The staff is careful with the cars and always remembers whose car belongs to which person. Not sure how he does it! Rarely do I have to wait around for my car to be finished by one of Paul's staff. They're fast, thorough and overall very friendly and pleasant. If you, for instance, need the car done in particularly fast because of a meeting or something, he'll accommodate with no hesitation. They were able to buff it out as if it never happened! My plastic pieces on the outside of my car had really bad water spots and discoloration from my sprinklers. Those pieces as well came out looking almost new! They were restored to a nice shiny black again. Overall, I was very impressed and happy with the service. They arrived on time at my apt complex and found a spot where they can perform the wash. Danny is VERY detailed oriented and really makes your car feel like brand new.
