He and his partner showed up on time, confirmed the work I wanted done this day and immediately had both my Mercedes and Escalade staged and ready to go. About an hour later, both cars were in the driveway looking like they just came off the showroom floor. And this was after a basic wash and wipe down of the interior. You can't beat the convenience of a professional auto detailer showing up at your front door, giving you friendly, personalized service for just a little more than what you would spend at a car wash. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. The exterior was completely covered in pollen and had built-up dirt that made the paint look dull. The inside was even more challenging between pet hair, everyday mess, and food spills. I honestly wasn't sure some of it would come out, but they took their time and cleaned every little area so thoroughly. The difference is unbelievable. The exterior is spotless and shiny, and the interior looks, feels, and smells completely refreshed. You can tell Vic/his team paid attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. Even the small areas that are usually overlooked were left incredibly clean. My neighbor sees my car almost every day, and when they saw it afterward, they genuinely thought I had bought a brand-new car! That alone says everything about the quality of their work. The price was also extremely reasonable, especially considering how much time, effort, and attention clearly went into it. I do hope it remains that way as I will keep coming back for its affordability combined with great service. I've attached photos.
