I requested a ceramic tinting service from this company for my Tesla model 3 and they did a great job. I live in Dana Point so they were local to me in San Clemente which was very convenient. The owners were honest and I got exceptional quality for the amount I paid. Definitely great value. I inspected the work and the window tinting is high quality. I definitely recommend anyone in the South OC area to check them out read more

Zach is awesome. Super professional and he did a great job on my tint. Came out looking slick.

True professionals with a good product and skilled workmanship. It's all good! Two thumbs up.

I've been told I'm a demanding customer and maybe that's true but I expect an OCD-type attention to detail, especially when paying for vehicular detailing services. I baby my vehicles and my vintage Harley in particular. The leather saddlebags had been baked by the sun and were getting dry and faded, the front of the bike hadn't been polished for some time and it was overdue for a spa day. I contacted Detail King Express and spoke to Zach who told me he applies a true, long-lasting ceramic finish using an airbrush which allows him to get into inaccessible places. That made a lot of sense to me and since my Road King Classic has considerable hard-to-reach chrome on her...this seemed like the best approach. I dropped my bike and left it for a day. I wish I taken before and after photos to share with you...the transformation was amazing. Places that were looking permanently damaged had been restored to look brand new with a heavy investment in elbow grease. If you ride then you know those chrome spots on the front of your motorcycle that take a beating. It was so perfect it looked like new chrome parts had been installed. I hadn't expected some of these areas to be restorable and when I saw it I was just blown away. My ole bike looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. I searched for something to point out...to say "Uhhhh...what's the story here?" I'm always able to find a missed spot. I couldn't this time. Every inch of my HD was perfect. She received OCD-type attention. The chrome had a mirror finish, the paint looked wet, the tires looked brand new, my seat and saddlebags were flawless...my motorcycle was stunning. They took the time to remove the saddlebags and windshield so they could completely clean, polish and ceramicize every inch of the bike. They deserve ten stars. They have done the same to my Ram truck, my wife's Infiniti and my Bentley. The cars come back looking like they were just painted and the paint is still wet. My Bentley is now so slick it takes two people to put the car cover on her cuz it just slides off! If you want OCD-serious attention to detail then you need to give Detail King Express a try. They set the customer care bar so high other detailers need to charter a jet just to see it. read more

Zach and his team do incredible work at an excellent price. Rarely do you find such a young, honest and talented team with this sort of drive. They operate a great shop where you and your vehicle feel valued and I will go nowhere else but here for my car detailing needs. Zack is responsive, reliable and went above and beyond by giving me a ride to a local coffee shop while he worked magic on my car. He also gave me some great and unbiased product recommendations. He's very knowledgeable in his craft and you can tell he's very passionate about his work. As for the car - flawless work. Truly impressive how he can take 10-15 years off a car's life in a matter of hours. Zack will clean crevices the average person has not even considered. He transcends meticulous. My car was a mirror (I was taking selfies off my hood for fun). It seriously looked like a piano. It took me a week to fully absorb and appreciate all the work that went into the interior and exterior. I can go on and on all day but I spared you and left some pictures instead. read more

CLK430 Cabriolet is 20 years old. I just spent a few $$$ on some needed mechanical repair work. After that I wanted the black paint to look like new again. I dropped off the car to Zach and upon my return after he was done was nothing short of miraculous. My car has 65k and always garaged, but it is still 20 years old, and it had the swirl marks to prove it. I had marks and surface scratches from years ago. They are ALL gone. The paint looks like I just drove it off the show room floor. Zach is a youngster compared to me. Let me say, if this younger generation has any kind of work ethic like Zach, the future is in great shape. They are not the cheapest detailers out there, but u get what u pay for. The completed work was worth every dollar I paid, I will be back. read more

Zack and his partner did an absolutely awesome job restoring our car. He was the first to respond to my inquiry, and I'm really happy I could support this young, entrepreneurial guy and his business. We got the full detail king package, and Zach successfully removed almost every scratch, restored the headlights, and left the interior spotless and smelling fresh and new. He arrived right on time, finished up exactly when he said he would, and was super courteous and polite. I ate a lot, I spilled a lot, and I had bunch of dogs in the car Can you imagine how dirty it was? FOOD + DOG FURS for 3 YRS never gotten deep cleaned Thought it was impossible to revive. But they made it happen They came to your door. I didn't need to be there. Very convenient. Check them out and support them! I would never want to loose them. Highly recommended read more

I hired Detail King because they were the first to respond and I liked the guy on the phone. Very upbeat and articulate. When he showed up I was a bit surprised at his youth. He told me he had moved from the Bay area and started this business on his own. I give a lot of kudos for kids starting their own company and living self supported and not out of their parents wallet. He charge me $135 for an interior detail (plus tip of course!) and he did a fantastic job! I was actually shocked at the stains he removed which I had tried and failed to remove. It looked like new! Used this service Detail King Express for the first time and I'm so impressed!! Zach and Josh were amazing and spent time cleaning carpets, grooves, between seats even got a spot off my roof. These men are young entrepreneurs which I love being able to support. They worked very hard on my Cadillac SRX it had food, sand, dust finger prints ext from summer fun. It now looks like a brand new car. So much better than paying a carwash for detailing. Plus they come to your home so easy for me. Please check then out!! read more

Zach and his team did an excellent job adding ceramic pro coating to the matte finish of my Fisker Ocean. No streaks or blemishes, and a very clean look! They were competitively priced and avoided upselling me on unnecessary extras. I will return for my annual warranty appointment. read more

When you spend $390 on a "top notch" detail, you expect your windows to be cleaned as well. The paint correction, interior detailing, and customer service were great. However, 3 of my windows (rear included) have smears and we're clearly not given a second glance nor a solid amount of attention. If the detailing was $200, I would not complain. But for ~$400, the bar should be higher. read more
