gone missing in many places, but this Stater Bros. location still has it at its core, even on the night shift. I've requested the store survey and hope it comes through, but in the meantime I wanted to make sure Scott and Kelly (and Andrea!) get the shout-out they deserve. I'll be stopping in tomorrow to tell the store manager in person how much this small act of kindness meant to me -- because sometimes all it takes is fresh wings and a friendly smile to turn a day around.
