Then the guy with his due rag or beanie gets all angry telling me they don't take EBT. The sweet girl realized they messed up by taking the sign down and causing the confusion and said I could just take the iced coffee that I sat around to wait for since their machine was down. The guy throws some attitude and gets angry at her telling her not to give it to me. I double check.. "No?" Him.... "no" shaking his head... they'd rather throw it away. Or keep it for themselves. First time to Menifee. Ms Simon in pharmacy was cold and short off the bat. I told her I have a Kaiser Rx to pick up. She says, we don't accept Kaiser. Wrong! After convincing her to look it up, she sees my order and tells me it'll be $400. I said I use Good Rx and pulled it up on the app as I normally do. She says, we don't accept Good Rx. Wrong again! The pharmacist comes over, I explain, he processes it and fills the order for $73. She of course had disappeared to the drive up window to hide after giving wrong information twice. Absolutely horrible customer service and nothing like their "neighborhood pharmacy" commercials. I saw the lady in line before me going through a bad interaction with her as well. Ms Simon didn't want to be helpful or provide "neighborly" customer service.

This was honestly one of the most chaotic pharmacy experiences I've ever had…read more I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup, so I stopped in. The pharmacy line was about 10 people deep, which already took a while. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my prescription was already bagged but I needed to sit down and wait another 20 minutes because the pharmacist still had to "remove the cap" before it could be sold. I have never heard of standing in line, reaching the counter, and then being sent away to wait again for something that was supposedly ready and already sitting in the bag. Meanwhile the line barely moved because several people were having full medical consultations and insurance debates at the register while everyone else waited. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a long, frustrating ordeal. If the prescription isn't actually ready, don't send a "ready for pickup" text. It wastes everyone's time. I tried this location because I happened to be nearby, but after this experience I'll gladly go back to my usual pharmacy. Even a slightly rude pharmacy is preferable to this level of disorganization.
