Oh gosh where to start? Lol. This place was sketchy at night. First off, I parked right outside the store and there were just men and boys hanging out around the building and gas pumps (not with cars) and they just looked like they were waiting to rob someone. I waited until they were very far from my car to go inside. Once inside, one of the male employees was mopping the floors but he was trying to mop the ENTIRE store without leaving any room for customers to shop, and then he openly expressed his irritation that they were getting business. Like okay, do you not want anyone's money? Then a homeless man came in and started yelling at them so I stepped far back. When I finally checked out and got back to my car, a woman on drugs or with mental health illness came up to the front of the store, stood by the doors and was screaming and cussing at the air. I've been coming to this place since they opened and never had an issue today we went in and there was an unaccompanied trash bin open next to the big gulp drinks my boyfriend accidentally dropped his drink apologized and offered to help clean up the mess the short man was visibly annoyed and told him it wasn't the cleaning that was the issue but that he told him to wait 5 minutes for him to clean up the trash there was literally no one there so no he didn't tell him to wait he then told my boyfriend he should have known to wait if he sees the trash bin open he then talked to the other man at the counter he other man came and shook his head at my boyfriend also visibly annoyed and my boyfriend apologized again then asked if they're mad it was just an accident and they laughed at him and ignored him we walked out. Wouldnt come here, worker rushed me as i was picking candy on the front counter. I told him to wait, There was no one else in the store but me. He kept rushing me saying "excuse me ma'am" again and again about 5times he kept telling me to pay. I always see him and he always rushes everyone. He opens two registers at the same time and does two transactions trying to multitask to get everyone out fast. Good but also bad because he makes the other person wait and makes it even slower. AVOID THIS 7-ELEVEN AT ALL COSTS AND SPECIALLY USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. The reason is that they commit FRAUD. I want to start by saying that every person, doesn't matter how they look like or where they are coming, have the same chance and opportunity to better themselves, especially coming to work for this country. All the people that works in that 7 eleven are from the country of India, nothing wrong with that, the problem is that when I stop today Dec 22, 2022 in the afternoon to pump gas, I put my credit card in the machine outside and immediately was denied, and for me it thats really weird because that never ever happened to me, I was so confused that my credit card was denied, so I went inside and as I walked in I noticed all of the guys that work in there were staring at me in a really weird way, I could sense some tension, there was five of them and I felt awkward. Since my credit card was denied I used cash to pay and walked out, while I was putting gas I received a notification from my bank asking me if I used my credit card to pump $144 because it looked like a weird transaction and my bank just wanted to confirm if I use that amount in that 7-Eleven because that transaction looked weird and that's when I realize no wonder why all of those guys were staring at me. I was so upset that they knew what they did and that's why they looked me in a weird war. fortunately my bank notified me right away. So my advised to you people if you guys don't want to go through my bad experience try to avoid that 7 Eleven at all costs, they will steal from you if use your credit card to pump gas. They commit FRAUD and it should be investigated.
