DECENT PITSTOP off Highway 74... I like this ampm as it's pretty clean inside and they have a lot of snacks. However, recently the station had zero iced coffee and frappe options. Additionally, they tricked customers including myself into thinking they had vitamin water at the drink fountain. When I left I took a sip of my drink I found that they put Hi-C in the Vitamin water dispenser. Not COOL! The service was fine, one of the girls was respectful but the rest of the staff was grumpy. read more

Cashier gives you the wrong items, and then won't exchange them. Good way to make you spend more money by having you buy again, what you asked for in the first place. Horrible customer service!! Dumb little girl behind the counter needs to learn how to listen! May your way down the street, there are much better, faster and cleaner places to stop. They lost alot of business! Will tell everyone I know and post to neighborhoods not to go there. read more

AMPM On HWY 74 If you want to be insulted right when you walk in, then this is the place for you! the Cashier named Chris that worked here last night seemed Like he was under the influence of some type of hard Drug, guy was angry and looked crazy, when I got to the store he was sitting in his car looking left and right and seemed distressed , there was no sign up that the store was on break or shift change or anything. I then walk in the store and I already felt unsafe by the way the he was twitching, poor guy was probably seeing demons, the guy then proceeded to insult me and flipped me off, I immediately starting to walking out the store fearing for my life. In two words, Abject Despair. That's what this place is... An abode of the damned, a dwelling place for the forsaken. Were it not for cheap gas and poor trip planning on my part, I would never stop here. An anecdote: one warm evening on the way out of Hemet (as fast as possible, by the way) I saw a presumably homeless fellow go to blows with an old guy with a substantial swastika tattoo on his neck. I didn't stick around to see who won... Just got in my truck and floored it, without getting a receipt. I almost hit a panhandling tweaker on the way out of the lot. Yep folks... It's that awesome. There is little logic to the inside floor plan. Each time I've been there, the coffee is burned and stale, and even the maximum dosage of those little blue creamers can't cut the stench and flavor of burned gas station coffee. A shelf display all but blocks the front entrance... Maybe to slow down shoplifters and booze run hopefuls. I'd sooner step up to a rabid pitbull to take a leak than use these restrooms. You can smell the particulate herpes floating in the air like a cloud of nasty, and while I pulled my shirt up over my mouth and nose like a middle schooler when I went in there, I still fear for my health after having experienced it. The Russian roulette game of cashiers is also great sport: one is an angry cuss who just wants to be left alone in the frozen desert part of the store, and the other is actually nice to me, demonstrating common courtesy like, "um sir, you have a little French vanilla cream on your shirt." There are plenty of gas options on the 74 that don't require martial arts training and a surgical mask. This ain't one of them. read more

I don't recommend this place because why is it that you buy a cup so you can come back later to get a refill and the girl in the register that had a bad attitude and looked like she didn't like her job has a bad attitude and says we don't give refills on that cup why the hell not it's a dam ampm cup why wouldn't you be able to get a refill that makes no sense so you guys make us pay for a cup that we're not able to refill that's some bs then your just ripping us off I want to speak to a manager and see how true this is why couldn't I get a refill and the star I had to put one only to post my review but I give it 0 stars read more

No more free coffee promo for returning customers. Time to buy somewhere else. That's the only reason I bought coffee here, for the deal.

This place stores their beer (and soda) in the big metal container outside, making your beer taste nasty and bitter. And they know this, that's why they put up a sign saying no refunds on alcohol. Yes many places already don't do that and in many states it's not allowed but this place gets so many complaints that they had to put up a sign. And be ready for a wait when you do get your beer there because there are always just 2 cashiers and today only one of them was 18. So the had to make a line for chips and sofa and 1 for cigarettes and alcohol. Debit fees sucks and they hate giving cash back. -1 read more

Only gets 1 star cause I can't do half a star. This place is so dirty. The pumps take forever to pump. 15 mins waiting at the pump gives you $20 of gas. When you talk to the store employees they are super rude. Will not be back. read more

I stopped to buy some cookies and a drink and put gas, ended up with the store employee threatening me and writing down my license # I was using the bathroom for 5-8 minutes, a store employee started banging on the door and jiggling the handle trying to open it, I told her it was occupied, she told me she was going to open the door, I told her no she's not, i'm using the bathroom, she told me I had 2 minutes or else,I go into the store and ask for her name, she gives me attitude in front of a customer and spells out her name, "Aushlyn" and asked if I wanted to talk to her manager and smirked at me, I told her "no, i'm good, i'll call corporate" her and her manager followed me out and ran up to my car and took down my license plate, I didn't steal anything, didn't break any ruels and was threatened, all I was doing was trying to get a snack and then put gas afterwards and use the bathroom, but instead i'm greeted with this, I don't know what's going on at this establishment, but how they are running it they are going to be in legal trouble, i'm calling corporate in the morning, I have already emailed them and let them know what's going on there. read more

This is the WORST Arco I have ever been to! The employees are rude at best and even lazier then they are rude. I have complained many times to Arco Corp but because the are independently owned they won't help. Lord help you if you need any help with anything because they will roll their eyes at you and then tell you it isn't their problem! I would love to know how they keep their job! Sadly it is the only place near us! Thank God they are building something new across the street! read more
