This gas station use to be very good to its customers. It must of been sold to someone just sucking money out of it. Several time, I've stopped in and could not use my Shell rewards ID to purchase gas. I even tried my regular credit card. There pump computers seem to be down all of the time. I know this because I saw the most beautiful specimen of a man gone wrong at this here Shell on our way back to LA from Temecula. There he was in his dark black jean glory, weathered Payless high tops circa '99 and promotional cap that he probably snagged at some motocross event. And then, I saw it. As I panned up his lanky frame, sheltering his spine from the hardships of this sometimes evil world was his skinny, stringy, deliciously under conditioned and oily ponytail. As he stood at the cashier talking about something or other, no words were heard, no words were needed, all that mattered in that instant was the slow motion slide show of images that danced across my eyes. Swish. Swish. It. Was. Magical. The real rabbit out of the hat though was the lightly attended hair convention gathering above his mouth. Clearly this meet up needed a Julie McCoy to encourage the hairs to join the other hairs because the gaps and awkward spaces really made this follicle dance awkward. But together, oh together, it was an unbeatable combination of grooming choices and while he may not be The Most Interesting Man In The World and drinks Bud Light instead of Dos Equis... I can tell you one thing, he solidified a place in my Hair Hall of Shame and I will forever love him for it. And about the business, they sell convenient stuffsss like water, beef jerky and Diet Dr Pepper and you can fill up your tank before you get back on the road agiiin. Enjoy. read more

I'm a HUGE fan of this Shell because the prices are always great and so is the gas. I'm not going to bash the other gas station across the street that has watered down gas, charges you for using your debit card and has watered down gas. So this is just about the only gas station that I go to when I'm in Temecula because it's great overall and sometimes it's not so crowded. I kind of like how they are advertising for the pizza/brewery place next door. I will have to try them one day and I hope Shell supervisors at least tried the pizza before advertising for them. $4.15 a gallon. Same as arco across the street I love this shell. It's always 5 cents cheaper than the in town stations. No extra charge for cards. They sell lotto. They have nice bathrooms. It is near a park and ride and close to the Pechanga exit so I think they keep it nice to attract the non arco customers. read more

Woah. So this Shell is just like any other when you're just filling up. Go inside the convenience store. I've never seen such a vast selection of Craft beers AND SODAS!!!! I was in a rush so I couldn't check them all out. It's also really clean! They had flavors of soda I didn't even know existed!!! Ok, I'm getting too excited over beverages. BUYER BEWARE! This gas station will NOT provide you with free air for your vehicle's tires even if they're almost flat! There is an Asian young woman there by the name of Naomi (I don't believe that's her real name), who refuse to provide me with air for my tire that was almost completely flat! I believe her to be Racist and I'll tell you why... My wife (who is Caucasian) full-blooded Irish, had asked her to turn the air on for her which she did without any issues. Well, my wife is not very mechanically inclines and couldn't operate the air nozzle to get air in the tire. She went to old town for a cup of coffee with her friend and I met up with her about 30 minutes later to take the vehicle from her and fill the tire with air. I drove back to the Shell gas station and asked the Asian young girl if she could turn the air on for me and she asked me , "Did you purchase gas?" I told her "no, but I come here all the time to get gas." She then said, "I cannot turn the air on for you then." I was astonished to hear that because 30 minutes earlier she turned it up n for my wife! Now, here comes a male Mexican and she has a total different attitude! Wow! I know there are signs that do state you must purchase gasoline but the reality is, it's at the DISCRETION of the attendant inside! I (the Mexican) have gone to several gas stations asking for air and have never had a problem until today! I ended up going to a Mobil gas station where another Asian Attendant assisted me with turning on the free air and even responded with respect saying, "Yes sir, I can do that for you." I have included a few photos to show that BOTH gas stations have the SAME Sign stating you must purchase gasoline to get the free air, but the MOBIL gas station went above and beyond! They have DEFINITELY earned my business and I will be buying my gasoline from them! As I am writing this, I am filing a letter of complaint and hopefully, that Racist woman will be reprimanded at the least. This is 2018 and you still find Racism in this country! Shameful! read more

I will no longer buy my fuel from this location after being told I had to purchase gas to get "free" air. I have purchased more fuel from this gas station than any other in town for the 10 years I've lived here...we're talking thousands of dollars. I know they have a sign posted by the air/water that states something about "California law requires them to provide free air/water with the purchase of fuel". I did not buy fuel and asked the clerk if she could turn it on...then she went into the spiel about having to buy gas...blah blah blah. So I drove 1/2 mile north and got it for free at the 76 station. Thank you 76 for doing the right thing. This Shell station has lost a long time customer. Someone else will get my next couple of thousand dollars in fuel cost. Thanks for nothing. read more

This is my go to spot to gas up when exiting the 15 heading into Old Town Temecula. There are plenty of pumps and it's not too overly priced. It's easy to get in and out of the gas station. Bathrooms are clean and the inside convenience store area is pretty big. I think this is one of the nicer Shell gas stations in the area. No complaints here. read more

I always stop here when i'm driving between L.A or the I.E. and San Diego. Gas is always about 10 cents cheaper here than other Shells in the IE or SD. Always a good thing. The gas pumps also take cash right outside, so there's no need to go inside and pay if your paying cash. I like that! The convenience store here has everything you might want to snack on. Plenty of stuff if you get hungry and decide to grab something while filling gas. They have a crazy selection of drinks here - drinks you can't find anywhere else you will probably find here. Cheapest gas in town! Cash or credit! Arco is across the street, same price! This location is on the border of Temecula and a freeway entrance is across the street. This place was horrible! My car started to over heat and I had to pull over there! My boyfriend went inside and asked them if they would turn the water on for us (we parked right where the water and air machine was) they stated he had to purchase gas in order to have it turned on! REALY my car is over heating my car didn't need gas it needed water asap and I would have gladly purchased after! They were very nasty and rude! Will never go there again! We pulled into get gas and realized our back tire was extremely flat. I pulled up to the air compressor and sent my son in to have them turn on the air and the gas station attendant told him No because we hadn't bought gas, we needed to pay the 6 quarters. Except for Arco and Costco, this Shell station consistently has the lowest prices of all the major brand stations in the area. They have more stalls than many other stations to accommodate several customers at a time. The convenience store is clean and well stocked with many varieties of snacks and drinks. I have never had any problems with customer service. read more

Pleasantly surprised by how clean the bathroom was. Good price on gas and good selection of drinks and snacks in the mini mart.

Not crazy about the $75 limit on cards, very inconvenient. I'm just trying to get gas and get the hell out of there. Was filling up my work truck that only has a 16 gl tank plus 3 five gallon tanks on the side. The pump tops off at 75 when I get to my last 5 gallon tank. I try and swipe my card again, to my surprise you actually have to go inside and pay for the second transaction. Luckily there wasn't really a line. When the cashier asks how much I want to put on the card (cause it has to be an exact amount) I told her to give me enough for 5 gallons so I guess she does the math in her head, I pay. Go outside to fill up, tops off at 4 gallons. Wow! Not a big deal just very annoying. Please change this problem, Especially having to go inside to re-swipe. read more

I enjoy filling up here even though it is slightly out of the way, but with a little planning it is worth it. The prices always seem to be lower then the Shell further down the 79 south. The bathrooms are for sure the "cleanest in town" as claimed and the staff is always friendly and cleaning. For a convenience store they sure have a great drink and snack selection. There are times that it gets crowded, but that is mainly from the folks that go the opposite direction than everyone else. read more

Great Location, Beautiful Station, Horrible Customer Service!!. I sent my sister in to ask the attendant to turn on the air and that we would be purchasing fuel. Kyle the attendant wanted to charge her up front for the air to be turned on. I have come to this station many times and the time that I needed air the rude attendant Kyle would not turn on the air until I purchased my fuel first after I already waited 15 min for someone else to finish. The last thing I wanted was to get back in line again after first purchasing fuel. I purchased the fuel and a coffee and got the hell out of there. Needless to say they have lost my business forever and anyone else that I might refer or tell about there great prices. I will just go to the Arco across the street. Its unfortunate, its just bad service and someone not knowing how to do the right thing. Just saw some other reviews and seems like this practice is the norm. I think an inquiry to the Division of measurement standards is in order. read more
