Shopped at this location early Easter morning. Two or more employees working. Stood at the register to checkout for almost five minutes before I was acknowledged. Gentleman that checks me out takes my bags and then rings my $61.00 worth of items up. He stands there takes my payment and not once bagged anything up, he just went ahead and helped the next customer. Rude. Glad that isn't my main location for shopping at CVS. read more

I've been a cvs pharmacy customer for well over a decade. When I moved to the the area I live in now... it was great to have a cvs significantly closer. While I understand the corporate nit witted money grubbin buffoons want to keep all their nickels to themselves keeping the pharmacy as skeletal of staff so overhead is low... they've now lost my business. With that said...the pharmacists seem to be short a couple sandwiches of a pic-nic. The number of times I've gone to pick up a prescription and as I'm pulling into my driveway, I receive a message another prescription is available for pick-up. This has happened enough times I've lost count. Prescriptions are not ready at the agreed time to pick them up. When I have spoken with a pharmacist and he tells me my prescription will be ready at 7:00 pm and I'm there after 7:00pm... then is when I'm told they are out of the medication. They lack the fortitude to even call to let me know a trip to the pharmacy would be futile. Regardless of the number of times I've told them I am disabled and getting out and about is a challenge I still can't convince them to kindly DO BETTER... In short order... my business will be fully transferred to another pharmacy...and it won't be cvs! read more

Pharmacy received my rx two weeks ago. Never bothered to call and let me know that insurance didn't cover it, so they didn't bother filling it. Called them one week ago and asked them to fill, since it's $2.50 out of pocket. Waited three days and go to pick up and they still haven't refilled. Said they would have it ready that day but now it's 3 days later and there out of stock. read more

This is the closest CVS to my house so whenever I have medicine to pick up, I'll choose this one. This location has a drive thru which is constantly busy. I've only gone through the drive thru once and I don't know if it's me but it seems to be quicker to just go inside. The staff is always friendly and greet me every time I come in. Like any other CVS, this place sells plenty of goods and groceries. Although it is not cheap, you are paying for the convenience of the products. The place is pretty well maintained but they could do a better job cleaning their restrooms. read more

I was looking for a particular item. It was the last day my coupon was valid. After searching for the item for 20 minutes, I requested help. The end result was the employee told me they did not carry that item. I insisted they did as I checked online and that store had the item in stock. I asked her if she could check online. She informed me that I needed to go home and look up the item number. OMG! There was no way she could look it up. Do they people not have Internet access? They really should. Unfortunately, I didn't think I needed my phone as I had printed out the coupon. Going back home and returning was not an option. Long story short, I found the item myself by searching the entire store. It was in another section. I hope this store can improve on customer service as it's the closest store open 24 hours. Otherwise, I will switch to a competitor. They are more helpful there. read more

My doctor sent in our prescriptions at 1 pm Sunday. I called at 3pm to see if I could pick them up. I was told they were working on it and i asked how long until it would be ready. They said in an hour. I showed up at 5pm and they said they didn't have any prescriptions for us. It took me 15 minutes for them to locate my perceptions, they could fill one but the other I would have to wait for Monday. I just received a text at 8:05 pm that my perception was ready to pick up over 18 hrs later. They are under staffed and unorganized. Very disappointed in the level of service I received here. read more

Customer service is NOT a priority at this location. Waiting in line for 25 minutes is beyond ridiculous. I don't know how many cashiers they employ but definitely not enough. Oh, and after 25 minutes, I put my items back (where they belong) and left to shop somewhere else. Perhaps a more attentive management staff would recognize this issue and correct it. I just got back from CVS Menifee~ been there many times~ The older cashier is very slow~ I want in & out of there as everyone~ I finally~ at another time~ got up in line & she was more concerned with putting away my cart than she was to ring me up!!! I went to refill my stomach medication prescription. They said come back the 16th because its too soon. Fine. So went back 16. A very rude impatient clerk in pharmacy gave me an unclear story about why they couldn't fill it yet. Next day I phoned. Their robot was useless but finally got a human. She said there was no prescription. Period. I said there is. She came back from Hold, said I got it filled somewhere else so insurance wouldn't allow. I said no I didn't. This CVS is awful. They tell you a window. It's never in the window. It's beyond. The people that work there look like they would be happier slinging burgers at McDonald's. I was just there last week for birth control, and today they ramble off some address for me that I've never lived at and then mention one from 8 years ago. I was there LAST week with the current address know how Does that change? Switching pharmacies. Would never go here again. Furthermore, I tried calling before I went, three different times for at least 5-10 mins each. No answer. When I walked in I figured it out. After listening to 5 pharmacy calls being announced repeatedly and noticing not a SINGLE person was picking up the phone, I got my answer they just don't pick up the phone. read more

Okay let me start by saying that, I been living in menifee for almost 11 to 12 years now, this has been one of my favorite stores, why? Because whenever I need something I run to cvs. But any who last night July 11th 2022. I came this night to upload my money to my card as I always do with no problem, this night WAS A PROBLEM. I work at night and get paid differently so I always have to upload my money on to my chime card. However, I always happen to run across different employees that are working night shifts... MR. DANEL was working this night and I came in a couple times to him to upload my money on my card.. Every time I would he always seems like he's very arrogant! His attitude is very unfriendly and just by his demeanor He seems like he's not a people person.. so while I'm asking him to upload my money on to the chime card he proceeds to tell me that money wasn't recognizing that it was real, I came in with more the n $500 , me coming in I knew the limit to uploading money on the card that was it limit, he proceeds to tell me idk why but it's not going through , mind you he had not marked it with marker to identify that the money was real., I asked him why does he always give me a hard time every time I come in the store , long story shorts he begins to go back and forth me with me in the store takes the closed sign and tell me have a goodnight! I told him I knew of the manager and will be talking to them next. I do not plan on coming back to the CVS, I spent hundreds of dollars in this store been living in menifee for the longest & they indeed lost a loyal customer! This store from the beginning has been understocked never have any sale items but now recently to top it off they have a rat in the store not a small Mouse a rat they've had it there for 2 years they say they've caught it now but I don't think so it's been elusive they have hired pest control companies over and over again but have not been able to catch it. My mom has been getting her prescriptions at this pharmacy for nearly 10 years and has had a great experience until the last 2 months. In October she was told the wrong date for a pickup (3 days later then what should have been). This month (2 days ago) she was told she could pick it up. HOWEVER when we got there @ 7pm after the Dr office was closed, she was told there was NO prescription. AND the guy Jonathan was SO cocky and RUDE!!! I wouldn't recommend this CVS to anyone! In the past 5 days I have had to deal with CVS three times due to being sick. The first time, on Thursday, I was there waiting for my prescription to come in from my doctor's office. I spoke to Jaymes. He looked up on his computer to see if it had come in yet. It hadn't. I waited 20 minutes and then went back up to the drop off counter to see if it had come up. He said it still hadn't. After speaking with my doctor's office I find out that it wasn't going to come over for at least another hour. When I told Jaymes this, he asked if I had notification of my prescriptions by text. I said no. He put me into the system and apologized for the delay (something that had nothing to do with him) and told me as soon as it was ready I would get a text (which I did). He was very sweet and sympathetic. The next day I went through the drive thru and Jaymes was there again. Again, very nice. Called today to check on a prescription. Jaymes answered the phone. He handled my request and was polite and professional. I have dealt with Jaymes before this past week and he was always nice and willing to help. I would refer any of my friends to this CVS pharmacy because of him. read more

This pharmacy kept me on hold 30 mins then hung up at 1 am apparently there was a great amount of traffic in the store as the rain poured down. I was told my prescription could be filled 5/27 by x 2 different pharmacist. The night pharmacist,Arthur decided my prescription could not be filled until 5/28 Apparently, this pharmacy cannot count days or is incompetent. I will fill a compliant with the manager and the corporate office. I will take my prescriptions too a store that does provides reasonable and timely customer service. While this store offers 24 hr service the staff are extremely slow, unprofessional and inconsistent. I am new to the area. My doctor sent some scripts here for me. CVS did not have 2 of the meds and I had to call them to find out! Went today to pick up the scripts. The pharmacy tech was rude, did not want to help me and the scripts were not correct. Perhaps CVS will hire professional people not some miserable uneducated women that does not want to do her job. Excellent customer service. DRIVE THRU. Boom. Enough said. I've always had great experiences with CVS in other cities I've lived, that's why I stay with them. Recently my six year old was so excited to bring home her "pink medicine" I let her put it away. Needless to say, five hours later when I went to retrieve it, I found it in the FREEZER. I called CVS immediately and they made me a new batch, no problem, at almost 9pm. And no charge! When I offered to pay cash for it, they said that CVS understands things happen, especially with kids. I called Cvs on New Port Rd.. 1/3/18 to check on my son prescription for his eye pressure meds...the person answered phone was, (Andrea).... sounding irritatated, frustrated, very rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate & poor mannerism...i explained repeatedly the urgency of my son needing meds ..hes losing his sight & he's only 22years old. .This woman rudely did math calculation said he should still have meds I ask her if its anything she can do to help or send request to see if meds can be filled early she rudely!!! Told me to call his insurance provider or tell dr. To do different prescription... Never enough staff. Just got back from trying to drop a prescription off for my son and I could tell the pharmacist was overwhelmed as he was all alone. I felt sorry for him. Ended up going to Walgreens down the road. Whoever runs the corporate office for CVS in this area obviously is too incompetent or too cheap to hire help. read more

I live in Murrieta, so I've never been here. I only came in tonight because of the 24hr pharmacy and I'm glad I did. I had 4 scripts to fill and the pharmacist Diane (who was working alone) had them filled in about 14 mins. That was awesome since I had just left the hospital and I was exhausted. She's efficient yet still polite and friendly. I'd drive all the way here if I knew she'd be working when I need something filled. While walking the store awaiting my scripts, we were offered help by 2 employees, despite them being busy stocking the shelves. Store was clean and cool. read more

This is really a double review- The first applies to Andrea, this is a 1 star. She filled the scrip incorrectly and argued and/or insisted with both myself and the doctor's office that the rx was not available the way the doctor wanted it to be filled. Of course, it is available that way and I would suggest that a pharmacist professional knows their product better before they STRONGLY insist it's not available. Insisted to the point where she said "BELIEVE ME, I DO THIS EVERYDAY AND KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT", wrong Andrea, you don't and not only did your competitor fill the scrip immediately, they delivered to me at no cost. Second review applies to Jaymes who was working the drive thru window, 5 STARS I reached him by phone and he said he would look into the problem. He was polite. I had ask for another checker to assist customers with 4 people behind me before the customers could receive service!!!! Not to mention the blinding sun coming in through the window! Certainly with just all my patronage alone you could afford to spend the money for covers on your windows so that your customers can see the credit card machine to pay for the purchase! The front end staff is super friendly..this review is NOT for them. This review is for the pharmacy. I used to work for cvs in their pharmacy at a really busy store in LA County..so I know how they operate. Went in tonight to get a consult from the pharmacist..stood at the consult line...nooo acknowledgment. The tech looked straight at me too. No greeting! Nothing from the pharmacist too..Believe me I know how busy pharmacists are but I'm miserable with a cold and had a question! I have visited the pharmacy five times in the last three days. I have stood in eight lines waiting for answers on transferred prescriptions. Finally, today I received three of the four with no record of the fourth. They will call again....(have been out of medication for two days.) There were four people in line with me this evening. EVERY PERSON had an issue with their prescription. One filled RX could not be found. Wish our new insurance would let us continue to use Costco....but now stuck with this mess...and what a mess. read more

These guys take way too long in the pharmacy drive thru. They have a window at the drive thru but for some reason they don't use it... so half the time you spend having to yell through the intercom and they can't understand what your saying so you're repeating yourself over and over. I would have just walked in but I thought the drive thru would be more convenient. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

These big box pharmacies do not have the service that Independent Pharmacies have. We were with Hope Plaza an independent, that went out of business, and switched us to CVS on Newport Rd. Never used to have to wait for Rx's, but now it can be up to an hour. They also do not FAX over a request for a new Rx to my Dr's office when they say they do. Have to wait days for a new Rx, that expired. Ridiculous. Going to check out GreatRX in Sun City, an Independent, that has an excellent customer sat. read more

Great Cvs! Really nice store, very clean. Stocked pretty well regularly, great beer prices, good liquor selection, employees are super nice, a little slow but there nice enough it doesn't bug me.
