When I left I took a sip of my drink I found that they put Hi-C in the Vitamin water dispenser. Not COOL! The service was fine, one of the girls was respectful but the rest of the staff was grumpy.

I pumped it and when I got in my car and started it it showed nothing. It was as if I put no gas in my car it should've shown 40 miles to empty instead it showed the exact same amount five dollars should've been enough for the light to be turned off. I feel like I was cheated. I was robbed and taken advantage of their thieves and I will never ever go there again that was sneaky and shady. I'm disgusted.

I gave my daughter a full bottle of SPOILED MILK without knowing, until she almost threw up after taking a sip. We had only used about 25% of it and had to toss it all out and it was like $8 dollars by the way. My mistake for not checking the date but why have something out that's expiring in a couple of hours for someone to buy? First and last time buying food items here.

There's lots of misadventures happening in here on the daily like attempted shoplifting but the staff is ALWAYS on top of things! The shift managers care about keeping a close eye on the hooligans and I get a kick out of it. Also, I come to this Walgreens a lot whenever I have to pick up a prescription as the drive-thru is fantastic and the pharmacy staff are speedy. Whether I walk-in or not, I always get my medications in a timely manner. Oh and they actually get my name right here! I wish I could give this Walgreens five stars but they decreased their operation hours. Bring BACK the 24/7 schedule please!

I wish there were a half-star option because this pharmacy used to provide much better service than…read moreit does today. Over the past several years, the level of customer service has declined significantly. Many of the pharmacists and staff who were consistently kind and helpful are no longer there, and the experience has changed. My biggest concern is my elderly mother's prescriptions. I use the pharmacy app, receive notifications that her medications are ready, and confirm that I will pick them up. Too often, when I arrive, I'm told a medication is out of stock, not actually ready, or that I need to come back later that day or even another day. This has resulted in multiple unnecessary trips to the pharmacy, sometimes four or more in a single weekend. What concerns me most is that my mother is 84 years old and depends on these medications. Delays in filling or releasing prescriptions can leave older patients without medications they rely on. Even when there is a legitimate reason for a delay, the communication has often been poor, and the interactions have felt dismissive rather than compassionate. I understand that pharmacies face staffing shortages, insurance requirements, inventory issues, and many challenges that customers don't always see. However, elderly patients deserve timely communication, respectful treatment, and every reasonable effort to avoid unnecessary interruptions in their medication. I sincerely hope this location can improve its customer service and communication because it was once a pharmacy I trusted. I would like to see it become that pharmacy again.
