The Indian female pharmacist with the horrible-smelling perfume is so angry, and I'm not sure why. Her perfume was so loud it was permeating from the drive-thru window into my car. Anyway, the clerks were all nice. This woman was angry and very aggressive with me because I had a prescription for a controlled substance from a doctor in a nearby city. She was like, "Your doctor is 50 miles away and this is a controlled substance, and we need to talk to him." She was very angry with me after the clerk had told me that the prescription was going to be filled. I need that woman to get some self-control. It's just a job. After 3 errors in Rx this month I would strongly suggest that you go elsewhere. First 2 errors were minor - i paid for 6 pills and received 5, and 7 days of antibiotics instead of 5 days. The 3rd error shorted me 90 pills and changed drs orders. No apology from CVS or acceptance of responsibility. I will be changing my pharmacy for sure. read more

Terrible customer service. I got a ton of attitude when I said no I don't have my barcode app to scan. I don't even know what barcode she is talking about. Then she handed me the meds without saying a word, followed by quickly closing the drivethru window. I couldn't even finish saying thank you. Which I did, no response. Through mergers, CVS has grown into a real competitor of the Walgreens Boots Alliance chain. One of the real pluses with this CVS location is that it has been updated inside, very bright, inviting and very easy to navigate. if i could give this place 0 stars i would, cashier absolutely wasted my time for 30 minutes telling me that i first needed a physical card or cash to do a money order and nothing else. so i went and pulled out cash which i had to go out of my way to do just to come back and have her tell me that i need a physical id, why did she not say that at first? let alone i have a picture front and back of my drivers license and its also in my apple wallet which leads to a government website that clearly states it can be used for anything but being pulled over. someone absolutely needs to do a better job at training employees and informing them whats acceptable and not. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Literally the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. And I've been to multiple ones across multiple states in the military. They force you to leave a voicemail but then call back and leave no details over a hour later. Just tell you call back. You do and are again forced to leave another voicemail. Who wants to play phone tag with a pharmacy. Then you decide let me just go there. And holy cow it gets worse. Terrible customer service. Terrible employees. CVS you should come in and clean house. I am new to the area and haven't been real impressed with service anywhere since I arrived a few weeks ago... until I came here. I came in for a covid Vaccine and was pleasantly greeted quickly confirmed and signed in then when I was given the wrong report card the Pharmacist ant the pickup window quickly went into action to correct another's mistake. This lady was kind caring and empathetic reassuring me the shot was quick and painless. During my shot process, I thought it was handled well, efficient and with little to no wait. The worst customer service in the pharmacy department ever! My husband broke his wrist, went to the emergency room and had his prescriptions electronically sent to this CVS and for whatever reason they state they did not get it three times that it was sent and even after going back to the ER to confirm that it was sent and seeing the monitor showing it was sent 3XS - CVS still failed to help us even though it can be seen in his face there is tremendous pain! From one excuse to another, please stop telling people lies! I witnessed this happening to several patients trying to pick up prescriptions. I asked the pharmacist for help, her initial start with C.....a, this lady really need customer service training, she was not willing to help at all, she flat out told me to go back to the other CVS which was 30 minutes away, she told me she's don't have access to other CVS system, Really? The PHARMACY is terrible. They just closed our Rite Aid on Newport Road which we absolutely loved and sent all of our prescriptions to this Menifee CVS. Our first encounter with them was absolutely horrible. The girl on the phone was so rude and short with us. You would think with being gifted new clientele that they would make a small effort to be at least cordial. Not this girl. We gave them 2 hours as they said, and my husband, who is incredibly patient went to pick up his prescription. He waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes, and it still wasn't ready. He asked the girl at the counter, which I would guess was the same one from the phone call earlier, how much longer until it would be ready. She rudely said, " I don't know, 5 or 10 minutes." That was enough rudeness for us. Long story short. We will be transferring all of our prescriptions over to either Rite Aid on Newport near the Lakes or to the Walgreens in Menifee. I wish I knew where they sent the people that worked at the old Rite Aid. They were wonderful. I will miss them. read more

Pharmacy received my rx two weeks ago. Never bothered to call and let me know that insurance didn't cover it, so they didn't bother filling it. Called them one week ago and asked them to fill, since it's $2.50 out of pocket. Waited three days and go to pick up and they still haven't refilled. Shopped at this location early Easter morning. Two or more employees working. Stood at the register to checkout for almost five minutes before I was acknowledged. Gentleman that checks me out takes my bags and then rings my $61.00 worth of items up. I've been a cvs pharmacy customer for well over a decade. When I moved to the the area I live in now... it was great to have a cvs significantly closer. While I understand the corporate nit witted money grubbin buffoons want to keep all their nickels to themselves keeping the pharmacy as skeletal of staff so overhead is low... they've now lost my business. With that said...the pharmacists seem to be short a couple sandwiches of a pic-nic. The number of times I've gone to pick up a prescription and as I'm pulling into my driveway, I receive a message another prescription is available for pick-up. This has happened enough times I've lost count. Prescriptions are not ready at the agreed time to pick them up. When I have spoken with a pharmacist and he tells me my prescription will be ready at 7:00 pm and I'm there after 7:00pm... then is when I'm told they are out of the medication. They lack the fortitude to even call to let me know a trip to the pharmacy would be futile. Regardless of the number of times I've told them I am disabled and getting out and about is a challenge I still can't convince them to kindly DO BETTER... In short order... my business will be fully transferred to another pharmacy...and it won't be cvs! read more

This is the closest CVS to my house so whenever I have medicine to pick up, I'll choose this one. This location has a drive thru which is constantly busy. I've only gone through the drive thru once and I don't know if it's me but it seems to be quicker to just go inside. The staff is always friendly and greet me every time I come in. Like any other CVS, this place sells plenty of goods and groceries. Although it is not cheap, you are paying for the convenience of the products. The place is pretty well maintained but they could do a better job cleaning their restrooms. read more
