Been here many times before but never had to interact with employees. First time today, was taking a phone call in my car before pumping my gas when one of the gentlemen workers asks me to move my car, which no problem so I just gave a thumbs up. But he then raised his voice saying I need to open my door and "I'm not going to hit you". Mind you, I am a woman in my early twenties and it was 9pm so I kept my thumbs up and moved the car away. I came by around 1am and wanted to grab an energy drink. Nick (if I remember correctly) had just went on his 10min break as I pulled up. Even on his break, he still offered to help me by letting me come in and get a couple of drinks. I respect that he was on his break and didn't expect him to help me. I've already reviewed this place on Google, and I thought I did here too but I forgot. Gonna make this one a little shorter but I love this place, it's my go-to and I willingly drive the extra distance just to get my energy drinks here. Not only is their selection huge but they're REALLY sanitary. It's not just during COVID-19 that it's a concern for me, but always. I really, really appreciate a clean and sanitary place. It's nice buying energy drinks that aren't covered in dust and gunk like most gas stations. This is probably one of the cleanest gas stations I have ever been to. They also always have newly released energy drinks available sooner than everywhere else. Not to mention they actually sell GFuel cans, and I've stopped ordering GFuel cans online because of that. It's nice having easy access to those. Their gas pumps are pretty good quality too, I've never run into a broken or dirty pump, which is great. So I was at Costco getting fuel couple of days ago, and this nutcase showed up screaming at all the customers cause she didn't have her card and then started belittling. The poor little lady that was trying to help her and explaining things to her in a very pleasant manner and this nut job wanted nothing to do with it. I'm sorry lady your emergency to get your mom to the casino is not the attendance problem. That's your own. We have all been in thousands of gas station convenience stores and please let me tell you , This one is by far the best ! This place is clean and the whole staff is incredibly nice and helpful . They ALL go way way above and beyond to happily HELP you, and help everyone ! During all these oppressive government restrictions set for us healthy consumers it seems other shops / store owners and employees seem to take advantage of this time to be rude , mean and make extra profit off of you, instead of helping . I live about 10 miles away from this awesome place and I will gladly pass 4 gas stations that are closer to get to this one . read more

Bummed that we can only give them 5 stars. This place is awesome. The restroom are always well stocked and clean and they have a wide variety of beverages. Our fave is the hot chocolate...word to the wise, they aren't kidding about the hot part, had to wait a good 5 minutes for it to cool but it was so yummy. The main reason, for wanting to give them more than 5 stars is that the entire evening and late night crew is just so amazing. My mom and I have had our share bad luck since July but the staff at 76 have just been super nice and accommodating. They seem to really care about their customers and they always have a great big smile and encouraging words. Come once for the gas, drinks and clean restrooms and you'll return because of the people. I can't say enough about how grateful we are to these wonderful people. God bless them. read more

Today, Friday, July 31, 2020 around 8 am I went to this gas station on Winchester in Temecula, CA. 2 female employees there were not wearing masks. I asked, are you not wearing masks here? One of the woman told me that masks are optional there for employees. I happen to know that masks are mandatory in California right now. Are you aware of this? I am writing emails and contacting everyone associated with 76 stations including Phillips 66 Co. I am also contacting the health department of Riverside. I have already alerted my friends on social media and others to avoid that business as it is not following the mandated guidelines of California/ Riverside. read more

I come in this gas station often, they are always on top of it. The store its self is clean and orderly and the fountain drinks are not flat. They payed special attention to the COVID 19 social distancing and have face masks and plexiglass to protect customers and staff! read more

Winchester Fuels 76 - Convenience Stores Near Me - Temecula, California

I do not know much about 76 gas station brand itself. Did they name it after the Independence year in the US since it is 17(76)? Anyways, Shell, Chevron, Mobil 1/Circle K, 7Eleven and even ARCO/AMPM are the only brands I would think of in terms of gas. While there is a 76 gas in my area, I never used it. I never used their brand of gas until today, when I was almost running out of gas while driving back to San Diego. I was here on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at around 18:00. I pumped about $7 of gas just so I can make it home with my friend's car. I normally pump more at Shell since I am a big fan of them. There was no wait when I arrived. Everything went smoothly. They do have an ad television just like the Shell Gas station. It did not matter since I only pumped for no more than 1 minute. Everything was functioning fine, the fuel pump and the aesthetics of the place looks new or recently opened. The area looks nice and is located next to the Promenade Mall. I did wish the receipt paper was working, I wanted a copy so I can note how much I spent. Instead, I decided to just take a picture of how much I spent. They do have a convenience store, but we did not have time to check it out. I wanted to give them an average of 3 stars though because the receipt paper did not come out. They do take credit cards, but the fuel rewards program for Shell and Chevron makes me only come to 76 when I only have to. But I'll admit that this is one of the nicer 76 gas stations I have seen though. read more

This is a pretty convenient place to stop and get a quick snack or Los Primos as the 76 and Los Primos are basically attached to each other. Store is pretty clean on the inside, and don't let this store ever catch you stealing... they have a wall of shame with bandits and their photos! read more

This place is fantastic! Friendly staff, great NASCAR decorations, and cool kick back points. Every time I come in they ask how I'm doing with a smile on their faces! The coffee is great and my dad loves it. It has a very convenient Mexican food restaurant attached to it and they're friendly too. I can't say enough good things about this gas station. This store is located near my job so it's relatively convenient for me to fill up there. I've noticed recently every time I go in none of the employees are wearing masks. The first two times I thought it was an accident or a misunderstanding but it's obvious the staff does not take the pandemic seriously and is putting all their customers at risk with their new protocols or lack their of. read more
